In this paper, we study the concept of fuzzy generalized closed sets. We will considered the question of when some classes of fuzzy generalized closed sets coincide. Also we introduce some fuzzy lower separation axioms, fuzzy exactly discontinuity, fuzzy sub-maximal space, fuzzy -space and fuzzy -space and study some of the properties.

Carry skip logic (CSKA) is one of replaced in many data processing processors to perform fast arithmetic functions. Adders are the basic building blocks in digital integrated circuit based designs. Ripple carry adders are slowest adders as every full adder must wait till the carry is provoke from previous full adder. In this paper, we present a Carry skip logic (CSKA) structure that has a higher speed yet lower energy consumption compared with the conventional one. In this paper, AND-OR-Invert (AOI) and OR-AND-Invert (OAI) compound gates for the select logic for existing and proposed method. In addition, instead of utilizing Parallel prefix Adder, the proposed structure makes use of QCA technique for arithmetic operations. The quantum-dot cellular automata (QCA) approach means one of the possible solutions to reduce the power consumptions, area and delay for general processors.

Opinions of village leaders were sought regarding Gram Panchayats role performances. These leaders were not occupying any positions in PRIs. These were considered as the best judge for the purpose. The opinions were examined in respect of the administrative, educational, construction, maintenance, agriculture, fisheries, forestry, water supply. In all, 113 opinion leaders were interviewed in this context from both agro-climatic zones of the state. The percentage of opinions in favour of GPs performance regarding educational works, construction and maintenance works, drinking works, drinking water supply, works related to agriculture, fisheries and forestry, sanitation works and entertainment jobs is very less. As per the knowledge of informal leaders, the Gram Panchayat did not undertake works related to Khadi, village and cottage industries development, development of bio gas, improved Chullahas etc. Performance of Panchayats was also not appreciated by these respondents in respect of women and child development, social welfare, public distribution system etc.

In parallel with the amazing increase in mobile data traf?c, an advanced cellular technologies progress, more than one component carrier (CC) can now be jointly utilized in a base station (BS). As a result, the energy consumption of the BS has become an important concern. The fast-growing requirement and development of the green communication technology have led to many energy-saving designs in mobile networks. In this project, a novel green rate-and-power control transmission scheme is therefore proposed for the BS transmission to address the problem of energy minimization at BS transceivers subject to certain quality-of-service and fairness requirements for all users. Communication activities in downlink transmissions of the BS with orthogonal frequency-division multiple access-based multi CCs are considered.
