Abstract: Museums have great importance in preserving our cultural heritage that including the historical organic collection. Historical protein and cellulosic manuscripts are one of the most widespread and important in museums which represent the precious remains of our history. Unfortunately, these artifacts exposed to the most dangerous type of degradation (biological deterioration) that may lead to the loss of these historical manuscripts. Hence the importance of using pesticides appears, but our local museums lack the use of the criteria and standards required to be applied when using such pesticides in order to preserve the historical manuscripts from degradation, also to protect any one who is dealing with these treated manuscripts, and secure the environment protection. Consequently, there is an important role of the highly aware conservators when using different types of pesticides. This study made a survey of the historical development of the pesticides used in the field of the parchment manuscripts and the leather artifacts, explained the different types of pesticides that can be used in museums, also Criteria that governing the selection of pesticides used in historical manuscripts, Criteria should be taken under consideration in handling pesticides in museums, Application techniques of pesticides of leather and parchment manuscripts, First aids of dealing with pesticides, and how to get rid of pesticide residues in museums without harming the surrounding environment and other matters related to pesticides through useful-in-depth theoretical study of pesticides used in the field of historical parchment manuscripts and leather artifacts in museums.

The urge to go mobile has been one of direst desires of mankind since decades. Back in 1997, scientists and the engineers of IEEE introduced a standard which is being used now all over the world under the unlicensed bands 2.4 and 5 GHz. The emerging demand of WLAN (Wireless local Area Network) in offices, corporate and the industrial sector and city wide university campuses forces the Task Group S of IEEE to come up with further enhancements in the family of 802.11 standards. Since 2004, 802.11s has introduced new enhancements related to wireless frame forwarding packets, security and routing capabilities at data link layer. This article describes the mechanism, architecture and its latest amendments in the family of IEEE 802.11 wireless mesh network which is named as 802.11s.The paper also covers the benefits of using the 802.11s standard, a phone without internet is a waste nowadays so we are going to deal about internet sharing using wireless mesh network.

Bile acids are an end product of cholesterol catabolism produced in the liver. It comprises of Chenodeoxycholic acid (CDCA), Deoxycholic acid (DCA), Lithocholic acid (LCA), Cholic Acid (CA) are act as an endogenous ligand by acting on the FXR receptor belongs to the nuclear receptor family to exert the various biological functions. FXR is considered as a chief regulator of bile acid metabolism as it is involved in all phases of the bio-synthetic pathway. Activation of these nuclear receptors by their respective ligands leads to a reduction in bile acid synthesis, promotion of lipid oxidation, drug metabolism and transport, as well as affecting cholesterol metabolism. Conversely dysregulation of bile acid metabolism has a significant impact on inflammatory and metabolic disorders, such as Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, diabetes, and obesity. In this review, we have summarized the regulation of bile acid synthesis, transport, absorption, different ligands for FXR and their chemical structure in detail.
