Now days the secured data transmission and data integrity are the two challenging areas for research. This work describes the concept of data hiding using visual cryptography. Data transferring will secure and create need of improvement when transfer data every time. Visual cryptography with boundary steganography represents GUI (Graphical User Interface) for security improvement. Then by using invisible watermarking technique hide those two shares into the selected frames and the image is hided and finally all the frames are again converted into video using the FFMPEG tool and video is encrypted using the base64 encoder with asymmetric cryptographic technique .In the receiver system, the video was decrypted and split into frames and extracting the shares and data by selecting the frames which was watermarked.

Abstract The study centered on the effect of different limits of sulphates in mixing water of cement and studies the properties of setting times, compressive strength and soundness of cement, In general, the sulphates encountered in soils and surface waters are Sodium sulphate (Na2So4), Calcium sulphates (CaSo4), Magnesium sulphate (Mgso4), Ammonium sulphate (NH4)2SO4 and Ferrous sulphate (FeSO4).The present experimental study evaluates the maximum permissible limit of sulphates in mixing water of cement. Cement mortar cubes were cast by using distilled water and sulphates [MgSO4+Na2SO4+feso4] spiked water for reference and test specimens respectively. The test samples, a significant increase in initial and final setting time. Tested specimens exhibit almost same performance in soundness. The permissible limit of sulphates in mixing water of cement has been reported but a particular combination of sulphates has not reported in various codes, indeed not enough work has been carried out on the limit of sulphates in mixing water of cement. Consequently a guide line on the permissible limit of a specific sulphate and a specific combination of sulphates in mixing water is needed.

Traditional concrete shows very less ductility, poor tensile strength, less resistance against crack and high dead load of structural element. To overcome these drawbacks and make structural element lightweight, glass fibers are introduced in concrete which is known as Glass fiber reinforced concrete(GFRC). GFRC is a combination of cement, sand and glass fibers which is use to improve the strength. This paper consists of review on study that have been conducted on GFRC. Properties like compressive strength, split tensile strength, flexural strength, behavior on chloride attack and sulphate attack are covered here. The variation in mechanical properties using glass fibers in concrete has been identified and discussed in this paper.

ABSTRACT Agriculture is indispensable for getting food, without which survival is not possible. Agricultural management is urgently required to support the food security of growing population, optimization of resource use, output management, sustainable livelihood, enhance of farmer income, widening of market, value addition to national income and employment creation. But agricultural sector is facing multi-dimensional problem and has registered a gradual decline in contribution to GSDP in Assam. This region has great potentialities for agricultural development due to under development of modern technologies. Proper agricultural management and adaptation of modern technologies will facilitate in increasing agricultural production and productivity in Barpeta district. Agriculture and allied sector has the highest employer among all sectors recording 54.14% worker in Barpeta district, with cultivators accounting 36.53% and agricultural labours are 17.61% in 2011. The present study tries to understand the Agricultural management for sustenance with the growing population in Barpeta district, Assam.

Seventy percent of rural population in India is dependent on Agriculture for their livelihood but probably agriculture is the most risky business. Risk refers to the impact of the uncertain outcome on the quantity or value of some economic variable. Agriculture in India is prone to a variety of risks. Most of the farmers in India are small and marginal and can hardly face risk as their asset holdings are very small. Agriculture in most of the areas are rain fed, leading to a greater degree of yield variability and risk. Agriculture is more vulnerable and prone to risks than ever before. An increasing trend in rural area of the country is declining investment in agriculture. India is one the leading exporters of grains, crops and the various agricultural products. Therefore agriculture plays a vital role on the economy of the country. The economic condition of farmers in India is not so good. Majority of farmers in India fall in poverty line or below poverty line in terms of their economic status in the country. Majority of farmers in India depend on the monsoon for agriculture. Poor monsoon and fewer techniques to tackle the situation will affect the crop production. Due to decrease in production or complete loss of production or some disaster they undergo debt and they will not be able to repay the loans they would have borrowed for agriculture purpose. Various crop insurance models in India have been continuously modified solving the recognized gaps. Sometimes, new schemes were introduced on a pilot basis even before the ongoing scheme stabilized. One such response was schemes based on the area approach in the 1980s which replaced the earlier practiced individual farm approach. More recent insurance schemes are based on weather, and adopt technology of remote sensing. The recent modification in this area yield insurance is Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY), launched on Jan, 2016 and implemented since kharif- 2016. This paper seeks to review the provisions, performance and improvements of the scheme in comparison with the other models. .

World over the markets has opened up to immense possibilities that augmented reality devices holds, their applications span across the industries and already there is a lot of buzz happening around the world. And within few years the way we interact with the technology is about to change forever. In this project we are trying to solve the problems faced by the architects due to visualization right from the idea stage to implementation since what an architect thinks, a builder builds and a customer imagines are completely different views of the same project, for this we are using our own Random GPS Position Locking Algorithm using augmented reality to developing an application through which they would be able to see their projects at actual site in real world.

MGNREGA is one of the flagship programme implemented by Ministry of Rural Development Department (MoRD), Govt of India for eradicating the problem of unemployment and poverty in the rural areas of the country. It is the largest social security scheme in the world implemented through an Act called MGNREGA Act 2005. The mandate of the Act is to provide 100 days of guaranteed wage employment in a financial year to every rural household whose adult members volunteer to do unskilled manual work. The other objective of the scheme is to build durable assets and strengthen the livelihood resource base of the rural people. The present paper makes an attempt to evaluate the performance of MGNREGA in all the ten Districts of Jammu Division i.e. Jammu, Samba, Kathua, Udhampur, Reasi, Ramban, Doda, Kishtwar, Rajouri and Poonch of Jammu and Kashmir State for the year 2016-17 by evaluating various indicators such as Average person days per household, Percentage of SC/ST households provided employment, Percentage of Household completed 100 days of work in a financial year, Percentage of wage paid within 15 days of work allotted as envisaged in the MGNREGA Act. The paper also study the performance of Districts for providing employment to women as the Act provides 33% reservation for women in work force who have registered and requested for work under the scheme. The composite achievement index in respect of all the Districts of Jammu Division is calculated by summing the score of these indicators.
