Introduction: The examination in this study focused on assessing the impact of a 16-week program involving aerobic, resistance, and interval training with low to sub-maximal intensity on LDL-C levels among untrained women aged 30-35 years. Objective: The aim was to explore the impact of a sixteen-week progressive training program, featuring sub-maximum intensity, aerobic, resistance, and interval training, on LDL-C levels in young men. Methods: The participants were divided randomly into different groups: an aerobic-based training group (ABTG) with n=15, a resistance-based training group (RBTG) with n=15, an interval-based training group (IBTG) with n=15, and a control group (CG) with n=15. The participants in the experimental groups followed their respective training protocols. Results and Discussion: The results indicated that the maximum intensity aerobic, resistance, and interval training program led to a significant decrease in LDL-C levels when compared to the control group. Furthermore, there was no variation in LDL-C levels between the different exercise protocol groups. Conclusion: In conclusion, the findings from this study highlight the effectiveness of a comprehensive training program encompassing maximum intensity aerobic, resistance, and interval training in producing a substantial reduction in LDL-C levels when compared to the control group. Notably, the investigation also revealed that there were no discernible differences in LDL-C levels among the various exercise protocol groups. These results underscore the potential of a multifaceted exercise regimen in promoting cardiovascular health by targeting LDL-C levels.

The abstract of the Indian reaction to Kamala Das's narrative and feminism would be a concise summary of the responses and reception of Kamala Das's literary works and feminist ideas within the Indian context. Kamala Das, a prominent Indian poet and writer, was known for her candid and bold exploration of female sexuality and gender roles in her writings. Her work, often considered a pioneering force in Indian feminist literature, elicited various reactions in her home country. This abstract would touch upon the diverse responses of Indian society to Kamala Das's narrative and feminism. Some individuals and segments of society may have embraced her work as a powerful articulation of women's experiences and a challenge to traditional patriarchal norms. Others, however, may have critiqued her for her explicit exploration of sexuality and non-conformity with societal expectations, leading to controversy and conservative backlash. In this abstract, one could also discuss the broader impact of Kamala Das's work on the feminist movement in India, including how it may have inspired other writers and activists to engage in similar dialogues. Furthermore, it would be pertinent to mention the evolution of Indian feminism and the changing attitudes towards gender and sexuality that Kamala Das's work may have contributed to. In summary, this abstract would provide a brief overview of the Indian reaction to Kamala Das's narrative and feminism, emphasizing the multiple responses, controversies, and the potential influence of her work on the feminist discourse in India.

Throughout the ages, human communities have always been dependent on various resources to meet their daily needs and ensure their survival. These resources, in turn, have played a crucial role in determining the success or failure of entire civilisations. One such resource that has contributed significantly to the well-being of communities is tank water. This water is mainly used for irrigation and other livelihood practices, and over time, communities have developed complex socio-cultural practices around its use. Water management has always been a matter of great concern for political regimes. Water is considered an essential resource, and its availability can have a significant impact on the prosperity of communities. To ensure a sustainable existence and avoid conflicts, it is crucial to conduct comprehensive and longitudinal studies among smaller communities. These studies should focus on various aspects of tank water management, such as the ecological, social, and economic factors involved. By combining and comparing the results of these studies, a comprehensive understanding of the complex interplay between humans and nature can be obtained. This understanding can then be used to formulate policies and practices that promote sustainable water management. It is essential to recognise the significance of tank water as a valuable resource that has sustained communities for generations. Therefore, a collaborative approach is necessary to ensure its effective use for the benefit of all. By understanding the intricate relationship between humans and nature, we can create a sustainable future that benefits everyone.

