 Abstract

One of the most widely used electronic devices,particularly in digital integrated circuits, is the metal insulator semiconductor(MIS) transistor. In this device the channel current is controlled by a voltage applied at a gate electrode that is isolated from the channel by an insulator.The resulting device may be referred to generically as an insulated gate field effect transistor(IGFET).The main drives for reducing the size of the transistors, i.e., their lengths, is increasing speed and reducing cost. When you make circuits smaller, their capacitance reduces, thereby increasing operating speed. In the same token, smaller circuits allow more of them in the same wafer, dividing the total cost of a single wafer among more dies.However, with great reduction come great problems, in this case in the form of unwanted side effects, the so called short-channel effects. When the channel of the MOSFET becomes the same order of magnitude as the depletion layer width of source and drain, the transistors start behaving differently, which impacts performance, modeling and reliability.

 Abstract

The web mining expertise has more crucial information to process user opinions, reviews, talks, responses, feedback and provides productive consumer input. The opinion mining and human-agent interaction communities are currently addressing sentiment analysis from different perspectives that comprise the web mining resources, on the one hand, disparate sentiment-related phenomena and computational representations had more problems, and on the other hand, different extraction and dialog process management methods to present clustering evaluation to optimize the result. This paper is to propose a Lexical semantic analyze based multi-level semantic clustering algorithm to ensemble the evaluation of user opinion. Clustering product feature is the essential task to mine opinions from unstructured online reviews because different customers usually express the same feature with different words or phrases. Cluster ensembles the relative clusters measure that have been applied to accomplish this task using clustering accuracy. The resultant provided has great impact of mining optimistic result with time complexity with best feature case analysis.

 Abstract

In every wire/core cable, the specification of than wire is printed on the surface of the wire with regular interval. The issue of mistake free electrical wire construction is very paramount in any electrical equipment. Every code printed on the wire matters is important. Therefore we intend to aid a system that involves proper printing of codes on the wire. Wires are made by standard wire ropes of desired wire gauge in different diameter or no of wires depending upon its end use. The main aim of this project is meeting local and international standards for traceability such as batch number, part number, date, specification, details ,logos etc., This makes recalls of product possible and protects the consumers. Coding in wire helps to reassure the customer that the product is genuine. It helps to track the product, so in the event of problem with a product, the cause can be identified and required change can be made.The concept of project is if the printing gets interrupted at any cause, the motor running the printer gets stopped automatically with the help of pattern matching technique. By the digital image processing pattern matching technique, the details to be copied in the wire should already dumped into the predefined patterns. While printing, the pattern is checked for matching continuously using camera and sensors fixed to the machine. If the mismatch is detected then the motor is intimated to stop the machine. So this prevents the non-printed wire. It can be done at most speed and the printing can be done downwards, side on or from underneath / and in any orientation. It gives good printing tolerance even when the surfaces are not flat or still. It works relatively low capital costs and also ranges of inks are available.

: Shopping is probably one of the oldest terms used to talk about what we have all been doing over the years. Online shopping has become a popular shopping method ever since the internet has declared a takeover. The increase in technology provides good opportunities to the seller to reach the customer in much faster, easier and in economic way. Online shopping is emerging very fast in recent years. Many studies have focused that the high touch products that the consumer feels when they need to touch, smell or try the product. It requires the offline shopping at the purchasing stage because it cannot be done in the online shopping. This research paper focused to analyze the significant difference between the online and offline consumer groups in terms of demographic, technology use, availability and attitude of the consumer.
