 Abstract

Abstract : HIV/AIDS , to consider as a biggest social issues for sciences and new knowledge domain of social intervention , that , has to be fuelled in current time with AIDS exceptionalism - that offer to new epistemology of knowledge and prevention model to extension right of health . In considering the prior issues from historical point of view that allow to reinvestigates its epidemiological status as well as embedding socio-political and socio-philosophical understanding also. By bringing felicitated state and non-state actors to engaged and make a decisions on the ground of public health, in realm of liberal governmentalism . Simultaneously, by demanding and achieving in scientific manner in name of Bio-Medical Model of Intervention, more equitable advocacy for pricing and treatment cost initiated by big pharmaceutical company. Globalised Economic transition, Liberalism, is not only present as an ideological hegemonic project but as a form of new governmentality: the in which the relation among the actors and non actors of State are re-imagined, re-interpretation and re-juvenile of social acknowledgment in regards of AIDS exceptionalism .

 Abstract

How to control the access of the huge amount of big data becomes a very challenging issue, especially when big data are stored in the cloud. Ciphertext-Policy Attribute based Encryption (CP-ABE)[1] is a promising encryption technique that enables end-users to encrypt their data under the access policies defined over some attributes of data consumers and only allows data consumers whose attributes satisfy the access policies to decrypt the data. In CP-ABE [2], the access policy is attached to the ciphertext in plaintext form, which may also leak some private information about end-users. Existing methods only partially hide the attribute values in the access policies, while the attribute names are still unprotected. In this paper, we propose an efficient and fine-grained big data access control scheme with privacy-preserving policy. Specifically, we hide the whole attribute (rather than only its values) in the access policies. To assist data decryption, we also design a novel Attribute Bloom Filter to evaluate whether an attribute is in the access policy and locate the exact position in the access policy if it is in the access policy. Security analysis and performance evaluation show that our scheme can preserve the privacy from any LSSS access policy without employing much overhead.

 Abstract

The manual process of ordering of chromosomes (karyotyping) is long, tiresome and prone to errors. Automated classification of chromosomes in one of the appropriate 24 classes has therefore emerged as a thrust area of research. Researchers have studied the important features of the chromosomes which play a significant role in karyotyping of chromosomes and reports success of neural networks as promising classifiers. Perceptive vagueness in the texture of the chromosomes, however, encourages use of fuzzy classifier for efficient classification. This research initially revalidates the performance of neural network and fuzzy system individually, to examine the dominant features for each and every Denver group and sub-group and further presents a two-stage classification process to resemble manual approach of generating a karyogram. The proposed novel and intelligent approach initially identifies the best features for every class / subgroup and further utilizes them to build a modular Neuro-Fuzzy classifier for organizing the chromosome as per a standard karyogram. The proposed algorithm is validated using a publically available database comprising of 90 metaphase images (4320 segmented chromosomes). The results conforms the efficacy of the algorithm by achieving improvement by 2 % in overall performance of the proposed hybrid classifier and thus offers a practically deployable solution to the issue of manual karyotyping.

 Abstract

The term DNA sequencing refers to methods for determining the order of the nucleotides bases adenine,guanine,cytosine and thymine in a molecule of DNA. The first DNA sequence were obtained by academic researchers, using laboratories methods based on 2- dimensional chromatography in the early 1970s. There are various DNA sequencing methods. In this paper we proposed the implemenation of Chain Termination Method using Supervised Machine Learning Algorithm. We design and implement DNA template, DNA primer, a DNA polymerase.

Piping and instrumentation diagrams belong to a family of ?owsheets that include block flow diagrams and process flow diagrams. Technology advancement has transformed these resources into intelligent documents, capable of storing layers of digital information. Piping and Instrumentation diagram (P&ID) is a detailed diagram in the process industry which shows the piping and vessels in the process flow, together with the instrumentation and control devices. Again, the super ordinate of the Piping and Instrumentation flow sheet is the process flow diagram (PFD) which indicates the more general flow of plant processes and equipment and gives relationship between major equipment of a plant facility.
