GPU can be viewed as modern CPU as of its capacity to vastly outperforming CPU while becoming more general purpose The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) is used as a security mechanism in wide spheres now. However, there is still scope for further improvement of its execution efficiency. Since the graphics processing unit (GPU) with the potent ability of parallel computing as it has found application in general purpose of computation, people have tried to use it to faster execution time in various cryptographic algorithms. In order to improve the security and throughput aspect of AES algorithm, this paper proposed an improved T-table AES algorithm (ITAES) based on the CUDA architecture and use of T-Box. The proposed ITAES algorithm help us to achieve optimal throughput, increased processing speed and an easy-to-implement CUDA algorithm with minimized lookup time and a parallel approach of the encryption algorithm.

Abstract : A number of general efforts are being made and special programmes are being implemented by the Government of India during the planning era to improve the life of poor people in India. it is realized that the trickledown effect is no more effective, self and wage employment programmes have their limitations and defects and did not capable to wipe out the miserable life of the poor masses in India. Present practice of the Government of India of processing for cash transfers is not useful strategy to uplift the poor people. In fact, TPDS and other welfare programmes with some sort of improvement are very useful to increase the living standard of the targeted people in India. the researcher in this paper taken efforts to combine all welfare programme in single roof by making their evaluations. The researcher used primary and secondary data for scientific examination and concluded that the cash transfer system has limitations to work for, and to deal with, it is essential to implement properly the welfare programmes to uplift poor masses in India. This means TPDS and other welfare programmes are useful, but some kind of reforms therein is very vital to increase their relevance to enhance the life of the poor and general masses in India.

Medicinal plants are playing an important role in treating and preventing a variety of diseases throughout the world. India is one of the most medico-culturally diverse countries in the world. The present report deals with some significant medicinal plants utilized to cure diseases by tribal (Cholavar) people in the Kathirimalai region of Salem District, Tamilnadu. In India, Ancient methods of treatment by various types of Trees, Shrubs and Herbs were used to cure Jaundice, Asthma, Osteo arthritis, Skin diseases, Intestinal worms, Snake bite, Scorpion sting, Cold and Cough. The study deals with more than 20 species of medicinally important plants used by Cholavar tribe in Kathirimalai region. Scientific names along with local Tamil name, plant part used, method of medicine preparation has been documented.

The frailty approach is a statistical modeling concept which aims to account for heterogeneity, caused by unmeasured covariates. In statistical terms, a frailty model is a random effect model for time to event data, where the random effect (the frailty) has a multiplicative effect on the baseline hazard function. With recent advances in computing technology, Bayesian approaches to frailty models are now computationally feasible and several researchers have been developing Bayesian methodologies to analyse survival data with different frailty models. In this paper an attempt has been made to derive three survival models Proportional Hazard (PH), Accelerated Failure Time (AFT) and Proportional Odds (PO) model under frailty approach by using a parametric Weibull baseline hazard function in case of univariate survival data in context of Bayesian mechanism. The methodologies are applied to a real life survival data set and the analysis is performed using Markov Chain Monte Carlo simulation methods and model comparisons are also done using the deviance information criteria (DIC) and the log pseudo marginal likelihood (LPML) and check the fit of the models by using Cox-Snell residual plot.

: In this project, a novel multilevel inverter is proposed. The proposed multilevel inverter generates seven levels AC output voltage with the appropriate gate signals design. Also, the low pass filter is used to reduce the total harmonic distortion of the sinusoidal output voltage. The switching losses and the voltage stress of power devices can be reduced in the proposed multi-level inverter. The operating principles of the proposed inverter and the voltage balancing method of input capacitors are discussed. By using resonant switching capacitor converter, the voltage balance of input capacitors is achieved. Sinusoidal pulse width modulation is used to control the multilevel inverter.
