ABSTRACT Personal laws advance from religious practices and custom, which shape a piece of the legal framework. These personal laws ought to be in consistence with the Constitution and most critically with the fundamental rights. The act of Triple Talaq has been in presence in the Muslim community for hundreds of years. Muslim men separate their spouses in one sitting with or without the presence of the wife. India is a nation where there is solidarity in decent variety. There are diverse religion, culture, and practices. Individuals follow various religions and beliefs. These religions lay out distinctive sets of personal laws, which represent marriage, divorce, succession, and so forth. Personal laws play an important role in the society as well as in the religious community. In any case, these old foundations created under various social ethos can't work today. The women are making quick walks in various fields of life. The degree of education and awareness of their rights is much broader today than ever before. This paper will include introduction to the topic and deal with terms like personal laws, Triple Talaq, fundamental rights, etc. It will deal with the judgments and laws related to Triple Talaq and recommendations.

Academic performance used as a yard stick to label children’s good performers and bad performers. Student’s grades and marks are the salient aspect of school life as measures of academic achievement. In the present study mid brain activation program is used as a tool; children’s academic performance can be strengthened by developing intellectual predictors. At the end of second session (second day) nearly all the childrens were able to identify colour, read and identify the picture from the material provided to them was easily done with their closed eyes. Moreover some extra activities were also preformed. Nearly 100% overall development was observed by all the students. Such whole brain developments can be used by the academician to sharpen the young generation and benefits with be helpful for growth of the individual child. And also the society will get enlighten with such bright childrens.

Traditionally, in India environmental problems used to be addressed through private law doctrines such as trespass, nuisance, strict liability or negligence in India or remedies available under Indian Penal Code or Criminal Procedure Code. Early statues many of which continue in force, dealt with problems on a sectoral or typological basis. For example, offences written in the Indian Penal Code penalizes certain kinds of air pollution, water pollution etc. Sanitary codes dealt with the quality of water and specific regulations were sometimes drawn up to regulate certain types of industrial establishments. Some of the statutes dealing with specific types of problems were important characteristic of period before 1980s. A new trend has been seen in Indian legal system after the Stockholm conference in 1972. The old laws were interpreted with new zeal for environment protection. The present paper deals with the zing of Indian Judiciary in interpretation of the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code and Indian Penal Code for the environment protection. Both these codes contain provisions for public nuisance.

In proposed work, we have analyzed kinetics and mechanistic study of oxidation of Ethane 1,2-diol by isoquinolium bromochromate in aqueous acetic acid medium. This kinetic and mechanistic study was carried out at 2980 k and reaction follows first order kinetics at low concentration of Ethane 1, 2-diol with trend towards zero order at its higher concentration with respect Isoquinolium bromochromate and the reaction is acid catalyzed. In proposed studies the formation of complex has been observed and rules out the involvement of free radicals in mechanism. Thermodynamic parameters were computed and a suitable mechanism with kinetic results has been proposed.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of adjustment on the senior secondary school students of Aligarh district. The sample of 220 11th class students was selected from government and private 10+2 schools located in the rural and urban areas of the selected district. Tool for collecting the data included Adjustment Inventory for School Students constructed and standardized by A.K.P. Sinha and R.P. Singh (1971). The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings of the study revealed that there is significant difference in adjustment of senior secondary school students across sex (males and females), locale (rural and urban), academic stream (science and social sciences) and types of school (government and private). The findings of this study may be used in devising skill training programme to enable students to learn the techniques to develop a harmony between need and circumstances for better adjustment in personal, social and academic and institutional lives.

This study is descriptive in nature and the paper reviews the literature on commodity market and risk associated with commodity investment, the different sources of return in commodity market and the effect of different macro-economic variables like interest rate, inflation on the return. Seasonality in the return the systematic risk for the wheat, corn and soybean futures over the period close to zero in all three cases. Average returns on the contracts the same period were close to zero. Asymmetric and seasonal effect is present in commodities market Seasonality affect is absorbed in risk and return relationship of each commodity. Gold price return indicating that seasonal dummies have asymmetric effect on gold market. The seasonal dummies in risk and return part of gold price are combination of positive and negative sign The return part of Gold indicating no seasonal effect while the negative seasonal effect is observed in volatility part is observed in month of June

Abstract Mosquitoes are vectors that transmit many dreadful diseases. Repeated use of synthetic insecticides for the control of mosquitoes causes adverse effects on target organisms. So alternate control measures are being explored from plant based insecticides. Present investigation was carried out the larvicidal activity of solvent extracts (chloroform, petroleum ether and acetone) Tridox procumbens against fourth instar larvae of Aedes aegypti. Mortality counts were made after 24, 48 and 72hrs of incubation for different concentrations (50, 75, 100, 125 and 150ppm). Chloroform and petroleum ether extracts show 100% mortality after 48 and 72hrs of incubation for 150ppm concentration. Petroleum ether and acetone extracts of Tridox procumbens has least LC50 of 101.62 and 103.92ppm respectively at 24hrs of exposure. At 72hrs of incubation, high LC50 (169.10ppm) values were observed in petroleum ether extracts of Tridox procumbens. Extracts of Tridox procumbens were more effective vector control agent against Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae.

Being cheapest in earlier days the natural sand used in concrete without any alternate even though natural sand containing organic impurities, clay and silt content more than permitted level. Due to excessive mining the river basin environment got affected, the demand for fine aggregate increased and the prevailing market unable to meet the need. Nowadays crushed sand also called as manufactured sand being used as an alternate to natural sand partially or fully. Even though manufactured sand used in normal construction activities, it is not used in high rise structures involving special concretes. Hence it is necessary to study the properties of special concrete with various replacement proportions of fine aggregate by manufactured sand. This will safeguard environment river basin and at the same time unwanted accumulation of crusher dust will put into better use than being used as mere filling material. Experiments conducted on M25, M30, M40 grade concrete with fine aggregate replacement proportion 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. The properties such as workability, water absorption, compressive strength, split tensile strength and flexural strength are determined from cubes, beams and cylinders cast with manufactured sand.
