With a vision of making government services paperless and faceless, the Haryana government officially launched the Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) scheme in July 2019. This initiative marks a crucial step towards streamlining service delivery and ensuring transparent benefits distribution. Under the PPP scheme, each family is treated as a unit and assigned a unique 8-digit Family ID. This ID captures key information such as: o Name and address of the family members o Family head o Details of all family members including relationships, caste, gender, income, land, property, profession, education, etc. o Information about disabilities, if any.

Ramasamy Periyar, a prominent social reformer from Tamil Nadu, made significant contributions to the debate on the non-existence of God. His critique of religion was a key element in his broader social movement aimed at eradicating caste-based oppression and promoting rationalism. Periyar believed that the concept of God was a construct used by religious authorities, particularly Brahmins, to maintain social hierarchies and exploit marginalized communities. He argued that belief in God and religious rituals perpetuated ignorance, superstition, and inequality. According to Periyar, these beliefs hindered human progress and rational thought. Periyar's atheism was not merely a rejection of religious practices but also a political stance against the exploitation of lower castes and women. He asserted that the idea of God fostered fear and submission among the masses, preventing them from questioning oppressive structures like the caste system. Through his Self-Respect Movement, Periyar encouraged people to reject religious dogma and instead adopt a scientific temper and rational thinking. He consistently promoted the idea that social progress could only be achieved through secularism and the complete separation of religion from governance and education. By emphasizing atheism, Periyar sought to liberate individuals from the psychological and social chains imposed by religion. His work laid the foundation for the Dravidian movement's secularism and continues to influence social and political thought in Tamil Nadu. His bold stance on the non-existence of God challenged deeply entrenched beliefs, promoting a society based on reason, equality, and human dignity.

Introduction Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a common disorder, with up to an estimated 134 million Indian sufferers, and having significant impact on quality of life (QOL) and health costs. It is managed with medical therapy and surgical intervention, including corticosteroids and endoscopic sinus surgery, which may cause recurrence of symptoms. Despite aggressive management, many patients with CRS continue to report decreased QoL. Homoeopathy is uniquely equipped to address the underlying bio-psycho-socio-environmental factors contributing to disease in turn it can serve as a potential treatment modality in improving QoL in cases of Chronic Rhinosinusitis. Case Summary Case presented with symptoms of Chronic Rhinosinusitis due to which patient's QoL was affected. Totality of case was formulated after taking a detailed case and Homoeopathic medicine Natrum Mur 1M 1dose was prescribed after referring Homoeopathic Materia medica. Posology was decided on the basis of susceptibility of patient. Assessment of improvement was done using SNOT-22 before and after treatment. It was significantly reduced after Homoeopathic treatment, which shows the positive attribution. Homeopathic treatment has shown favorable outcome in a given case by demonstrating the effectiveness of Homeopathy in improvement of QoL in Chronic Rhinosinusitis.

