The major component which is subjected to high amount of thermal variations is the engine cylinder fin. The cooling of the engine cylinder is increased by increasing the surface area of the engine fin. The main aim of this paper is to investigate the thermal dissipation of the heat from the engine fin for higher rate of cooling. This can be analyzed by changing the geometry and applying different materials for it. The geometry used for this analysis is circular, rectangular, helical, tapered, longitudinal, angular. The materials used for this analysis are Grey Cast iron and Aluminium Alloy 6061. The design is created in Creo 3.0 and the thermal analysis is done in Ansys Workbench 16.1. Based on our analysis Aluminium Alloy 6061 shows maximum thermal dissipation and higher rate of cooling, specifically circular fin has maximum value

Sulphur is treated as an impurity which has huge impact on the production cost of ammonia It is a poisoning element for steam naphtha reforming catalyst it should be removed from raw naphtha having maximum 1500 wt ppm sulphur. Sulphur removed from naphtha is done by two sections one is pre-desulphurisation and followed by Final desulphurisation. In the pre-desulphurization process, the organic sulphur compounds are removed from the naphtha by catalytic conversion to hydrogen sulphide which is then separated from the naphtha by distillation. The hydrogenation and stripping process is included as a primary processing step in the NFCL plant, kakinada to remove the bulk of the maximum 1500 wt ppm sulphur in the naphtha feed up to 2-10 ppm sulphur. The predesulphurisation process does not yield sufficiently low sulphur concentration in the feed to prevent poisoning of the steam naphtha reforming catalyst, thus a final desulphurization must also be performed. The sulphur content in the outlet of final desulphurized gas is 0.1 ppm by volume it is achieved by two beds of ZnO Absorption. And here I am present the brief operation of pre-desulphurisation ,Final desulphurisation. In the present project work, to study the various catalysts to remove sulphur from naphtha and catalysts handling ,best performance, operating conditions& poisioning of catalysts are studied.

Abstract The purpose of the study was to predict the Volleyball playing ability from selected anthropometric measurements. To achieve the purpose of the study, total of eighty Inter -university Volleyball men players are selected as a subjects. The anthropometric variables such as Height, Weight, Leg length, Arm Length, Forearm length, Fore arm circumference, Upper arm girth, Chest Girth, Thigh Girth & Calf Girth was selected as independent variables and volleyball playing ability was selected as dependent variable for this study. The selected independent variables were tested by using standardized test items were tested by using gullick tape. Here the height measured by stadiometer, weight measured by weighing machine, volleyball playing ability of the subjects was assed by the application of a Volleyball rating scale for 45 points. After the assessment of the performance in the match situation the average score of 3 experts were consider as volleyball playing ability of the subjects. To determine the relationship between dependent variable and independent variable Pearson product moment correlation and to find out the joint contribution multiple regression was used. The results of the present study indicate that Height, Leg length, Arm Length, Forearm length, Fore arm circumference, Upper arm girth, Chest Girth, Thigh Girth & Calf Girth are playing an important role for volleyball playing ability.

Abstract In recent years that there is a trend that more teams adopt the technique, tactics and physical performance in volleyball players. The skills like higher attack, powerful jumping-serve, attack from the back row and aggressive blocking are now widely used by volleyball players. All these bring forward greater demand for specific fitness and physique of volleyball players. Objective:The objective of the study was to know a role of anthropometric variables in volleyball playing ability. Procedure :to achieve the purpose of the study data was collected from 80 volleyball players who have represented their university volleyball teams in the inter University tournament. Variables considered for this study was Fore arm circumference, Upper arm girth, Chest girth ,Thigh girth, Calf girth., and Performance Variables such as Service accuracy, Spiking, Over Head pass, and Under hand pass . Data was collected by using standardised method. Findings : Data collected was treated with the product moment correlation statistical technique, the results showed that there is a significant relationship between Fore arm circumference, Upper arm girth, Chest girth, Thigh girth, Calf girth. and the volleyball playing ability.

There are three main pillars to check the Human development of any nation. These are as follows- First is the Social System that prevails in the society, second is the political system of the society and third is Economic growth of the society. As a whole India is doing well on all three fronts, but in regards social and political system India is doing much better than most of the developing countries. On economic issues as a whole India is doing so well that we are the 12th largest economy at market exchange rate, and 5th largest economy based on the size of GDP (Gross Domestic Production). theoretical contributions, an attempt is made to clarify some important aspects about the phenomenon, such as various subtypes of workplace bullying. Empirical findings on prevalence, antecedents and outcome factors are outlined and reviewed. The paper also discusses the dose-response perspective.

This article examines the phenomenon and concept of bullying in the workplace. Workplace bullying is a form of interpersonal aggression that can be both flagrant and subtle, but is mainly characterized by its persistency and long term duration. The relationships between bullying and related concepts such as workplace aggression and interpersonal conflict are discussed. With reference to previous empirical research as well as theoretical contributions, an attempt is made to clarify some important aspects about the phenomenon, such as various subtypes of workplace bullying. Empirical findings on prevalence, antecedents and outcome factors are outlined and reviewed. The paper also discusses the dose-response perspective.
