 Abstract

Abstract- The cloud storage has become very popular in these days due its advantages like sharing of data among different geographical locations .But in most of the organizations, the storage systems can contain many duplicate copies of many pieces of same data. For example, same file can be saved by the different users using different names of the same document, or two or more files that do not match the name sometimes will be consisting of same as that of previous file. Thisremovesextra by keeping copy, making other to point to original file. Companies regularly uses this process in case of backup and disaster recovery applications, but this is also used to free up space in storage as well. To avoid this duplicate data and to maintain confidentiality in cloud there are many methods proposed. To protect important data while supporting datadeduplication, many more procedures have been proposed.

 Abstract

In the competitive world for the Apparel industry, the purpose of visual merchandising is to attract, engage and motivate the customer towards making a purchase, where it creates an impact on the consumer buying behavior. In this study, visual merchandising elements are categorized into two sections, exterior and interior elements for analysis and conclusions. Exterior elements are exterior signs, marquees, entrance, window displays. Interior elements are mannequins, colors, lightings, cleanliness, music, interior signs, space & layouts, creative display, video display, focal points, and fragrance. . The study is aimed to find out impact of various dimensions of visual merchandising on impulse buying behavior of the customers visiting Malls. From the collected data it was showed that there were clearly shows that the selected visual merchandising elements have a positive impact towards consumer buying behavior. 96% of the sample population accepted they believe those elements had influenced them to attract, engage or motivate them to experience the merchandise assortments. From the study, it was found that window display and mannequins are the highly influencing elements and also color combinations, lighting, use of music and creative display also has a great influence over consumer buying behavior.

 Abstract

Data returned by a user query is collected from a structured database termed Web Database. Data is stored in these databases in the form of data units in various Search Result Records, wherein they are labelled semantically for processing. Earlier applications, being manual, were difficult to annotate. The advance application can perform annotation independently. With the help of six series of various annotators, each annotating on the different feature of the data units, all the data units are then grouped and labelled accordingly. And with an add-on in the third annotator (i.e).; thesaurus which also helps in looking for the similarity in the data units. The annotators estimate the final label. And finally, the wrapper generation generates annotation rule (r), which assists to annotate new queries effortlessly. This indeed helps to increase the precision and recall.

 Abstract

This article is focused on the different types of agricultural implements and water lifting devices used in Medieval India. Medieval period started with Islamic era over the ruin of Hindu sovereignty. This was the big change from political, religious, social, economic and cultural point of view. Everything was in the control of Muslim rulers. In the field of economy, the agriculture was the source of revenue. Muslim rulers much paid attention on the irrigation works. They constructed wells and canals for irrigation. Agricultural implements were same as used in Ancient time. A little change was, plough used with iron share and sowing of seeds was done with the use of dibbling. In the field of irrigation, Persian wheel, Charasa, Shadoof was the water lifting devices in the Medieval India.

 Abstract

Abstract In recent years we are more worried about the quality education. The quality of education is not improving simultaneously with the quantity of education. When we want to give quality education to our students then we become first concern about the effective teaching. The present study highlights the teaching effectiveness of secondary school teachers in relation to gender, locality, subject stream and experience. For this study 600 secondary school teachers of three district of West Bengal namely Nadia, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas were selected as sample. The purposive random sampling method was used as sampling techniques. A self constructed tool used by the investigator to measure the teaching effectiveness of secondary school teachers. This study reveals that the teaching effectiveness of secondary school teachers does not differ on the basis of gender or subject stream. But the effectiveness in teaching differs on the basis of teaching experience and the locality of school.

 Abstract

In thermal power plant one of the main parts is consider, which cools the refrigerant. When cooling the refrigerant, the cold water becomes the hot water. The hot water temperature is reduced by cooling towers. When hot water enters the induced draft cooling tower and sprayed by nozzles. So hot water is converted into cold water .The effective cooling of water depends upon the dry bulb temperature and wet bulb temperature, size, height of the cooling tower and velocity of air .The project deals with the performance study and analysis of induced draft cooling tower, which is one of the deciding factors used for increasing the power plant efficiency also modelling and analysis of flow using software .A cooling tower is an enclosed device for the evaporative cooling of water by contact with the air. We aim to address the modeling of cooling tower in solid works software. We measure performance of cooling tower and wish to achieve more cooling efficiency. The performance of the Induced draft cooling tower evaluated, and the structural analysis is carried out in solid works simulation tool by varying the materials namely galvanized steel, stainless steel, concrete and balsa wood.
