Abstract
In this research, we implemented face recognition algorithmic approach which consist of both frame and texture information to represent face images. The whole area of face is partitioned into small blocks from which Local Binary Pattern (LBP) histograms of size (8x8) are extracted and concatenated into a single image histogram. The extracted enhanced feature histograms represents the given face image. On the basis of extracted features of face, classification is performed by using nearest neighbor techniques. Analysis of results seemingly shows the perfection of the implemented scheme over all considered methods (PCA and Local Binary Pattern) on ORL database which include testing the efficiency of the implemented approach against lighting, aging and different facial expressions of the faces. In addition to its simplicity and efficiency, the scheme requires less than 50% time for feature extraction.

Abstract
There are many opinions on the migration of Hadhrami Sayyids to the Indian Ocean and when it started. However, scholars unanimously agreed that the Hadhrami migration was increased in large scale during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. Majority of these communities were Sayyids who influenced the local people and propagated the idea of Shafi School of Jurisprudence.

Abstract
The wireless sensor networks is the decentralized type of network which can sensor environmental conditions and pass that to base station. The underwater acoustic networks is the network in which sensors are deployed under the sea and pass sensed information to base station. Due to movement of the sensor nodes, to estimate exact location of the sensor node is the challenging task. In this research paper, technique of node localization is applied which is based on the distance based technique. The simulation of proposed technique is analzed in MATLAB and it has been analyzed that number of nodes localized increased with increase of coverage.

Abstract
Impulse buying has been considered a pervasive and distinctive phenomenon in the American lifestyle and has been receiving increasing attention from consumer researchers. The retailers today are using the visual merchandising tool to differentiate themselves from their competitors and to be a prominent leader in the market to attract the customers. Visual Merchandising is the presentation of merchandise as well as a store in order to attract customers. It is an attractive way and an eye-catching technique to tell customers what the store stands for and offers to its potential customers. The retailers today are using the merchandising tool to differentiate themselves from other competitors and to be prominent in the market and attract the customers. The main purpose of this research study is to understand visual merchandising and its impact on consumer buying behavior. This study was conducted to test how the visual merchandising and outlook factors impact store image and customer buying behavior. It is found that window display, fixture, signage, mannequin, colors and lighting were significantly associated with consumer buying behavior. In order to stand out in the increasing competition, it is important that retailers design their store and present it in a creative and eye-catching manner. Greater concern should be given to the product displayed in windows and on mannequins as they are drivers of store visits.

Abstract
Present paper deals with the analysis of Diversity of Phytoplanktons. Phytoplanktons are the chief primary producers and are of prime importance in aquatic ecosystem as the productivity of aquatic ecosystem is totally dependent on these. The diversity of phytoplankton components in the aquatic ecosystem serve as a reliable index for monitoring a water body. In this research examined the phytoplankton diversity in Ottu Reservoir, which is situated 14 k.m. away from Sirsa(Haryana). Samples were collected monthly from April 2012 to June 2013. Different Species of phytoplankton related to the member of four groups, namely Chlorophyceae (greens) Cyanophyceae (blue greens) and Bacillariophyceae (diatoms)and Euglenophyceae were observed.During the present study period,a total of 26 species of Phytoplankton were recorded out of which Chlorophyceae was represented by 9 species, Cyanophyceae by 8 species, where as Bacillariophyceae and Euglenophyceae each represented by 6 and 2 species respectively. Climate of local environment factors are likely to have major impact on phytoplankton diversity of fresh water.
