This paper presents an implementation of sliding mode controller (SMC) together with a fuzzy logic controller for a DSTATCOM (Distribution STATIC COMCOMPENSATOR) for improving current induced power quality issues and voltage regulation of three-phase self-excited induction generator (SEIG). The fuzzy controller is the most reasonable for the human basic leadership component, giving the operation of an electronic framework with choices of specialists. The utilization of SMC for directing the DC link voltage of DSTATCOM offers different preferences, for example, reduction in number of sensors for assessing reference currents and the steady DC link voltage during transient conditions. The utilization of fuzzy controller for terminal voltage control gives the error free voltage direction in consistent state conditions. The voltage control highlight of DSTATCOM offers the upsides of single point voltage operation at the generator terminals with the reactive power compensation which maintains a strategic distance from the saturation in the generator. The SMC calculation is effectively executed on a DSTATCOM utilized with a three-phase SEIG sustaining single phase or three phase loads. The execution of the proposed control calculation is discovered attractive for voltage direction and relief of energy quality issues like reactive power compensation, harmonics elimination, and load balancing under nonlinear/linear loads. Compare the results for SMC with PI controller and fuzzy controller.

This paper proposes a novel converter topology for HVDC applications; this is known as the Alternate Arm Converter (AAC). The AAC is a half and half topology between the two-level converter and the secluded multilevel converter. Since AAC having H-connect cells as chief switches in each arm of converter. Because of stacking of H-connect cells in AAC it can ready to create a multilevel air conditioning voltage. AAC having capacity to create higher air conditioning voltage than the dc terminal voltage, this permits the AAC to work at an ideal point, called the "sweet spot". At the point when blame happened at dc-side the AAC can directs current in stage reactor through a STATCOM mode operation to help the air conditioner matrix network. The current and voltage qualities at dc and air conditioning side of network are reproduced through MATLAB/SIMULINK.

This paper focuses on the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis and the major factors causing the crisis, involving the role of the International Monetary Fund and main emphasis in done in the studying the impact on the 4 Asian Dragons. Some issues faced by the crisis, which are discussed, are still prevalent today in various economies in the world. The speculative attack on the Korean won, Hong Kong Dollar, Taiwan Dollar and Singapore Dollar. Increasing interest rates, market failures, the labor market in Taiwan, the issues the general public faced and corruption in the governments are discussed in this paper. Even though this crisis has been overcome and the affected economies have moved on, there are still some nations which are facing similar problems in their economy which would help them to use this as a base and reform their structures to benefit in the long run.

The evaluation of financial planning has been increased through decades, the existing studies on factors influencing selection of mutual fund and life insurance schemes are very few and very little information is available about investor perceptions, preferences, attitudes and behavior. The saving objectives and source of information for investors advise the companies and individuals as to which is the most preferred investment avenue. A mutual fund is a type of professionally-managed type collective investment scheme that pools money from many investors. ULIP stands for Unit Linked Insurance Plan. ULIPs combines the features of both insurance cover and investment opportunities under a single plan. Both ULIPs and mutual funds carry a certain element of risk in them that arise from investing. With this background this paper makes an earnest attempt to study the behavior of the investors in the selection of these two investment vehicles in an Indian perspective by making a comparative study.

The idea of Universal Basic Income, an unconditional cash payment to everyone has been gaining a lot of attention recently. It is seen as an alternative to various other subsidy schemes prevailing. UBI is being considered as a potential solution to the many socio-economic challenges confronted by the world today. With this research paper an attempt has been made to find out the need for universal basic income and what are the challenges being faced in implementing Universal Basic Income

Banking in India went through substantial modifications since the introduction of financial sector reforms in 1991, when it was found that the banks were stressed with high amount non-performing assets. The paper explores the movement of non-performing assets of public and private sectors banks in India. Reducing Non-performing assets is very important element of financial Health, stability and growth of banks in India. To find out the fundamental factors which influence non-performing assets of banks in India? To increase the efficacy and cost-effectiveness of Indian banking sector in the country it was important to bring banks out of the burden of non-performing assets. The consequences and trends show that Non-performing assets are having a descending trend during the study period, but Non-performing assets of public sector banks are still more than private sector banks. The returns on the assets show the decline trends. This is much lower in Public sector banks as compared to private sector banks. Finally the performances of Public sector banks are not suitable as compared to private sector banks

VPN is a Proven Technology that does Provide Security Strong enough for transmission & business use. Virtual Private Network is a Communication Network Which provides Secure data transmission in an unsecured or public Network In VPN. The Secure Connection across the Internet appears to the user as a Private Network Communication despite the fact that this Communication Occur over a Public Internetwork-hence the name Virtual Private Network. This Paper Provides a Survey Report on Brief Introduction of VPN and its tunneling Protocols.
