 Abstract

Nowadays, we are looking for a new therapeutically potential drug to heal and resist various infectious diseases without any consequences. The leaves and stem bark part of Artabotrys zeylanicus and Artabotrys sahyadricus were extracted with aqueous and different solvents like petroleum ether, chloroform , ethyl acetate and ethanol. All extracts are subjected to phytochemical screening and followed by quantitative tests. Phytoconstituents like alkaloids, flavonoids, phenols, tannins, glycosides, steroids, terpanoids and cardiac glycosides were demonstrated in preliminary phytochemical screening. Alkaloids, flavonoids, steroids, terpanoids and cardiac glycosides were highly indicate. Steroids , terpanoids and cardiac glycosides were indicate highly in Stem bark part. A. zeylanicus permormed better activity than Artabotrys sahyadricus in qualitative and quantitative analysis. Results subjected that both plant extracts can give out a remarkable reference for future studies in biological activities.

 Abstract

Abstract : Petroselinum crispum is a green biennial hedge plant which belongs to Apiaceae family indigenous to Europe and Western Asia. The work mainly focuses on the nutraceuticals potential of Petroselinum crispum leaf powder. The nutrient contains of the leaf power was determined by various methods and phytochemicals screening of the leaf extract was done by different procedure. Leaves of this plant are rich in carbohydrate, protein and fiber; and also rich in vitamin C, iron, zinc and calcium. The aqueous extract of leaves and flowers of Petroselinum crispum showed presence of steroids, alkaloids, phytosetrol, tannins and saponins. The protecting cause of plant is due to the presence of numerous elements such as carotenoids, flavonoids, galetin and phenolic compounds. The results record that leaves powder contains different types of nutrients and phytochmicals in it. Flavonoids like apigenin, chrysoeriol and quercetin are chief components in Petroselinum crispum plant that decrease the oxidative damage associated to cancer, aging, atherosclerosis, ischemic damage, soreness and neurodegenerative diseases. Leaves, seeds and roots of Petroselinum crispum are used as hepatoprotective, brain protective, anti-diabetic, analgesic, spasmolytic, immunosuppressant, anti-anemic, menorrhagic, anti-coagulant, anti-hyperlipidemic and many more diseases.

 Abstract

This article throws light upon the new legal order which has influenced the administrative process greatly. Life of every individual is greatly influenced by the administrative process. In the actions of a Welfare State, the constitutional mandates occupy predominant position even in administrative matters. It operates in public domain and in appropriate cases constitutes substantive and enforceable right. The term legitimate expectation pertains to the field of public law and envisages grant of relief to a person when he is not able to justify his claim on the basis of law in true sense of term although he may have suffered a civil consequence. The concept of legitimate expectation is being used by the courts for judicial review and it applies the ethics of fairness and reasonableness to the situation where a person has an expectation or interest in a public body retaining a long-standing practice or keeping a promise. The courts have emphasized that legitimate expectation as such is not an enforceable right. However, non consideration of legitimate expectation of a person adversely affected by a decision may invalidate the decision on the ground of arbitrariness.

 Abstract

The research paper entitled, Influence of Socio-demographic variables on Psychological Well-being among Administrative Service Officers from J & K endeavors to examine the affect of demographic variables on psychological well-being. This descriptive study investigated the effect of socio-demographic factors on the perceived psychological well-being in a population of aging professionals in administrative service sector especially in J&K. The questionnaire survey is used in the present study and was created for a larger study conducted for the administrative service Society on middle Aging .Three hundred (250 men and 50 women) sample as full time employee lists completed a questionnaire survey. An independent t-test showed that there are differences between male and female on the basis of various demographic variables .An ANOVA showed the differences among various group. The discussion suggests that people, who are in their mid age, are having significant association with the psychological well-being.

 Abstract

Vehicle electronics plays a major role in the application of automotives and it is highly applicable in preserving the human lives. Enormous technologies are involved in the field of vehicle applications by electronics. Much kind of sensors are implemented in the vehicle and it is used in the real time applications effectively. In this paper, a real-time automobile tracking system via Google Earth is presented. The system included two main components: a transmitting embedded module to interface in-vehicle GPS and GSM devices in order determine and Send automobile location and status information via SMS. The second stationary module is a receiving module to collect and process the transmitted information to a compatible format with Google Earth to remotely monitor the automobile location and status online. The transmit location of the vehicle has been filtered using Kalman filter to achieve accurate tracking. The 2DRMS accuracy of estimated vehicle coordinates has been enhanced. The accuracy of filter coordinates was less than 15 meters compared to about 43 meters for transmitted co-ordinates received by in vehicle GPS module. Panic switch use to control the sending information. Radiation jammer use to control the incoming calls when driving.

Death rate due to Breast cancer is increasing every year. However, the survival chances can be increased if the early diagnosis is done. Mammography is known as one of the main tools for early detection of breast cancer. Segmentation is a most important step in cancer detection. Image segmentation is use to extract the region of interest (lesion) from the mammogram image. As there are several tissues present in mammogram so it becomes a challenging task to isolate the lesion from it. Performance of feature extraction techniques mainly depends on the segmentation accuracy which will in turn assist radiologists in diagnosing the affected or suspicious area and classify the tumor.