Legal Aid implies giving free legal services to the poor and needy who cannot afford the services of a lawyer for the conduct of a case or a legal proceeding in any court, tribunal or before an authority. The Indian Constitution provides for an independent and impartial judiciary and the courts are given power to protect the constitution and safeguard the rights of people irrespective of their financial status. Since the aim of the constitution is to provide justice to all and the directive principles are in its integral part of the constitution, the constitution dictates that judiciary has duty to protect rights of the poor as also society as a whole. Legal Aid is the method adopted to ensure that no one is debarred from professional advice and help because of lack of funds. Thus, the provisions of legal aid to the poor are based on humanitarian considerations and the main aim of these provisions is to help the poverty-stricken people who are socially and economically backward.

No matter what we do, the environment is all around us. Everyone should value saving the environment, even though human resource management practices have received a lot of attention for their role in improving an organization's ability to generate positive outcomes, it has been suggested that organizational-level results are too distant to accurately assess the impact of HRM practices on contextual and actual levels. Organizations now see the value of strengthening their social consciousness and sense of responsibility for the environment. Many organizations are offering their services for free to conduct business more sustainably. Biodiversity issues are getting worse day by day. As a result of accumulating evidence of environmental disturbance, there has been a steady rise in worldwide environmental awareness A green employee is committed to resolving environmental challenges by incorporating green practices into both his personal and professional life. Green HRM has received particular attention as a result of awareness and sustainable development in the field of environmental management.

Wetlands are essential elements of the environment. Between deep water and upland ecosystems, they serve as an ecotone and an interface. Therefore, scientists refer to these places as "cradles of biodiversity", "biological supermarkets", "kidneys of landscape", "repository of resources", etc. to recognise their multi-tasking role. It is needless to say that a developing country like India and a state like West Bengal, where land is ploughed up over centuries for crop cultivation, studies are necessary to create more avenues, inter alia, to generate superior resources even from hitherto under-utilized sources. Although it has been discovered that these wetlands are a rich source of aquatic flora and wildlife, neither their economic utilisation nor growth orientation is adequate. Therefore, the primary goals of the current study are to identify the resource potential of the study area's wetlands and to propose strategies for more advantageous uses of wetlands from an environmental and economic perspective. Both primary and secondary data have been created and utilised with the aim of evaluating their resource potentialities and their capacity to provide diverse economic applications.

The utilization of phytoecdysteroid in synchronizing larval-to-pupal ecdysis is the recent technology. Considerably, commendable work has been conducted on utilization of phytoecdysteroid in synchronizing larval ripening, just before the beginning of pupal stage in B. mori. The application of phytoecdysteroid freed the silkworm population from the internal clock and forced the silkworm population to behave as an independent population to complete larval ripening and other components in larval-pupal ecdysial process. Previous studies were mostly of laboratory studies. In this study we tried to initiate to shift these studies from laboratory to the farmers rearing houses. In the silkworm growth, there are several aspects of economic importance such as hatching duration, larval-to-larval moulting durations and larval-to-pupal durations. These measurements in terms of time are dealt separately using index computation in various studies. On the other economic quantitative traits such as silkworm egg hatching percentage, silkworm brushing percentage, larval ripening percentage, cocoon weight, shell weight and shell ratios etc., are to be dealt in a different way, with evaluation index. All the heterozygotic hybrid improvement studies are the economic silkworm rearing characters in standard rearing packages at laboratory level only. Evaluation of such characters under different temperature and humidity conditions at farmer level is studied. In this direction, a common evaluation index, based on the evaluation index value, a method used in educational system in Japan to determine student's merit. It is to be remembered that the multiple trait evaluation index was adapted to judge the superiority of various silkworm hybrids in a different context of farmers' rearing house conditions, using CSR2 x CSR4. In a precise expression, the present study is aimed at quantification measurements of reducing durations (hatching duration, moulting durations, ripening durations etc.) on one hand through computing index values and evaluation of quantitative economic traits (such as egg hatching percentage, brushing percentage, larval ripening percentage, cocoon weight, shell weight, shell ratio etc.,) on other through computing evaluation index are at farmers' rearing house conditions proposed.
