Abstract: Wind turbines are extensively used for land based power generation and industrial power generation applications the efficiency of wind turbines is increasing with increasing rotor winglet angle. In the present work to examine the aerodynamic airfoil. CFD analysis of horizontal axis wind turbine rotor with three different models consisting of blade with without winglet and blades with varying winglets (00,450,900) we analyzed to find out the optimum angle. The analysis is carried out using commercial CFD software FLUENT has been used. On evaluating the tabular column the blade with minimum speed at a winglet of 450 having losses static pressure and it is considered as it is considered as optimum.

The concept of using biological process in soil improvement which is known as bio-mediated soil improvement technique has shown greater potential in geotechnical engineering applications in terms of performance and environmental sustainability. This paper presents a review on the soil microorganisms responsible for this process, and factors that affect their metabolic activities and geometric compatibility with the soil particle sizes. Two mechanisms of biomineralization, i.e. biologically controlled and biologically induced mineralization, were also discussed. Environmental and other factors that may be encountered in situ during microbially induced calcite precipitation (MICP) and their influences on the process were identified and presented. Improvements in the engineering properties of soil such as strength/stiffness and permeability as evaluated in some studies were explored. Potential applications of the process in geotechnical engineering and the challenges of field application of the process were identified.

A study on Performance Analysis of Agricultural Commodities in Indian MCX market (with Special Reference to Cardamom and Cotton) which clearly represents the dominance of Agricultural country like India. The price of the Agro Commodities holds a key position in the price structure of the country. Here, the study of Commodity market witnesses an enormous growth, where Commodity market has the crucial role in developing countries where Agriculture is dominated in Economies. India, one of the top largest countries in the world, engages 57% of the world population and contributes 22% of GDP of the country. The data have been collected from various journals, books, magazines and scholarly articles which are secondary data in nature. The study clearly pictures the performance of Agricultural Commodities in MCX market and examines the comparison of Agricultural Commodities (Cardamom and Cotton) in MCX Market. The tools used in this study are Simple Moving Average. The development of Indian Commodity Market in the past decades has lead the Indian Commodity Exchanges to be at par with the World markets. Overall, this study empirically analyses the Performance of Agricultural Commodities in Indian MCX Commodity Market (with special Reference to Cardamom and Cotton).

INDUSTRIAL RELATION SCENARIO IN INDIA Abstract Today, again Industrial Relation area has come into limelight. lf we go back and observe the situation before 90s, there were strong Unions and most of these Unions were national unions and had strong ideologies. These unions were working on some values and principles. Though they were very strong, we were settling industrial disputes through vide bipartite & tripartite bargaining. Whereas we had about 90-95% regular employees and around 5-7%o were casual employees. Contract management were not in existence that time. Sweepers, Gardeners, Housekeeping staff, canteen employees were on a permanent roll. We were very much welfare oriented and connectivity with these people was very high. The HR Manager knew each and every employee by their names. The present Union has also not given more importance to the contract labours and not considered as a part of them. This results into a formation of new localized Unions. These Unions were local unions with no principle, value and they yield muscle power. Our lR Managers should also be trained in this philosophy so that they can align / connect with such employees and develop a desire climate in the organization

In the field of very large scale integration (VLSI) till date there are a plenty of 1-bit full adder. In this paper we have implementation the comparative analysis of 16 transistors Transmission function full adder circuit (TFA) and 20 transistors modified conventional full adder circuit. And we compare with different pass transistors for the decrease the count of transistors considering various elements in like power, delay and power delay product .These constraints are calculated by using cadence virtuoso platform in 180nm Technology. The full adder is part of the processor we can increases the n-bit full adder to implement the complex circuits.
