Abstract
The paper deals with the study of an Induction Motor drive system integrating Push-Pull Converter and three phase inverter using a single solar photovoltaic panel. To step-up the voltage from the panel to drive motor a push-pull converter is used. To obtain better motor performance, to reduce harmonic content of the inverter output waveform and to increase the efficiency of the system, we use Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) Technique for inverter switching. Closed-loop speed control is developed by Fuzzy Logic Controller to regulate the motor speed to desired value. Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) is employed to obtain maximum power from the PV panel. Lastly simulation results are discussed and analysed.

Abstract
India with more than a billion people in its arsenal, technically affluent workforce, use of modern technology, and cost-effective nature, certainly possess opportunities for medical tourism. But, the million dollar question is whether we are in a state to offer services to both the local and global customers in terms of the necessary service qualities. At one end we are looking to establish India as a global leader in medical tourism whereas at the other end we are increasingly failing to provide the basic facilities to our citizens. Issues like severe malnutrition, maternal & infant deaths, outbreak of diseases like dengue, malaria, swine flu etc., prevailing social taboos, unavailability of basic amenities, neglected hospital surroundings, inadequate infrastructural facilities, misbehaviour of doctors & staffs and may more disheartening stories are the frequent headlines which forces us to rethink about our efforts. With this background, we have tried to assess the health care service quality available in the state of Odisha by using the SERVQUAL scale. For sampling, we have chosen one of the renowned tertiary care teaching hospital situated in the Berhampur city of the Ganjam district. The study revealed the various truths about the current state of health care in the state and also revealed many areas that need immediate attention. Based on the findings and feedbacks of the customers, we have recommended some measures for improvement.

Abstract
The Image processing is the technique which can store the information stored in the form of pixels. The noise is the extra pixels on the image which reduce image quality. The MRI images are medical images on which rician noise is present. The PNLM is the algorithm which can denoise the MRI image. In this research, GLCM is the used which will analyze the textural features of the image and define window size for image denoising. The proposed algorithm is implemented in MATLAB and results are analyzed in terms of certain parameters. It has been analyzed that proposed technique performs well as compared to other techniques in terms of PSNR, RMSE and MSSIM.

Abstract
Bike accidents are happening every day. Most drivers were convinced that they can avoid such troublesome situations. The development of Automobile Technology, more and more lightweight materials are applied to automobile body for the purpose of light weighting and environment protection. This research work describes the Design and crash Analysis of Scooter Front safety Guard. The front guard is a protection device in front of the Scooter bike. This project was designed a safety guard S- Shaped longitudinal member. These S- shaped longitudinal members are good crash behavior and energy absorption characteristics compared existing guard. This Project model built using the Creo 2.0 Software and while the simulation of crash done in Numerical study carried by simulation via the Explicit Dynamics in ANSYS 16.0. To determine the impact energy absorbing member and also investigate to determine the stiffness on the crash behavior.
