The design of any modified fire-protection system is an exact science that takes into account a material, thermal analysis of installed systems which became a challenge. The goal of this challenge is to develop the technologies required for drone to assist in firefighting operations. In this paper we are reviewing various research papers regarding designing and testing a fire-fighting drone. The main challenge is to design a UAV system which can carry both static and dynamic load of a water column. Following review illuminates various aspects of designing and testing that are required to make a drone which can withstand all the forces, stresses and vibrations generated while operating. Also, study of all the controlling parameters for better and smooth controlling of a drone is included. It will include design of profiled frame & its analysis, selection of standard propellers & its analysis, thrust calculation of water column, material selection. Our prime aim is to design an unmanned fire-fighting system which can cope up with fire hazards and increase safety of fire fighters to next level.

A helical spring is a mechanical device which is used to absorb shocks and store maximum energy between contracting surface. They are made of an elastic material formed into the shape of a helix which returns to its natural length when unloaded. The aim of this project is to modeling and analysis of helical spring and to increase the stiffness and reduce the deformation of it by using the new materials to reduce the vehicle problem that happens while driving on bumping road condition. The comparative study is carried out between existed spring and new material spring. Static analysis determines the stress and deflection of the helical compression spring in finite element analysis (FEA). The model is used to analyze the spring on the ANSYS 16.2 under different materials conditions. Finite element analysis methods (FEA) are the methods of finding solution to a physical problem defined in a finite region . FEA (WORKBENCH) is a mathematical tool for solving engineering problems. In this the finite element analysis values are compared to the experimental values. A two-wheeler suspension spring is chosen for study. The modeling of spring is developed on SOLIDWORKS and analysis is carried out on ANSYS 16.2.The suspension system allows the wheels to bounce up and down on rough roads while the rest remains fairly stead. The basic elements of a suspension system are springs and shock absorbers. This project is mainly based on spring. In this project, we have used three different materials like high carbon steel, chromium vanadium, Inconel X-718 for analyzing the stiffness and maximum shear stress of helical spring with a constant load of 1000 N. Among the above materials carbon steel material give the better maximum shear stress and stiffness values comparing to other materials. Mostly prefer high carbon steel material.

The jurisprudence of publicity and image rights is in its developing stage in India. Despite the fact that protection is accorded to celebrities through intellectual property laws, it has turned out to be insufficient. The paper focuses on the protection that has been granted for publicity rights under Constitution of India and other concerned laws to find out the conflicting areas of publicity rights protection, privacy rights, public interest and rights of media..The paper is basically an elaboration on how the traditional regime of protection in India fails to protect rights of celebrity like publicity rights and thus there is need for enactment of a specific legislation.

The insurance sector plays a crutial role in any economy by its very mechanism of risk transfer and savings mobilization. It thus performs a critical role in intermediation by fostering the liquidity of the financial markets. This in turn ensures that capital is transferred from surplus units to deficient units of the economy who are in need of funds for the undertaking of capital projects and thereby spurring productivity. In the aftermath of the 2007 to 2009 financial crisis the insurance industry image have been greatly affected. Thus, there is a need for corporate governance of sustainable corporate growth and long-term competitive advantage. This study attempts to examine the corporate governance and disclosure practices of the insurance companies by identifying and testing the empirical evidence of such companies listed on Bombay Stock Exchange. The governance practices of the selected companies have been assessed with the help Corporate Governance Disclosure Index constructed on the basis of Clause 49 Listing Agreement of Securities Exchange Board of India for the year 2016-17. To conclude, SBI Life Insurance, HDFC Life Insurance are found to have higher level of disclosures in comparison to General Insurance Company, New Indian Assurance and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Companies.

Financial Inclusion is considered to be key driver in economic development of developed countries. There seems to be little doubt in this statement with most of the advanced societies having close to 100% inclusion rate. Importance given to Financial Inclusion can be assessed from the fact Prime Minister announced on the Independence Day of 2014 Jan Dhan Yojna being one of the high priority of his government for upliftment of the poor of this country. This article makes an attempt to assess the significance of information technology in rapid expansion of financial inclusion in India.

Abstract Biodiversity is the term given to the variety of life on Earth and the natural patterns it forms. The biodiversity we see today is the fruit of billions of years of evolution, shaped by natural processes and, increasingly, by the influence of humans. It forms the web of life of which we are an integral part and upon which we so fully depend. Biological resources are the pillars upon which we build civilizations. Nature's products support such diverse industries as agriculture, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, horticulture, construction and waste treatment. The loss of biodiversity threatens our food supplies, opportunities for recreation and tourism, and sources of wood, medicines and energy. It also interferes with essential ecological functions. While the loss of individual species catches our attention, it is the fragmentation, degradation, and outright loss of forests, wetlands, coral reefs, and other ecosystems that poses the gravest threat to biological diversity. While loss of species has always occurred as a natural phenomenon, the pace of extinction has accelerated dramatically as a result of human activity. Ecosystems are being fragmented or eliminated, and innumerable species are in decline or already extinct. In this context this study has tried to bring out an assessment of the biodiversity in the Ratagata Forest Block of Dungarpur range. Pure stand of Tectona Grandis can be seen in Dungarpur district where it dominates the vegetation but in varied degree of degradation due to biotic influence. Associated trees seen in the area are Diospyros melanoxylon (which is the most common), Terminalia tomentosa, Aegle marmelos, Anogeissus latifolia, Miliusa tomentosa, Schrebera swietenioides. Undergrowth plant varieties cover Writia tinoria (which is most abundant), Zizyphus glaberima, Bauhinia racemosa, Cassia fistula. The present study found that the increasing pressure of both human and livestock population is taking a heavy toll on the biodiversity of the area particularly in terms of rapid falling of trees and excessive grazing of livestock. On the flat plateau and ridges of the hills most of the fertile soil has been washed away due to serious erosion and these areas are not capable for good teak growth. It is therefore suggested that as the soil of hilly and plateau tracks is fragile and has a thin horizon so these areas must be monitored very closely so that the soil erosion due to removal of vegetation cover can be checked by planting of new saplings which can bind the soil in short term and then these areas too can be made viable to support the teak vegetation as they were supporting prior to the deterioration conditions were set in. The study also suggests various ways and means to arrest the degradation of biodiversity in the area and to regenerate the forest cover on the patches which are rendered barren due to manmade practices.

Abstract (Sant Ravidas was the fourteenth century famous Chamar saint who provided a vision to his followers. His bani played significant role in the establishment of religious places devoted to his memory. Sant Sarwan Das was a major figure in the Punjab, who established the dera in the early twentieth century for the spreading the teachings of Sant Ravidas. The present paper is aimed at studying the history of Dera Sachkhand Ballan which is less researched aspect in modern Punjab. The paper is divided into four sections. First section is about the context in which Sant Ravidas emerged. Second section deals with the bani and his teachings. Third section focuses on historical background of the establishment of Sachkhand Ballan which is based on the teachings of Sant Ravidas. Fourth section deals with the beliefs and practices of dera and conclusion.)
