Title- From Venom to Cure: The Therapeutics and Pharmacological Insights of Komodo Dragon Toxin in Medicine Abstract-The Komodo dragon (Varanus komodoensis), the largest extant lizard species, has garnered scientific attention due to its potent venom and unique physiological attributes. This review explores the composition and potential applications of Komodo dragon venom, which contains bioactive compounds such as AVIT peptides, CRISPs, kallikrein, natriuretic peptides, and phospholipase A2. These toxins exhibit diverse effects, including anticoagulation, hypotension, and antimicrobial properties, suggesting significant therapeutic potential. Notably, the venom's fibrinogenolytic activity aids in prey subjugation while holding promise for anticoagulant therapy. The review also highlights antimicrobial peptides like DRGN-1, which accelerate wound healing and combat infections, and discusses parallels between Komodo dragon venom and compounds like Exendin-IV from Gila monster venom, already used in diabetes management. Despite these advancements, challenges persist in ethical venom sourcing, toxicity mitigation, and peptide stabilization. Future research directions include recombinant production, personalized medicine applications, and clinical trials to unlock the full therapeutic potential of Komodo dragon venom for treating infections, chronic conditions, and metabolic disorders.

My goal in writing this paper is to raise awareness about mental abuse. They can resolve 90% of their issues if they can identify the cause of their mental health issues. They can concentrate on that issue and attempt to find a solution through spiritual, scientific, and self-decisional means, with the aid of the law. If we are unable to identify the cause or do not wish to recover from mental torture or abuse, it might result in serious problems. If left undiagnosed or untreated, mental health issues worsen over time. Here, I sort of go over the various laws regarding physical and mental abuse and whether they can seek legal assistance. Since many people are unable to pay for legal services, I want to educate them on how to recognize signs of mental abuse. Ultimately, doctors assist people, but only patients are able to identify the primary cause of their depression. Because proper treatment is currently the only way to address mental health issues. Those who can afford it can benefit from counselling as well as therapies. People who are unable to pay for self-care can benefit from it if they understand the cause of their mental instability. Lastly, I describe a few methods by which individuals become aware that they are being vocally, physically, or verbally assaulted.

To overcome the demerits of Cloud Computing as well as Edge Computing, the amalgamation of both the Cloud and Edge computing methodologies are consid- ered. The ongoing trend of collaboration of AI with IoT, called Artificial Intelligence of Things, comes into the picture as it helps to resolve delays in data processing, privacy, and security issues. Studies have provided various concerns that arise when the Cloud-Edge Terminal Collaboration with AIoT possesses some already discussed issues individually. This paper helps understand the issues in detail and helps to devise a plan to design framework architecture that surpasses the flaws or drawbacks of the existing model and also discusses two important ideas to con- template the feasible design. The first idea is Asynchronous Federated Learning with Quantization for Cloud-Edge-based computing. The second idea states us- ing Mobile Edge Computing with Blockchain that is built on a Block Coordinate Descent algorithm which focuses on solving Joint Mixed-Integer and non-convex task offloading schedules, radio spectrum resource allocation as well as computing resources allocation that minimizes the energy consumption and reduces the delay in the processing of data. Several other ideas exist to solve the ongoing problems by introducing AIoT in Cloud-Edge Computing which advises the use of Blockchain technologies to increase the security and privacy of data by authenticating Terminal devices and Differential Privacy concept in a parallel way to promote the sharing of only data features rather than the actual raw data.

Precision Agriculture (PA) is a transformative approach to modern farming that leverages advanced technologies to optimize crop management. By integrating data-driven techniques, PA aims to enhance productivity, reduce environmental impact, and improve the cost-effectiveness of agricultural operations. Key elements of this approach include extensive data collection, where information is gathered from diverse sources such as weather stations, soil sensors, satellite images, and drones. This data is then analysed using machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) to detect patterns, predict crop yields, identify diseases, and recommend optimal planting schedules. Variable Rate Technology (VRT) allows farmers to apply inputs like fertilizers and pesticides in varying quantities based on specific field needs, minimizing waste and increasing efficiency. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) facilitate the mapping and analysis of spatial data, supporting site-specific management. Remote sensing technologies, such as drones and satellites, provide real-time monitoring of crop health, enabling the identification of stress and pest issues. Additionally, automation and robotics, including self-operating tractors and harvesters, enhance precision in farming tasks, reducing labour costs and improving operational efficiency. Through these innovative methods, precision agriculture revolutionizes traditional farming practices, paving the way for sustainable and efficient agricultural management.

This study aims to apply the Flanders Interaction Analysis System (FIAS) to analyze and interpret the dialogues in the Bhagavad Gi?ta?, examining the interaction between K???a and Arjuna to understand the dynamics of their teacher-student relationship. This is a qualitative study employing FIAS to evaluate the conversations in the Bhagavad Gi?ta?, focusing on the socio-emotional climate of the interaction between K???a and Arjuna. The Study was carried out under The University of Burdwan, India during the period from January 2023 to July 2023. Using the FIAS tool, the study quantitatively and qualitatively assesses the verbal interactions between K???a and Arjuna. The analysis categorizes the teacher (K???a) and student's (Arjuna's) verbal behaviors to determine the control dynamics, interaction patterns, and socio-emotional climate of their discourse. The analysis reveals a predominantly teacher-centred approach, with K???a demonstrating high enthusiasm and encouragement, while Arjuna exhibits low participation and initiative. This dynamic reflects a strong teacher influence over the student's behavior and learning process. The interaction between K???a and Arjuna, as analyzed through FIAS, shows a clear dominance of the teacher-centred approach, yet with a supportive and learner-friendly environment. K???a's engagement and facilitation highlight the significant role of the teacher in guiding and encouraging the learner, despite the lower level of student-led participation. This study affirms the crucial impact of teacher behavior on student learning and the overall socio-emotional atmosphere in instructional settings.

Hypothyroidism is a common endocrine disorder that affects various physiological systems, including cardiovascular, pulmonary, and musculoskeletal functions. While the clinical symptoms of hypothyroidism are well understood, its effects on physical activity, cardiac fitness, functional capacity, and health-related quality of life (HRQoL) remain less explored. This review aims to evaluate the relationship between physical activity, cardiac fitness, functional capacity, and HRQoL in patients with hypothyroidism. A systematic search of PubMed, Google Scholar, and ResearchGate was conducted, focusing on studies that assessed these outcomes in patients with hypothyroidism. The findings revealed that individuals with hypothyroidism, including those with subclinical hypothyroidism, exhibit significantly lower physical activity levels, cardiorespiratory fitness, and muscle strength compared to healthy controls. Cardiorespiratory function, as measured by VO2 max, was consistently lower in hypothyroid patients. Pulmonary function tests also showed reduced respiratory capacity in hypothyroid individuals. Additionally, hypothyroidism was associated with diminished HRQoL, particularly in areas related to sleep, social isolation, and general well-being. These findings underscore the need for early diagnosis and management of hypothyroidism to mitigate its negative effects on both physical and emotional health. While thyroid hormone replacement therapy may improve some aspects of physical fitness and HRQoL, further research is necessary to explore the long-term benefits of treatment and to identify the most effective strategies for improving the quality of life in this population.
