 Abstract

Background: Maize Tropical (Zea mays L., 2n=20) used in India has high complexity because of the diverse lines of this area. In the study, study, the genetic diversity and population structure decay of 352 selected tropical inbred lines collected from the breeding plan of India. Characterized using the maize lines with 70 Microsatellites. Results: With respect to molecular diversity, six sub grouped were identified. Markers were amplified and shown high polymorphism. With increase K value, the tropical group showed vertical structure with division into further groups All these SSR markers were select to detect high polymorphism. Primers ware showed in various bands showing different types of alleles. Conclusion: For the panel most of widely used tropical inbred lines in India, this work representatively not only illustrates the foundations and evolutions trend of maize inbred panel as a experimental reference for the improvement of tropical maize, but also provide Population structure were investigated using three complementary analysis methods such as the NTSYS and STRUCTURE, statistical analysis based on Microsatellites markers data.

 Abstract

The 21st century witnessed tremendous increase in the environmental related awareness and also on green washing. This research investigates the Awareness of green washing amongst college students and mainly discusses its impact on the environment and public health. The objective of the study focused on students' awareness, usage of green products and impact of green washing. The study used primary data as the main source and collected the data through questionnaire. The responses was received from both online and offline mode. It was found out from the study that the term green washing is still unknown to many and there is a need to create awareness of it among the general public.

Women leadership and active participation is must because it is the opening act toward a more exclusive, equal and balanced society. It is a known fact that women in powerful position on the table are highly beneficial and has a positive impact on people's lives, society and nation as a whole. In spite of this women participation in politics or corporate world is not up to the mark or as per required. We need concrete steps to find the solution to the kind of challenges they face in day to day life, whether at home or workplace. Power unused is power useless. It's time for solutions. Important is to have a clear vision which can guide us. Men need to accept that women are competent leaders. Whereas women also need to be confident in them and should be expressive and impressive in terms of taking firm decisions. Society too needs to start accepting women as capable to accomplish anything. Educating women and keep a positive attitude is the key to all problems. Narrowing the gender gap and living the deeply rooted attitude which stands in women's way is must for society as well as for women itself.

 Abstract

India is a land of extremes, poverty at one end and huge financial scams on the other. However, the main concern is whether the common man exhibits fiscal prudence and has a sustainable livelihood with his future secured. It is alarming that majority of the population has limited or no knowledge on financial behaviour and decision-making. Investments are not being done based on proper advice and risks involved. Emphasis is seen on selective saving mechanisms with an increase in disproportionate spending. Retirement planning is still in its nascent stage in India and secured income for emergencies and contingencies is nor planned for in advance. The current research throws light on the financial behaviour of the citizens based on aspects like savings, spending, borrowing and investments. It also analyses the associated decision-making behaviour. 378 working women serving in information technology services in Bengaluru were administered a structured questionnaire to ascertain their perception levels and habits. Structural equation modelling was employed to analyse the causal relations.
