To provide decent living standard to everyone is an important objective of the government. Creation of productive employment is one of the effective ways to tackle this issue. However, India has failed to create desired level of job in recent decades during the structural reforms period. Rapid entrepreneurship development is need of hour to solve the problem of unemployment. It affects composition, pattern and pace of economic development in the country. We need competitive and productive MSMEs sector and new start-ups to realize the potential of India. Growth through entrepreneurship-led strategy will not only contribute in GDP but also create employment that is very important a country like India. Demand is no problem for India. We have huge domestic demand which majorly fulfilled by import. Entrepreneurship is essential to fulfill our own demand. Demographic dividend is an opportunity for India to take competitive advantage in production through various start-ups, but skill deficient working population is an obstacle in this path. We can overcome this challenge through proper manpower planning. Entrepreneurship has forward and backward effects on rural development, industrialization, technological development, export promotion etc. Nevertheless, government has attempted to revitalize entrepreneurship development in country but it is still faces many challenges. Therefore, an attempt has made to study the implications of the recent policy reforms of entrepreneurship and various issues and challenges in India in the wake of start-up, stand- up India and make in India programme. The study found that governments has given much attention on skill development to reap the benefit of demographic- dividend. Effective implementation and to provide suitable environment is still a difficult task. Study based on secondary data obtained from the Ministry of MSMEs, the MoF, and the CMIE, the annual economic survey report.

Abstract: The present study tries to assess the impact of NSFDC schemes targeted specifically for the benefit of Scheduled Caste (SC) beneficiaries. The social, economic and educational development especially of Scheduled Castes (SCs) has become a major challenge before the state. Besides, the higher growth rate of unemployment amongst the educated people has made the situation more alarming because on one side, being educated, they do not want to work in the farm sector and unorganized private sector and on the other hand they do not have sufficient capital to start income generating activities. Therefore, they are forced to remain socio-economic and educationally backward and unemployed. The impact assessment of NSFDC schemes for its efficiency and effectiveness, the social, financial & educational reach of SC beneficiaries, and their problems were not carried out & not known. An aim of making the SCs socio-economically empowered cannot be possible by only establishing SC development corporations. The success of schemes earmarked exclusively for the upliftment of socio-economic & educational conditions of SC beneficiaries is not possible without assessing the impact of schemes on the target population. It has to be assessed, need to be known and appropriate measures need to be taken for making the schemes more effective & beneficiaries centric.

Bhagirathi River is one of the largest tributaries of river Ganga in India and sustains a rich fish biodiversity as cold water fishery resources. The present study aimed to study the current status of fish species and population abundance of selected fish species in the Bhagirathi River at Uttarakhand. During the present study, a total of 19 fish species belonging to 4 families were reported. Schizothorax and Tor fish species (Cyprinidae family) were the dominant species (>50 % of the total fish catch) in the riverine segments of the river Bhagirathi, while Cyprinus carpio (common carp) is the dominant species in the impoundment segment of Tehri reservoir. Few other fish species of Barilius, Garra, and Glyptothorax etc. also have been recorded during the study. The comparison of the present result with earlier reports delighted that endemic fish fauna have to be diminished with the progression of time in the Bhagirathi river system, which may because of debasement and fractures of riverine natural habitats caused by various natural and anthropogenic activities. The environmental change in the natural water flow pattern of rivers and hydrological characteristics, including indiscriminate fishing practices and other natural calamities is the main factors for decline the fishery resources in Bhagirathi River.

During the time of economic breakthroughs and dynamic changes taking place, businesses are constantly working to play important roles for creating an impact on society. In the field of management and emergence of the discipline of organizational behaviour elements has emerged. Management is not just a term but a summation of human psychology which affects the methodology and perception of getting a work done. Management has been related and emphasized with spirituality since long. This paper is an attempt to explain spirituality and its roots in the Indian context. The article highlights the sayings of Lord Krishna and his famous book The Bhagavad Gita which lays down the principles of dharma, karma and ethics. These terms are just not terms, they define the map of management on organizational front. It quotes sayings and examples from the Bhagavad Gita which clearly define that what we read today is just an old wine in new bottle. Moving from the path of truth, following the teachings of lord Krishna, this paper is an attempt to send a message across global managers and leaders to understand the essence of His teachings and underpin the concept of spirituality in different streams of knowledge. Finally, it aims to synthesize the relation between the traditional knowledge with contemporary theories of management, giving it a new angle to rethink, reinvent and rationalize the management practices sticking to the roots and being dynamic at the same time.

Differential is used when a vehicle takes a turn, the outer wheel on a longer radius than the inner wheel. The outer wheel turns faster than the inner wheel that is when there is a relative movement between the two rear wheels. If the two rear wheels are rigidly fixed to a rear axle the inner wheel will slip which cause rapid tire wear, steering difficulties and poor load holding.Differential is a part of inner axle housing assembly, which includes the differential rear axles, wheels and bearings. The differential consists of a system of gears arranged in such a way that connects the propeller shaft with the rear axles. The main objective of this paper is to perform mechanical design of differential gear box and analysis of gears in gear box. We have taken Stainless steel, aluminium alloy, magnesium alloy, structural steel materials for conducting the analysis. Presently used materials for gears and gears shafts is Cast Iron, Cast Steel. So, in this paper we are checking as the other material for the differential gear box for light utility vehicles so, we can reduce the weight

: Connecting Rods are used practically generally used in all varieties of automobile engines acting as an intermediate link between the piston and the crankshaft of an engine of an automobile. It is responsible for transmission the up and down motion of the piston to the crankshaft of the engine, by converting the reciprocating motion of the piston to the rotary motion of crankshaft. While the one end, small end the connecting rod is connecting to the piston of the engine by the means of piston pin, the other end, the bigger end being connected to the crankshaft with lower end big end bearing by generally two bolts. Generally connecting rods are being made up of stainless steel and aluminum alloy through the forging process, as this method provides high productivity and that too with a lower production cost. Forces generated on the connected rod are generally by weight and combustion of fuel inside cylinder acts upon piston and then on the connecting rod, which results in both the bending and axial stresses. The lateral bending stress are commonly called as whipping stress and this whipping stress forms the base of evaluation of performance of various materials that can be used for manufacturing of connecting rod. The conventional material used is steel which is designed using CAD tool which is CATIA V5 and subsequently analyzed for bending stress acting on it using ANSYS workbench 16.1 and this procedure is followed for different material which are cast iron grade 25 , carbon40 .
