The environment always interfered by the concept of development. On the growing awareness of the risk on humans the new generations joining hands with Governmental Policies and Laws have reconciled economic development with environmental protection which is needed for further generation technically termed as Sustainable Development. Sustainable Development under International Law is to sought for solutions to parallel problems of global environmental degradation and global lack of social and economic development, by asking for these challenges to be addressed in an integrated way, for the interests of present and future generations as per-The Brundtland Report. The international treaties and the decisions of international courts and tribunals have explicitly recognized the concept of sustainable development which is related to the economic, social development and environmental protection Environmental law and the other laws on development stand not as alternatives but as mutually reinforcing, integral concepts, which require that where development may cause significant harm to the environment, where there is a duty to prevent, or at least mitigate such harm which has become the main principle of general international law, India being a Ratified Country, has implemented many domestic policies and Laws to give effect to the International Laws. This Article is an effort to bring in together the international treaties and legal instruments and its impact on Indian Law.

The Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) has been a significant policy initiative aimed at generating employment opportunities in rural India. This research paper presents a comparative analysis of the employment generation impact of MGNREGA in two districts of Jammu and Kashmir - Poonch and Kupwara. The study aims to assess the effectiveness of the scheme in providing livelihood security and reducing poverty in these distinct regions. The research adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. Secondary data from official government records and reports, including the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) and the respective state governments, are utilized to analyze the employment generation outcomes of MGNREGA in both districts before the year 2018. The findings reveal variations in the employment generation outcomes of MGNREGA between Poonch and Kupwara districts. While both regions have witnessed an increase in employment opportunities, the factors influencing the extent and effectiveness of employment generation differ significantly. The paper concludes by highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of MGNREGA's implementation in Poonch and Kupwara, offering policy recommendations to optimize its impact on employment generation and rural development in the region.

This article examines the impact of demonetisation on the Indian dairy industry. Demonetisation, which refers to the sudden withdrawal of certain banknotes from circulation by the Indian government in November 2016, had a significant impact on the Indian economy, including the dairy sector. The dairy industry, which is a major contributor to India's agricultural economy, was particularly affected by demonetisation due to the cash-intensive nature of the sector. The article analyses the impact of demonetisation on the Indian dairy industry by assessing changes in milk production, procurement, and distribution. The article finds that demonetisation had a short-term negative impact on the dairy industry, resulting in a decline in milk procurement, production and sales in the months following the policy implementation. However, the industry was able to recover relatively quickly, thanks to the adoption of digital payment methods and increased government support. The article also discusses the long-term implications of demonetisation on the Indian dairy industry, including increased formalisation of the sector, greater transparency, and a shift towards digital payments. While demonetisation had some negative short-term effects on the dairy industry, the policy may have contributed to long-term improvements in the sector's efficiency and sustainability. Overall, the article provides valuable insights into the impact of demonetisation on the Indian dairy industry, highlighting both the short-term challenges and long-term opportunities resulting from this policy.

Life forms the fulcrum of human actions. It is the sole factor responsible for human existence. It is the basis of all basic rights of man. Without it none of other basic rights can be exercised or enjoyed at all. While so much is the dependence of other rights upon right to life, the support that right to life gets from other rights and human actions is equally matching. Possession of abilities to perfect one's personality fills dignity and joy to the life. Without human dignity, a process of human devaluation occurs to sap the essence of the system of life. Because of the increased awareness of the importance of dignified life, in our constitutional system various positive rights like right to food, shelter, education, and means of livelihood are traced under right to life. Whereas; person with disability face many challenges due to his / her impairment and do need a very special attention. This has been so recognized in our constitution. Within the limits of the economic capacity and development, under Article 41 the state is directed to make effective provisions for securing right to work, to education, to public assistance in case of unemployment, old-age, sickness and disablement, and other cases of underserved want. Again in Article 46 the State directed to promote with "Special Care" the educational and economic interests of the "Weaker sections" of society, obviously including within its ambit the disabled. The concern of the international community of reflected in the resolution of the General Assembly of the United Nations proclaiming 1981 as the International year of the disabled persons with the following objectives

Swami Dayananda Saraswati founded Arya samaj in 1875. The revivalism of Arya Samaj had great appeal for the middle class in north India particularly in Punjab. The middle classes in Punjab comprising merchants, professional, service persons etc. came under the influence of Arya Samaj. During the phase of emergence of caste consciousness in Punjab, the Arya Samaj played very important role and was able to organize the people in Punjab. The Arya Samaj had accepted the caste system in principle. The question of caste posed the greatest challenge to the Arya Samaj. Economic power was vested among the Vashya community. The emergence of the British did not change the economic power vested with the Vaishya community. The emergence of caste consciousness in Maharashtra was different from that in Punjab. Mahatma Jyotiba Phule, founder of Satyashodhak Samaj, was a social reformer in Maharashtra who emerged from the lower castes. A strong advocate of female education he founded a girls school in Poona. He actively supported the widow remarriage movement and opposed polygamy and child marriages. The backbone of its support came from the Maratha peasantry. It also got support from untouchables. The commercial bourgeoisie were another source of support.

Japan is one of the most dominant Asian economies and has regional disputes with North Korea. With the growing nuclear power of North Korea, the USA, China, Japan, Russia, South Korea and North Korea itself were a part of negotiation talks, which were called the six-party talks. Using secondary qualitative data from authentic and reliable sources, the study has analysed the role that Japan has played in the six-party talks. Further, an analysis of the events that led to the origin of the talks has been effectively highlighted here as well. An understanding of the motives of Japan and the impacts of the talks has also been presented here. The study has concluded that Japan has mainly played the obstructionist role in the six-party nuclear talks, as the North Korean crisis is providing it with a chance to strengthen its national security.
