The society individuals live in dictates their behavior, molding them through its conventions and creating cultural deformities. These deformities, derived from Claude Steiner's six maladies--joylessness, lovelessness, mindlessness, sex-role scripting, inequality, and powerlessness--can be analyzed through the manifestations of the ego: The Parent ego, The Adult ego, and The Child ego. Gender deformity, in particular, stems from societal sex-role scripting. Vijay Tendulkar's drama vividly represents society without offering solutions, urging readers to introspect. His characters are intense and deep, reflecting individuals within society. "A Friend's Story" by Vijay Tendulkar can be analyzed using Transactional Analysis to explore gender deformity. This paper aims to examine the text and investigate gender deformity through Transactional Analysis theory.

The evolving landscape of Indian higher education calls for innovative approaches to institutional management, with media and mass communication emerging as critical tools for success. This study investigates the role of strategies like social media campaigns, newsletters, webinars, and digital platforms in enhancing management efficiency, student engagement, and academic outcomes. Using a mixed-methods approach, data was collected through surveys, interviews with administrators and faculty, and content analysis of media practices in public and private institutions. Findings reveal the significant impact of media strategies on institutional branding, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making, with mediating factors such as digital literacy programs and communication teams amplifying their effectiveness. However, challenges like technological gaps, resource constraints, and socio-cultural barriers continue to hinder widespread adoption. By addressing critical gaps in the Indian context, this research provides valuable insights for policymakers and educators, emphasizing the importance of communication strategies as a cornerstone for sustainable growth and innovation in higher education.

The Calcifying Odontogenic Cyst (COC), Dentinogenic Ghost Cell Tumors (DGCT), Ghost Cell Odontogenic Carcinoma (GCOC) represents a group of odontogenic ghost cell lesions of the jaw. The Calcifying Odontogenic Cyst (COC) was first described by Gorlin and his colleagues. Two organizing principles of classification of COC's are Monoistic and Dualistic concept. Based on the dualistic concept the current WHO classification termed Calcifying Odontogenic Cyst for the cystic variant and Dentinogenic Ghost Cell Tumor for the neoplastic entity. The presence of ghost cells and dentinoid formation is the most characteristic feature of the dentinogenic ghost cell tumor. Recurrent DGCT have shown to exhibit malignant characteristics that has been diagnosed as Ghost Cell Odontogenic Carcinoma (GCOC)

This paper explores the post-colonial power struggles in Wole Soyinka's Kongi's Harvest and A Play of Giants. Both plays address the theme of authoritarian leadership in newly independent African nations, emphasizing power and misuse of power by leaders who mirror their colonial predecessors. In Kongi's Harvest, General Kongi's efforts to control both political and cultural authority reflect the tension between tradition and modernity in post-colonial governance. Similarly, A Play of Giants satirizes African dictators who, while detached from their people's suffering, maintain power through violence, manipulation, and foreign support. The plays also highlight the enduring influence of neo-colonial powers, showing how post-colonial rulers rely on external forces to secure their authority. Through these themes, Soyinka explores the failures of post-colonial leadership and exposes the ongoing struggle for genuine independence and justice in Africa.

Thus, we can say that any human activity, thought or idea, feeling, emotion, which promotes self development of an individual, constitutes a value. Imparting ethics and human values and reforming the society were the only aims and objectives of the ancient education. But in the present scenario, due to manifold changes in various aspects of our civilization such as population explosion, advancement in science and technology, knowledge expansion, rapid industrialization, urbanization, mobilization, liberalization, privatization &globalization, present society has become highly dynamic. But at the same time ethics and human values are disappearing everywhere in society, it caused global poverty, pollution, hunger, disease, unemployment, unsociability, caste system, child labour, gender inequality, ill-treatment of women, violence, disability, exploitation of natural resources. To overcome the problems there is an urgent need of ethics and human value education to save humanity of today's world and to make the world better place to live. Ethics and human values may vary from one society to another and from time to time. But, every society abides by certain human values, and these values are accepted by all the societies as Global values.

Abstract: A Quasi-experimental non randomized control group design was adopted to accomplish the objectives. The data was collected from 60 participants in labour room at shri mahant Indiresh hospital, Dehradun using non probability convenience sampling technique. Out of 60 participants 30 were included in experimental group and 30 in control group The pretest and post-test score of participants was carried out using the Numerical pain intensity scale. The conceptual framework used for this study is based on Adapted-Katharine kolcaba's comfort theory of pain developed in the year 1990.A pilot study was conducted. The reliability of tool was established (0.95). The obtained data were analyzed and interpreted using descriptive and inferential statistics

The advancement of digital technologies has transformed traditional voting methods, emphasizing the need for secure and user-friendly electronic voting systems. This paper introduces an Electronic Voting (E-voting) system designed with two-step authentication to ensure the security and integrity of the voting process. The system features a separate interface for administrators and voters, each tailored to their roles. The administrator panel provides functionalities for managing voters, candidates, positions, and election settings, as well as generating real-time voting statistics. The voter interface ensures secure voting with a time-limited session and OTP-based verification for submission. The system is developed using PHP for backend logic, JavaScript for interactive frontend, and MySQL for secure data storage. By addressing common vulnerabilities in electronic voting systems, this project delivers a scalable, secure, and efficient solution suitable for modern elections.
