Agriculture is considered as the major sector and hence it has to be given top most priority while arriving at decisions and policies by the Government and other authorities concerned. In view of the significant contribution of the agricultural sector for the development of the economy as a whole, the Government at national and state level, NABARD and RBI have played a dynamic role in creating a broad based institutional framework for catering to the increasing credit requirements of the sector. In India Banks, co-operatives and other financial institutions occupy a very prominent role in the agricultural credit system and for its better performance. In spite of the disbursal performance of agricultural credit is getting more and more positive; the system is not free from all the defects of which one crucial party affected is the lenders or bankers disbursing agricultural credit. The problem of less repayment performance due to low income from agriculture and natural calamities and other related problems is a major seen in the credit delivery system. The detailed analysis of these problems will only be the means to annihilate the same to a large extent. It is also a very need on the part of the policy makers as well as the society at large to make, implement and ensure sufficient initiatives so as to be free from the distress prevailing in agricultural sector.

Most small businesses have been impacted significantly by a shift in human resources management functions as working remotely has become the norm. The main purpose of this research is to explore the presence of remote work in small businesses, considering such issues as employees' productivity, effi- ciency, cost-effectiveness, and related examples of problems. Employing of mixed-method method, we used surveys and interviews as the main instru- ments technique to collect information from small business owners, manag- ers, and employees for all industries under consideration. Our research de- monstrates some very important points about the implementation of remote work by small businesses. For starters, we noticed that there has been an up- surge in remote employees among small businesses. This procedure contri- buted not only to the increase in employee output, but the workers also said that they faced far fewer interruptions and had greater freedom in their work schedules. Remote work has been positively correlated with higher levels of employee satisfaction and engagement. Our findings suggest that employees appreciate the flexibility and work-life balance afforded by remote work ar- rangements, resulting in increased job satisfaction and retention rates within small businesses. On a financial level, remote work delivers the prospect of cost reduction to agile companies, minimizing the costs for office space, utili- ties, and commute incentives. On the bright side, the case studies reveal a host of issues that small businesses are encountering while trying to be suc- cessful in their efforts to adopt remote work policies efficiently. Organiza- tional setbacks are brought about by maintaining teamwork, safeguarding data and handling remote job performance issues. The outcome which we had determines that remote workers' policies and practices need to change so that they fit with their needs. Concrete tactics to create a favorable distancing work environment are to put in place reliable communication devices by all means. Policymakers and industry stakeholders can play a pivotal role in faci- litating the transition to remote work by offering incentives, resources, and guidance to small businesses navigating this paradigm shift. By embracing remote work as a viable and sustainable option, small businesses can enhance their competitiveness, attract top talent, and contribute to a more inclusive and flexible workforce ecosystem. Our study follows on the multifaceted im- plications of the rise of remote work for small businesses and provides ac- tionable insights for stakeholders seeking to leverage this transformative trend effectively.

In Baghelkhand region districts dissected terrain dominated by hills and plateaus impede the extension of agricultural development. To know the status of agricultural development data related to landuse land cover was used. Data on gross cropped area, net sown area, cropping intensity, culturable land, fallow land, and area under major crops such as Wheat, Tuar, Millets, Wheat, Pulses, and Jowar has also been compiled and analysed under Ravi and Kharif crops. By making usage of the table of critical values of Doi's method, the crop combinations in Baghelkhand Region of Madhya Pradesh has been ascertained. Considering seven crops, there are only one (Shahdol) district in region had two crop combination while there are only two first ranking crop in the region. Rice and wheat crops have covered all the districts. In Satna district Wheat is in first ranking and it is only district where Gram is second ranking crop while Soyabean is only in this district exhibits fourth ranking crop combination.
