Talent management refers to the skills of attracting highly skilled workers and developing, retaining current workers to meet current and future business objectives. The nature of research is qualitative and identifies the factors responsible for dissatisfaction among employees. In this research work, data is collected by mean of a questionnaire. Questionnaire has many attributes which are studied or analyzed based on the response given by the employees. Nine attributes are taken into consideration for analysis, out of which six attributes are found which are disagreed by the dissatisfied employees. This information is extracted with the help of scatter graph between various attributes and id. By taking more consideration on the six factors playing major role in dissatisfaction of employees, we can use the talent of dissatisfied employees more efficiently.

This paper examines several changes that created a new landscape for green products and green innovations. Careful investigation reveals that external business environment have been witnessing many changes and the turning point came after late 19th century which led to green consumerism and compelled corporate houses to think about sustainability and environment protection. Slowly and gradually landscape for green products and green innovations took clear shape and the market potential of green products was visible. Changing climate, ever increasing awareness of consumers and their willingness to opt for green products consciously, and several pressures built up globally led the world including India towards eco innovations and finding the feasibility of the same. Corporates undertook green projects and tried to differentiate their products from rival brands and infact they could sustain their success and enjoyed competitive advantage for a longer time in the market. Global giants like Coca-cola, P&G, Amazon, Apple have invested their resources and created iconic brands through eco innovations. Thus, eco innovations can be internalized successfully for business growth, sustainability, profit and customer delight.

Literary use of my no longer enjoys the prestige accorded it by many writes of the Modernist generation, and their uses of a now discredited anthropology are part of the reason for this. But the modernist example remains important for several reasons, including its major, and still lingering, impact on subsequent criticism. It is necessary to appreciate the combined literary, philosophical, and psychological motives for the Modernist use of myth into which contemporary anthropological conceptions were assimilated. For anthropology was a corroboration of existing beliefs of poets and novelist as much as a cause of their recourse to myth. Above all, the Greek word Mythopoeia, or myth-making, points to the close relation of myth and poetry within the activity of creation at large. To create a poem is analogous to creating a cultural world.

The land cover of Mulshi taluk in Pune district over the last two decades, due to infrastructural development. Mulshi taluk in the Western part of Maharashtra encompasses the Western Ghats of India, which are one of the hotspots of biodiversity of the world. Over the last two decades, this area has seen many infrastructural changes urban develop along with the creation of lake cities, extension of highways leading to the coastal areas and development/sale of land. This increase in the urbanized area has put a strain on the water resources of Pune City. The objective of this paper is to detect the change in the land-use/cover of the Mulshi taluk and understand the drivers of change in the rural landscape. This study will help in identifying measures that need to be taken for sustainable development using geoinformatics. Post classification change detection has been performed between two images of the area from (1992 and 2011). The drivers of this were determined by field surveys and interviews with the local people. A future land cover scenario for the year 2020 has been predicted using Idrisi's Land Change Modeller (ILCM). The unplanned expansion of the built up areas into the surrounding parts will have a direct impact on the rural environment. The changes in agriculture indicate a trend towards a migration from traditional crops to cash crops like sugarcane.in other economically important crops in the study area.
