 Abstract

Abstract Indian Women are playing multifaceted role. Their contribution is significant in developing the family and the state. The women attitude is strong and it is ready to undergo the struggles to keep themselves as the real role players in the world. Women is taking up the official roles in different sectors. Women are very good in prioritizing the family needs and keeping their individual need as the last preferred one. This trait makes the women to squeeze herself and get adjusted with all sorts of inconveniences and push herself to the maximum level at the cost of her health. India is a developing country where sanitation is the prime area to be focused. The women commuters are facing the problem of not having adequate public hygiene sanitation facilities that will have great impact on women health, affecting the family and finally the country.

 Abstract

Educational organizations are the main instruments of society for the constant pursuit of knowledge. The role of knowledge management in the educational institutions is important. So we can say the main function of educational organization is the knowledge management. Through the application systematic thinking, knowledge management in educational organization can be separately identified and studied at administrative, research, education (teaching and learning processes), student service and human resource subsystems. The use of the knowledge management systems and principles can lead to more flexibility in decision, promotion in teaching and learning processes, access to scientific resource, establishment of the effective internal and external communication network, synergy at the students and faculty knowledge and improvement in quality and quantity of research activities in Educational institutions. However, effective and efficient accomplishment of knowledge management in education faces some challenges. The main aim of the paper is to study the knowledge management in educational institutions.

The study of Consumer lifestyle has been always of great interest to marketers and to succeed in the dynamic and rapidly evolving environment, marketers are required to know all that they can about the consumers. During the 21st century, one can see many developments and changes taking place, with industries and firms trying to keep pace with the changes to suit the diverse needs of the people. Market segmentation has been considered as one of the most fundamental concept of modern marketing. In order to sharpen the marketing mix companies have been moving from marketing at aggregate level, called mass marketing to mass customization, to the level of 1-to-1 marketing where each customer is treated as a separate segment. Lifestyle is an important concept used in this paper to segment the consumers in to groups (segments).

Today human machine interaction has become more common in our daily life. We can try to make user interaction process friendly in our day today life. There are few technologies which help to design and develop particular system. The primary goal of this innovative project is to permit specially abled persons to explore autonomously in the outside world. Ordinary path navigation systems in the outdoor environment are costly and its manufacturing is time consuming. The developed system is based on Arduino Uno microcontroller and sensing the surrounding environment via ultrasonic sensor. It is economically cost effective and easily implemented. This makes the product easily affordable and it will serve these specially abled people of the society.

 Abstract

Although having its root on a foreign soil, English is now as much an Indian language as any other. It occupies the position of an associate official language. It has been taught in our schools and colleges for many decades. As an ideal, a course in English language and literature is supposed to have concentrated on improving the language proficiency and literary competence of learners. But the present system trains the learners only in mastering the literary content of the syllabus. The teaching/learning of English remains in the country an activity, questionable in its relevance. This lacuna can be attributed to a number of factors like the lack of motivation on the part of the students due to various reasons such as lack of awareness regarding the importance and scope of English language, faculty teaching techniques and stereotype kind of syllabi which may not cater the needs of the students. This paper attempts to highlight what is wrong in the syllabic contents prescribed in most of the universities in India if we assess it on the parameters of its relevance vis-a-vis the proficiency requirements of the learners.

Abstract: The objectives of this paper to find out the socio-economic status of Jenukuruba tribal women and to suggest the way and means for overall development of the same. Junukuruba Community has rich and cultural heritage, eternal traditions, but lacking Socio economic empowerment. could not create wealth; they could not hold land and properties and so on. Anyhow, governments offered constitutional relieves in the form of reservation. However, it is yet to reach the needy people. Therefore, a detailed research study has been carried out on socio-economic status of women in the Jenukuruba community. Here several strategic suggestions, policy guidelines have been suggested.