This research explores the concept of gender globalization across cultures and its influence on children's psychology, particularly through exposure to gender representations in children's movies. As globalization increasingly permeates media, children's films have become powerful tools for transmitting cultural norms and gender roles across diverse societies. The paper examines the implementation of gender globalization in these children's films and its impact on shaping young audiences' psychological perspectives toward gender and culture, whereby it primarily focuses on the films Mulan (1998) and Big Hero 6 (2014). This study investigates how globalized portrayals of gender and culture in these films help to shape young audiences' perceptions of gender identity, roles, expectations and the exposure to multifaceted cultures. The paper also highlights the dual impact of such exposure, meaning while it can promote inclusivity and challenge traditional stereotypes, it may also introduce conflicting messages that affect children's understanding of gender as well as culture. Mulan, which retells a Chinese legend, challenges gender norms by having its female lead adopt a male persona in order to gain respect from the society. However, Mulan's reversion to a traditional female position in the film's ending has provoked controversies regarding its reinforcement of gender binary thinking, casting doubt on its progressive credentials. A more fluid approach to gender is presented in Big Hero 6, which is set in the fictional, multicultural city of San Fransokyo, a combination between Tokyo and San Francisco, establishes characters like Go Go Tomago and Hiro exhibiting attributes typically associated with both masculinity and femininity. Even so, the film's absence of overt discussion of gender identity leaves its messages up for interpretation, sparking controversy about how effective it is in addressing gender issues.By examining the intersection of gender, globalization, and children's media, this study provides important new understandings of the social and psychological effects of gender depiction in movies. In a world that is quickly globalizing, it underscores the significance of creating thoughtful material for children's movies, acknowledging their enormous influence on forming the next generation's perspective of gender as well as diverse cultures.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming industries, enhancing efficiency, and addressing complex challenges. However, its rapid integration has raised significant ethical and societal concerns, particularly in the areas of bias, privacy, and job displacement. Bias in AI arises from unrepresentative training data and flawed algorithms, leading to unfair outcomes in critical domains such as hiring, law enforcement, and healthcare. Privacy challenges emerge as AI systems increasingly rely on vast amounts of personal data, raising concerns about surveillance, consent, and data misuse. Furthermore, AI-driven automation disrupts traditional job markets, with routine tasks being replaced by intelligent systems, posing risks of significant workforce displacement. This paper explores these challenges and examines strategies to address them, including the development of fairness-aware algorithms, privacy-preserving techniques such as differential privacy and encryption, and workforce reskilling programs to mitigate economic disruptions. It also reviews ethical frameworks emphasizing transparency, accountability, and global cooperation in AI governance. By integrating interdisciplinary approaches and fostering ethical AI practices, this paper underscores the need to balance technological advancements with societal well-being, ensuring that AI promotes equity, preserves fundamental rights, and creates opportunities for a sustainable future.

It attempts to device a regulatory framework for the Artificial Intelligence technology. Further it aims to check upon and control the breach of privacy, suggest a liability model, monitor the civil / criminal liabilities arising out of the unregulated programming and coding. In the 21st Century there are already endless day to day applications of Artificial Intelligence however there exists no substantial regulatory framework or laws to account any mis-happenings. For example, the accidents of self-driven cars or drones could be the potential issues. The use of drones, and robots navigating public spaces or serving in private homes, self-driving cars increases the risk of various torts or crimes, which would be required to be addressed in addition to intellectual property issues and privacy breach matters. Sophia robot has also been granted citizenship in Saudi Arabia in 2017, which gives it quite many rights as humans and that makes it even more necessary to clearly demark the liabilities of Artificial Intelligence too. Thus, it is high time, not only in India but around the Globe, that we realize the need for regulatory framework and if possible, codification of proper laws for Artificial Intelligence, blockchain technology like we have for contracts, considering their applications. Smart contract drafting is already into use and is a breakthrough development for the techno legal perspective. Despite increasing calls for robust AI regulation, there is limited understanding of the dynamics between emerging AI regulations and the behaviour and innovation at the firm level. Additionally, as AI technologies permeate various sectors, there is a lack of knowledge about how specific AI fields gain legitimacy and institutionalization over time. The interaction between national AI policies, innovation strategies, and their impact on AI innovation remains understudied. Furthermore, the influence of great power competition on technological governance and preferences regarding data privacy has been adequately examined.

Indian values are considered to be the fundamental moralities of happy and peaceful life. Sudha Murthy is a contemporary writer who tries to portray the need of social reformation and gender equality in her works. Her efforts to raise awareness to capture the complexity of female emotions and behavior is remarkable. Dollar Bahu is a popular novel related to Indian family living in Bangalore which represents two distinctive perspectives towards life. The novel shows comparison between two sisters-in-law on the basis of financial status and sound bank balance with piles of dollars. In line with this the themes of the effect of globalization on the socio-familial traditional Indian psyche and the disintegration of domestic relations in India. Sudha Murty has closely observed the drastic changes in the behaviour of young male and female employees of the Infosys Foundation. Most of the engineers preferred IT sector, as it opened new vistas of job opportunities in India and abroad to earn dollars. Dollars may have transformed the lifestyles of many families, changed them from poverty to wealth, but it has also broken up some families. It creates financial and social distinctions within families and destroys peace of mind. This realistic scenario is depicted through the novel, 'Dollar Bahu.' Eventually, the novel expresses the dominant figure, Gouramma's awareness about Indian values and its implications rather than American values.
