Automation of a farm irrigation system refers to operation of the system with a no or minimum manual intervention. The introduction of automation in a farm system has increased application efficiency and drastically reduces hard work. This system introduces wireless operation on farm, easy calibration of temperature, soil moisture and humidity in surrounding a farm, and to identify breakage, blockage in the pipeline supplying water. Farm automation system consists of soil moisture sensor, temperature sensor and humidity sensor which gives information about physical quantity in surrounding. Farmer can read the above technical details on control panel and can take immediate decision for crops. In farm irrigation controller takes decision for prevailing condition.

The best new therapeutic entity in the world is of little value without an appropriate delivery system. Tablet delivery system can range from simple immediate release formulations to complex extended or modified release dosage forms. The most important role of drug delivery system is to get the drug delivered to the site of action in sufficient amount & at the appropriate rate. However it should meet other important criteria such as physical & chemical stability, ability to be mass-produced in a manner that assures content uniformity. Oral rouse is the most convenient and commonly used method of drug delivery. More than 50% of drug delivery systems available in the market are oral drug delivery systems. They offer convenience and ease of administration, greater flexibility in dosage form design and ease of production and low cost. Pharmaceutical oral solid dosage forms have been used widely for decades mainly due to their convenience of administration and their suitability for delivery of drugs for systemic effects. The most commonly used pharmaceutical solid dosage forms today include granules, pellets, tablets and capsules.

A traditional Network-on-Chip (NoC) router uses input buffers to store incoming packets. These power hungry buffers defect NoC applicability and scalability. Hence bufferless or minimally buffered deflection routing is the ultimate solution. This paper discusses about different deflection routers in NoC. Bufferless deflection routing removes input buffers in order to improve energy efficiency and uses deflection to resolve contention of flits. In the case of high network load, deflection causes unnecessary network hops and wasting power which leads to performance reduction. Hence minimally buffered deflection routing is the primary concern to reduce the power. It is a challenge to optimize power consumption in NoC. Different deflection routers are used to reduce power and to improve performance. Minimally buffered, single-cycle deflection routing will overlaps the operations (Injection, Ejection, Pre-emption, Re-ejection) into a single module execute in a single cycle and reduces the critical path latency and increases performance.

The emerging fabrication technologies allow the integration of many processor or processing elements on a chip to form a multiprocessor. Network-On-Chip (NoC) is an emerging technology that interconnect resources (processing elements and routers) inside a multicore processor chip. Communication subsystem connects processing elements to a network that routes packets between them. Compared to the traditional bus interconnection system, Network-on-chip provides scalable bandwidth and power. Traditional Network-on-Chips (NoCs) employ simple arbitration strategies, such as round robin or oldest-first, to decide which packets should be prioritized in the network. Major challenges of these scheduling policies are equal prioritization of the packets and their application-oblivious nature. Hence different packets can have different effects on system performance due to the memory level parallelism(MLP). Applications can be network latency sensitive and latency tolerant. Application can be classified and can be prioritized based on the criticality of the packet. This increases the research scope of application aware routing. However, major challenge is to develop policies and mechanisms that enable multiple diverse applications to efficiently share the network and hence improve the performance. Instead of application oblivious routing, application aware routing can improve system level throughput and performance. This paper focuses on different prioritization techniques such as age based, round robin based, Stall-Time Criticality based and slack based prioritization. By comparing those different schemes, it is clear that STC and slack based have better performance result. While changing the slack to a dynamic property by updating slack value on every router on its traversal, the performance will increase too.

India was passing through difficult times on various fronts like Economic, Political and External sector in late 1980’s. Rupee was pegged with a basket of currencies and exchange rate of rupee with foreign currencies was highly regulated by RBI. Rupee was devaluated several times on the guidelines of IMF in 1990 and 1991. As it was always earlier, India’s current account balance was negative and country was facing Balance of Payment difficulties in 1991. India’s foreign exchange reserves had depleted and IMF and world community was not willing to help India unless it brings in economic reforms. This situation though emerged in few months; economists consider various factors responsible for the situation, which were results of policies of government and chronological events occurred for several years. In this paper author will review the available literature and will present his contrary view on the said economic crisis.

The Textile industry occupies an important place in the Economy of the country because of its contribution to the industrial output, employment generation and foreign exchange earnings. The objective of the study was to study the problems faced by various Small Scale Garments and to find the various measures adopted by them to overcome from their problems. These objectives was analysed with 80 respondents and with the help of Simple percentage ,ANOVA, Chi- Square,T-test. The study reveals that Garment textile units facing problems like electricity, dyeing, hike of yarn price and issues like high taxes. It is further revealed that the production capacity is very low due to lack of training, skills, experience, and low educated employees.
