The rapid growth of social networking is supplementing the progression of cyber intimidate activities. Most of the individuals involved in these activities belong to the younger generations, especially teenagers, who in the worst scenario are at more risk of suicidal attempts. We propose an effective approach to detect cyber intimidate messages from social media through a weighting scheme of feature selection. We present a model to extract the cyber intimidate network, which is used to identify the most active cyber intimidate predators and victims through ranking users

The past few years have witnessed the dramatic popularity of large-scale social networks where malicious nodes detection is one of the fundamental problems. Most existing works focus on actively detecting malicious nodes by verifying signal correlation or behavior consistency. It may not work well in large-scale social networks since the number of users is extremely large and the difference between normal users and malicious users is inconspicuous. In this paper, we propose a novel approach that leverages the power of users to perform the detection task. We design incentive mechanisms to encourage the participation of users under two scenarios: full information and partial information. In full information scenario, we design a specific incentive scheme for users according to their preferences, which can provide the desirable detection result and minimize overall cost. In partial information scenario, assuming that we only have statistical information about users, we first transform the incentive mechanism design to an optimization problem, and then design the optimal incentive scheme under different system parameters by solving the optimization problem. We perform extensive simulations to validate the analysis and demonstrate the impact of system factors on the overall cost.

Image retrieval is a poor stepchild to other forms of information retrieval (IR). Image retrieval has been one of the most interesting and research areas in the field of computer vision over the last decades. Content-Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) systems are used in order to automatically index, search, retrieve, and browse image databases. Colour, shape and texture features are important properties in content-based image retrieval systems. In this paper, we have mentioned detailed classification of CBIR system. We have defined different techniques as well as the combinations of them to improve the performance. We have also defined the effect of different matching techniques on the retrieval process. Most content-based image retrievals (CBIR) use color as image features. However, image retrieval using color features often gives disappointing results because in many cases, images with similar colors do not have similar content. Color methods incorporating spatial information have been proposed to solve this problem, however, these methods often result in very high dimensions of features which drastically slow down the retrieval speed. In this paper, a method combining color, shape and texture features of image is proposed to improve the retrieval performance. Given a query, images in the database are firstly ranked using color features. Then the top ranked images are re-ranked according to their texture features. Results show the second process improves retrieval performance significantly.

Manual segmentation of thoughts MRI facts is time-eating, tedious and subjective. Previously, a extensive variety of methodologies has been proposed for computerized segmentation of the mature thoughts. Compared to man or woman snapshots, MRI time series brings a numerous facts. Actually, tumor localization in human mind is a delicate mission. Therefore, the use of a multi temporal collection of MRI images permits a better extraction due to the additional statistics delivered with the aid of way of every picture in the time collection. Construction Planning is the most important phase of the project. Planning regarding crew size, materials, equipments etc., should be done in the planning phase. Construction planners use Critical path Method & PERT analysis to reduce the duration of the project. As the duration of the project reduces, the cost of the project increases i.e. there is a Trade-off between Time & Cost. Using CPM the overall cost of the project can be reduced by using less expensive resources on Non-critical activities. It could be used by construction managers in a planning stage to explore numerous possible opportunities to the contractor and predict the effect of a decision on the construction to facilitate a preferred operating policy given different management objectives. The Study shows comparative results of the three techniques used to achieve Time-Cost Optimization. The two techniques used were Critical Path Method-Project Crashing Method, Linear Programming Method (LP). To compare the results a case study was considered i.e. construction of a Water Treatment Plant. Hence this paper presents: 1) Application of Project Crashing Method 2) Application of Linear Programming (LP)

Abstract: Varanasi is known for the very famous river Ganga .it is called as a religious capital of India. it has its affluent culture and opulent heritage value but now a day the scenario of Ghat area are completely chaotic and facing multiple problem for the physically challenge people. As per Indian census 2011 India has 2.68 Crore physically challenge people at certain level. Walk ability can be definition technically: "The extent to which the built environment is friendly to the presence of people living, shopping, visiting, enjoying or spending time in an area". Factors affecting walk ability include, but are not limited to: step, temple, shop, seating, entrance, houses, Havelis etc. This paper discusses about the universal design approach at Ghat area of Varanasi. With the increasing of interest of people of urban and environment issue, the infrastructure has to design in such a way so as to promote the space for physically challenge people.
