Herbal plants are traditionally used for the treatment of human gall bladder infections. The present study was undertaken to investigate activity of herbal extracts against human gall bladder bacterial pathogens. Extracts were prepared in methanol. The activity of plant extract was evaluated against five bacterial pathogens including E. coli, Salmonella sp, Klebsiella, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus (test bacteria) using agar diffusion method. Most of the herbal plant extracts are less effective against gram positive bacteria specially Streptococcus sp. More resistance power is shown by Salmonella sp. against almost of the plant extracts. Most of the plant extract shows highest activity against E. coli and Klebsiella sp. The results from the study suggest that the herbal extract show antibacterial activity against different bacterial sp. They could be used alternatives to common antimicrobial agents for treatment of gall bladder infections.

Essential oils have been shown to possess antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, insecticidal and antioxidant properties. Some oils have been used in treatment of infection in gallbladder. Essential oils are a rich source of biologically active compounds. Therefore, it is reasonable to expect a variety of plant essential oils with specific as well as general antimicrobial activity . The activity of essential oils was evaluated against five bacterial pathogens including E. coli, Salmonella sp, Klebsiella, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus (test bacteria) using disc diffusion method. Microorganisms used in this study were isolated from patients of GB diseases. Test bacteria were characterized on the basis of their biochemical characteristics. Screening of essential oils for antimicrobial activity was performed by disc diffusion method, which is normally used as rapid method to assess antimicrobial activity of essential oils . Our study have analyzed that these essential oils are useful for the preparation of herbal drugs which can be used in the treatment of infective diseases. It can also be concluded that essential oils shows good activity against test bacteria.

Cloud Computing is popular for its characteristics and Essentials, majorly it is used for storage, where the personal storage as services such as drop box and one drive attracting towards the cloud. The designing and analyzing of TasS, that is testing as a service is an automated service, where the research is to be carried out in the domain of testing especially when run in cloud is discussed along with the practical implementation. We majorly focused on different types of testing technologies such as testing major enterprise resource planning and monitoring and testing cloud based applications, As the scope of the application testing in all areas is focused, as it is to be noted that all applications cannot be tested in cloud and all testing techniques are not be appropriate, to be tested for applications running in cloud. The case study is done on different testing methods and methodologies such as security testing, performance testing and software testing. We even focused on the most common security characteristics such as confidentiality, Data Integrity, Availability, Non-Reputation and Authentication. The Genetic algorithmic approach is given for the wide scope and effective testing in cloud. We even concentrated on different testing domains in cloud, carried out acceptable to achieve effectiveness of testing in cloud.

This paper analyzes the characteristics of combination of wavelet transform and second generation Curvelet transform. In the existing system, Wavelet transform of two images (i.e.) the image may be CT image or MRI image is obtained and the curvelt transform is taken for the wavelet transformed image. Finally the two curvelet transformed images are fused. The limitation of this method is loss of curved ends in WT image and loss of sharp ends in the Curvelet transformed image. Wavelet transform takes block base to approach the singularity of C2. So curved ends are missed in this transformation but we can obtain the sharp ends. By using Curvelt transform we can able to recover the curved ends of the image because it takes wedge base to approach the singularity of C2. But we missed the sharp ends in the Curvelet transformed image. But in the proposed system, Wavelet transform as well as Curvelet transform is taken for two CT images. These two transformed images are then fused. The similar technique is applied for MRI image also. So that we can able to recover both the sharp ends and the curved ends when we use these two transformed images. The fused image is more informative than the original image.

Here a distribution power system with pi &pr controller to suppress harmonic resonance is presented. Here, in the distribution power system a parallel connected filter operates as a harmonic conductance, which can reduce the resonance produced harmonically. Normally filter behaves as admittance instead of conductance because of phase lagging concept in Digital Signal Processing (DSP). As a result an unwanted harmonics may get amplified at some different location while starting the filter. Here, PI and PR controllers are used for the suppression of harmonic resonance. To control the currents of a converters which are connected in a grid way the PI controllers are used. The PR controllers compensate the needed harmonics. At harmonic frequencies to assure that the filter used here functions as conductance, the band pass filters are connected in parallel and tuned to the specific value. By the obtained result it is clear that the presented work provides good damping than other control methods.
