Abstract
Abstract Researching and presenting research work in a digestible form is a task in itself. This article analyses the errors in the research articles of engineers with the objective of presenting it to the academic community to enable them polish up their writing skills- in short to polish their English language skills. A sample of close to 150 research papers of both novices and expert academicians from different branches of engineering have been analysed ,with a special focus on the words, cohesive and other syntactic elements used ( and misused)by writers to present their reports/papers/theses. The identity of the authors have been withheld due to different reasons. Some of the most common errors identified include inappropriate use of connectives , misuse of prepositions, and inadequate hedging expressions

Abstract
Automation and motion control are important factors to run an industry. Induction motor is widely used in automation due to its various features. In past induction motor was used as fix speed motors but due to advancement in power electronics now a days it can be used as variable speed motors. This paper represent various control schemes like V/f control, Space Vector Control, Close loop control with PI controller, Vector Control, Direct Torque control (DTC) and artificial intelligence based V/f control by fizzy logic control(FLC).In this paper various control schemes are discussed with its simulation result and all schemes are differentiate by comparing their torque-speed characteristics of speed control of an induction motor.

Abstract
Abstract: Diarrhoea disease and its complications remain a major cause of morbidity and mortality in developing countries of the humid tropics. Diarrhoea is characterized by an abnormal frequency of watery stools more than three to four times in a day. It is the dominant water-borne disease in the district South 24 Parganas. The district having five subdivisions and 29 C.D. blocks is located in the southern tip of West Bengal. The main objective of this study is to know causes and consequences of Diarrhoea disease in the study area. Both secondary and primary data have been collected for the purpose. All the data have been computed and interpreted. Number of Diarrhoea cases is highest in the western part of the district. Though, frequency of this disease has decreased over time in the study area. Most of the cases have been reported during rainy season. Unawareness about safe drinking water and importance of sanitation are the main reasons for outbreak of Diarrhoea in the district. The most recent advances to control Acute Diarrhoeal disease include zinc supplementation, distribution of Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS) and rota virus vaccination. The World Health Organization initiated a special programme for control of Diarrhoeal disease among children in 1980. This programme was launched in 1985-86 as the Diarrhoeal Disease Control Programme in India.

Abstract
Jangal Mahal of West Bengal is comprised of three districts, namely Paschim Medinipur, Bankura and Purulia. These three districts bear some special character compared to plains of Bengal. Among inhabitants SCs and STs are dominant. A special sub caste, Kurmi Kshatriyas are there also. Their festivals are different, their culture is also different. Apparently they are resting in a situation that may be regarded as anachronistic. Still they are extracting pleasure from their impoverishment. In this study I have tried to focus light on the speciality of the region.
