Employees’ organizational commitment is an important issue, because it may be used to predict employees’ performance, absenteeism and other behaviors (Dordevic, 2004; Bishop & Scott, 1997). Employees commitment to an organization has been defined in a variety of ways including an attitude or an orientation that links the identity of the person to the organization, a process by which the goals of the organization and those of the individual become congruent, an involvement with a particular organization, the perceived rewards associated with continued participation in an organization, the cost associated with leaving and normative pressures to act in a way that meets organizational goals (Meyer & Allen, 1997). These definitions reflect three broad themes: commitment reflecting an affective orientation toward the organization, recognition of costs associated with leaving the organization and a moral obligation to remain with an organization. So, three types of organizational commitment are affective, continuance and normative organization commitment. If employees are committed to their organizations, they expect their organization to be committed to them (Dordevic, 2004). Employee engagement is a strong predictor of positive organizational performance clearly showing the two way relationship between employer and employee compared to three earlier constructs: job satisfaction, employee commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (Markos & Sridevi, 2009).

Each single system has been studied and developed in order to meet safety requirement. Instead of having air bag, good suspension systems, good handling and safe cornering, there is one most critical system in the vehicle which is brake systems. Without brake system in the vehicle will put a passenger in unsafe position. Therefore, it is must for all vehicles to have proper brake system. In this paper disc brake material use for calculating normal force, shear force and piston force. And also calculating the brake distance of disc brake. The standard disc brake two wheelers model using in Ansys and done the Thermal analysis and Modal analysis also calculate the deflection and Heat flux, Temperature of disc brake model. This is important to understand action force and friction force on the disc brake new material, how disc brake works more efficiently, which can help to reduce the accident that may happen in each day.

In the gear design the bending stress and surface strength of the gear tooth are considered to be one of the main contributors for the failure of the gear in a gear set. Thus, the analysis of stresses has become popular as an area of research on gears to minimize or to reduce the failures and for optimal design of gears in this paper bending and contact stresses are calculated by using analytical method as well as Finite element analysis. To estimate bending stress modified Lewis beam strength method is used. Pro-e solid modeling software is used to generate the 3-D solid model of helical gear. Ansys software package is used to analyze the bending stress. Contact stresses are calculated by using modified AGMA contact stress method. In this also Pro-e solid modelling software is used to generate contact gear tooth model. Ansys software package is used to analyze the contact stress. Finally, these two methods bending and contact stress results are compared with each other.

Electricity is an integral part of modern society.Haryana is the first 100 percent electrified state of India but still some households in rural areas of the state are in shortage of electricity.Due to rapid growth of population,social and economic factors the growth of electrified households in spatial and temporal point of view are uneven in the state. This study attempts to provide a brief insight into the concept of spatial and temporal variation in the availability of electricity in rural Haryana.

This paper describes an attempt to construct a scale to measure the Internet Usage of Higher Secondary Learners for Learning Tamil. Likerts method (Four points) of scaling was adopted. The researcher constructs the statements; acceptance or rejection of each one would imply a different degree of favorable or unfavorable Internet Usage for Learning Tamil. The statements were then screened and edited in accordance with guidelines suggested by Likerts and others. 66 statements were retained under six dimensions such as Accessibility, Involvement/ Interest, Awareness/ Knowledge, Tamil Content, Teaching and Phobia all statements are positive. Eventually, pilot study was conducted on a 50 Higher Secondary Students in Chennai district. After a pilot study item analysis has been done in each items, 45 statements were retained for the Internet Usage scale based on Item Total correlation value and Discriminatory Index value. The statements finally covered under five dimensions (Accessibility, Interest, Awareness, Tamil content availability and Utilization of web sources for teaching tamil by teachers)(with 9,7,9,10,11 statements respectively). After being administered to 500 Higher Secondary Students (both Boys and Girls) of XI and XII standards studying in Government, Government Aided and Corporation schools from seven districts of Tamil Nadu such as Chennai, Thiruvallur, Kancheepuram, Vellore, Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri and Thanjavur. The scale was tested using split-half method and found to be a reliable tool for measuring the Internet Usage of Higher Secondary Learners for Learning Tamil. The scale was also tested for content validity, Face validity and item validity.

The reconfigurable router for NOC has been arranged in the present business. Here the router which has been planned contains four channels viz, west, east, south and north and a solitary framework switch. An individual channel contains MUX and FIFO memory. The information inputs and yields are confined by MUX and information stockpiling is accomplished utilizing FIFO memory. At first, south channel is planned alongside its sub-pieces like MUX and FIFO memory. Later the framework switch and remaining channels are planned. At last, planned channels alongside their MUX, FIFO buffer and a cross bar switch are fused to present the whole router structure. The execution of the router is completed by method for Verilog HDL. Obtained results show that the proposed design consumes less power compared to the previously designed reconfigurable routers.
