The Mughal economy, which flourished from the 16th to the 18th century, was characterized by a complex system of agriculture, trade, various industries and manufacturing. At one time economy of the Mughals was one of the world's largest economies. The robust economy of the Mughals was chiefly based upon agriculture and allied industries however the economy was boosted by the metals and minerals-based industries. Mughal economy pushed the economy not only South Asia's but also its effect was on global economy. during the period India was rich in mineral deposits. Among the metals mined diamond occupied the foremost place. that time India was also known for its iron and steel. However, gold and silver were generally imported.

The increasing challenges of waste management, driven by the rapid pace of urbanization and industrialization, have created an urgent need for more effective and innovative solutions for waste segregation and recycling. As cities grow and industrial activity intensifies, the volume and variety of waste generated have escalated, making traditional waste management methods increasingly ineffective. This paper explores an advanced approach to addressing these challenges through the development of a Smart Waste Segregation System. The system leverages capacitive sensing technology to identify and classify waste into categories such as metallic, wet, and other materials. By incorporating machine learning algorithms, the system is able to improve its classification accuracy over time, making it adaptable and efficient for diverse waste types. One of the key advantages of this system is its cost-effectiveness and scalability. This approach not only addresses the immediate needs of waste management but also contributes to the broader goal of sustainable development, supporting eco-friendly practices and promoting recycling as a viable solution to the growing waste crisis.

Abstract Opioid Substitution Therapy (OST), is an integral part of treatment for Opioid Dependency Syndrome. In the Indian state of Sikkim, OST started in 2012 under The National Aids Control Program (NACP III- 2006) to reduce the prevalence of ODS currently the program initiated gives an account of psychosocial and pharmacological intervention. The current study is an attempt to explore the association of duration of therapy (OST) with psychological distress, level of distress, and extension of symptoms of distress in individuals under opioid substitution therapy. Data was collected using purposive sampling. The sample comprised 60 individuals enrolled in the OST program at Sikkim STNM Hospital between the ages of 18 to 50 years (M=30.26, SD=5.300) and having primary education of 5th standard. The sample was divided into three groups according to the duration of participation in the OST Program, such as <12 months, between 13 to 36 months, and 37 to 96 months. The SCL-90 (R) by Leonard R. Derogatis, was used to assess the psychological distress of the sample. Statistical analysis of the research data showed significant differences in psychological distress, the level of psychological distress, and the extension of the symptoms in all three groups.

Herbal multipurpose cream is intended to treat various skin diseases. It also help to enhance one's appearance work as a cosmetics. The creation of a multipurpose herbal cream for nourishing, and treating a range of skin conditions is the aim of the current review. Among the basic medications used to produce the cream are Curcuma longa, Carica papaya , Azadirachta india , and Ocimum sanctum [3]. The different therapeutic properties of the medicines are taken into consideration when choosing the components. The cream is evaluated using various evaluation parameters such as pH, viscosity, spreadability, accelerated stability tests, spectrophotometric test, centrifugation test, and microbial stability etc. [1]. Numerous medicinal plants are used to cure a variety of illnesses, including fungus, eczema, and psoriasis. These illnesses are commonly treated using certain wild plants and their parts. The legend around medicinal plants in India is extensive. In India, a wide range of formbulations have been used to treat burns, wounds, cuts, and other skin conditions. Herbal plant use dates back to the dawn of humankind. Natural medicine is said to be safe and inexpensive. Clinical study on herbs hopefully opens up new treatment options. The published research on medicinal plants from various families and their applications in the management of skin conditions is compiled in this review.

Job satisfaction lies at the heart of every successful teaching-learning experience. When educators feel fulfilled and valued in their roles, it reflects in their passion for teaching and the care they extend to their students. Understanding job satisfaction isn't just about addressing professional needs; it's about recognizing the humanity behind the role of an educator. This research paper explores the intricate relationship between job satisfaction and teaching effectiveness, focusing on the components of job satisfaction frameworks for educators and their impact on student learning outcomes. Utilizing a qualitative documentary analysis and a serialistic approach, the study dissects job satisfaction into three progressive phases; financial and subjective satisfaction, organizational and social satisfaction, and cognitive satisfaction. The findings reveal that financial satisfaction, including salary, promotional opportunities, job security, and insurance benefits, is crucial for attracting and retaining educators in India, particularly given the economic disparities. Subjective satisfaction, driven by intrinsic engagement in professional activities, fosters a sense of purpose and fulfillment among teachers. The second phase emphasizes organizational satisfaction, highlighting the importance of institutional support, collegial relationships, and workplace flexibility in shaping positive work experiences. Social satisfaction, focusing on interpersonal relationships, inclusivity, and social status improvement, is equally crucial in the culturally diverse Indian educational context. The final phase, cognitive satisfaction, underlines the importance of intellectual engagement through professional development, skill enhancement, and cognitive growth, with teachers reporting higher satisfaction and performance levels when experiencing cognitive stimulation through training and innovative teaching practices. Addressing these dimensions holistically allows educational institutions to create an environment where teachers feel appreciated and motivated. In turn, this fosters a teaching-learning system that is dynamic, inclusive, and effective, benefiting both educators and students alike. By focusing on these human-centered aspects, we can ensure that teachers are not only satisfied in their roles but also empowered to shape the next generation with purpose and passion.

The design of the turbine blade was delicate. The experimental test of turbine blade structure is delicate and more precious process. In this present work, a detailed design of turbine blade structure modeling done by using CATIA V5 R20 software. The static stress analysis is carried out to find the stresses of the turbine blade structure for different paraphernalia. The stresses are estimated with the help of ANSYS structural analysis software. One of the important structural factors of the aircraft is turbine blade which controls the machine. The turbine blade, which is mounted in the turbine section of the aircraft spurt machine. The material used in the Turbine blade is nickel predicated superalloy, which as high- strength admixture and high strength- to- weight rate and excellent fatigue resistance. The use of emulsion paraphernalia in the spurt machine of aircraft is getting further common, the sedulity demand for predicting and minimizing the product and conservation cost is rising. Still, the selection for the design and associated manufacturing process in the early design stage is so far largely experience and knowledge predicated and partly a political decision which creates a high cost. There is, therefore, a need to develop an approach for the optimal design of turbine blade structure subject to design conditions, paraphernalia, manufacturing process, and bearing in mind the cost constraints in the early stages of development. In order to gain a high-strength material, trials were made to make the turbine blade as light as possible as well as with a high structural strength These tasks are considered in the order and manner in which the inventor must handle them. Within these task areas, the critical aspects of the structural, performance, and physical boundary conditions that the structure design must satisfy are presented and the detailed procedure for modeling the turbine blade structure is also presented. The model is also exported into the analysis software to conduct the analysis. The analysis on the turbine blade model is conducted representing that the model when an advanced material analogous as titanium alloy and Inconel 625 is considered including nickel and chromium to check the strength. The idea is to give high-strength material that can perform in the turbine section where high temperature is there and high forces are acting on the turbine blade.
