Abstract
Abstract: Employee loyalty is one of the new era issues, which has worsened over the last decade due to many reasons. The rapid global competition for the skilled human resource and the slowdown of the economy globally has driven the organizations to seek factors that improve their employee loyalty. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of incentives, recruitment, and selection on the employee loyalty in the National Oil Corporation in Libya. This study is based on a quantitative research approach; a questionnaire instrument is used to collect the primary data from 320 employees from NOC. The finding of this study confirmed a significant and positive contribution form incentives and recruitment and selection on the employee loyalty of NOC. It recommends that recruiting new employees must be handled by a special committee, which able to set optimal requirements for talented staff.

Abstract
This paper aims to provide an interactive environment for disables by speech recognition and device control with embedded systems. Home automation system is now a simple concern in the world of smart technology but always requires flexible implementation to perform well. A concept of machine learning is used which is a method of data analysis that automates analytical model buildings. An interactive device control system (IDCS) is going to implement which used algorithms to iteratively learn from data, machine learning allows computers to perform tasks and provides output without being explicitly programmed. The system uses machine learning methodologies by observing behaviour of a person at a particular time, condition, weather and daily routine tasks and then provides output in an effective manner. As the system learns itself and takes decisions, it is designed especially for disables so that they can control devices of their home and manage household activities to live easy.

Abstract
Abstract: Twenty first century is an era of advancement in science and technology therefore in this era English Language (EL) has widespread recognition in trade and industry. The need of competence in EL is also been felt among various professionals. English plays a vital role in promoting the Organization Culture (OC). After globalization internal and external interaction of an organization is becoming one of the challenges that cannot be ignored. This study intends to explore the role of EL on OC with special emphasis on banking sector. Here a pilot study has been initiated in the private and public banks of a city called Bhilwara in Raj. In this study an attempt has been made to identify the constructs of OC of banks being influenced by EL (EL).

Abstract
An important objective of the paper is to analyze the findings of current research on the effects of out migration on autonomy and decision-making power of women and categories implications based on their sub-themes for policy formulation. The result found that the out-migration has increased the decision-making power of women. The women have no power for decision regarding purchase of land or his children marriage. In major case they depend on second generation of male person of his family. The women of migrant families have taken major decision in their day to day life. This papers also conclude that migration increases the work burden of left behind women.
