Social mobility, movement of people up and down in social ladder is a universal phenomenon. All over the world, people move vertically or horizontally in the social hierarchy. It is through social mobility it is possible to study equality of opportunity in the light of gender, race, ethnicity, birthplace, sexual orientation, class, fertility. Based on the chances to engage in upward mobility process, one can classify society into open & closed or flexible & rigid. In the ancient Indian society under Varna system there was movement of people in the social hierarchy. Only a few individuals with help of their talent and rare traits used improve their social position. However, collective mobility or group mobility was more of less absent. Individual mobility and collective can be achieved only when group boundaries are permeable. However, with the evolution of caste system in the place varna system this social flexibility is lost and many restrictions were imposed on upward mobility of low caste Hindus. However, during the British Rule in India, there were radical changes in the opportunity structure. The introduction of secular education in the place of theological education, formal education in the place of informal education, urbanization, urban ward migration, introduction of railway lines and mass transit facilities helped the some downtrodden communities to improve their social status. Political emancipation in 1947 started a new era in the life of marginal communities. For the first time in the history, state through its constitution helped the mobility of marginal communities and new channels of upward mobility were provided to marginal communities. This paper examines the caste mobility in the light of historical factors.

The exposure of empowerment of women in the national hierarchy is determined for the most part by the three factors that of her economic, social and political uniqueness and their weightage. These factors are extremely intertwined and interlinked with numerous annoyed cutting linkages which involve that if hard work in even one dimension stay behind not present or weak, outcomes and momentum generated by the other components cannot be persistent as they will not be able to withstand any changes or upheavals. It is only when all the three factors are at the same time addressed and prepared similar in temperament with each other can the woman be truly empowered. Therefore for holistic empowerment of the woman to come about social, economic and political aspects impacting a woman's life must come together efficiently. The consequence of women as an important human resource was recognized by the Constitution of India which not only accorded equal opportunity to women but also empowered the State to espouse dealings of positive discrimination in their favour. A number of Articles of the Constitution specially reiterated the commitment of the constitution towards the socio economic development of women and upholding their political right and participation in decision making

This comprehensive research examines the intricate interplay between DevOps practices and the crucial factor of software quality. With multiple years passing by, a noticeable change has occurred in how organizations develop software products. The shift from prioritizing high-quality outcomes to an agile culture that values adaptability to rapidly changing market needs has been ongoing. More recently, the rise of DevOps culture has brought about a paradigm shift that stresses delivering products to end-users with exceptional speed and efficiency while shortening feedback loops. These developments have now converged into an innovative culture where companies strive to develop new capabilities not only to thrive but also to survive in a highly competitive technology landscape [1]. The primary aim of DevOps is to accelerate software development and delivery to clients, challenging traditional approaches which typically separate development, quality assurance, and operational tasks into distinct silos. In DevOps, these functional aspects persist though they are no longer isolated components but rather individuals or teams working together with the shared intent of speeding up software delivery. Instead, the people or groups accountable for these actions join forces with a mutual objective of hastening the delivery of software [1]. An interesting deviation from conventional software development is the significance of quality control in DevOps. Unlike its customary setup where quality assurance is frequently an exclusive role assigned to specific individuals or units, DevOps adopts a more lively and cooperative form. Quality assurance becomes a shared responsibility diffused among members of a DevOps team. In larger DevOps teams, it is even conceivable to have an exclusive quality control sub-team. Regardless of the scale and arrangement of the DevOps team, one thing remains unchanging: quality assurance is an essential requirement that can't be negotiated [1,2]. In DevOps, it isn't just a mere box to be ticked but an unwavering principle ingrained in each member--keeping tabs on quality assurance is everyone's task. The smooth interplay between software quality and this developing landscape of DevOps emphasizes the need for an all-encompassing examination. By understanding the minute details of how DevOps affects software quality, businesses can streamline their procedures, encourage cooperation, and ultimately produce superior software products at an expedited pace; this meets the ever-growing demands of today's technology-filled world.
