Abstract
In this article, we suggest an approximation multiplier that is high speed after energy efficiency. Approaching it is the round of operations to the nearest exponent of two. In this way, the multiplication part of the computation multiplier improved speed and energy consumption are omitted in the price from a small mistake. The proposed approach applies to both Signed and unsigned we suggest three devices make the approximate multiplier that includes one for non-signatories and two for signed operations. Efficiency of the proposed multiplier when comparing its performance with those related to some approximate and exact multiples using different design parameters. In addition, the effectiveness the approximate multiplier proposed in two images is studied processing applications, that is, sharpness and homogeneity of the image. Approximate multipliers are used in two applications for sharpness of the image.

Abstract
Macroalgae are primary producers and they play a significant role in the benthic food web of marine ecosystem. They serve as feeding and breeding grounds for invertebrates. In the present study, an attempt was made to find out the amphipods associates with the green alga Chaetomorpha aerea, at two sampling sites in Pulicat estuary during the post monsoon seasons from January 2013 to March 2013. The green alga C.aerea associated amphipods were Eriopisa chilkensis, Parorchestia morini, Ampelisca scabripes and Grandidierella gravipes species were recorded. The present study constitutes the first baseline approach to the amphipods diversity with the green alga C. aerea at the Pulicat estuary Tamil Nadu, India.

Abstract
Performance evaluation is one of the most important fields of any business or industry, which involves the continuous and rigorous process for any business or any industry. The airline industry continues to grow globally year by year, but continuous profitability is difficult to maintain. Measured by the revenue, the industry has been taken to a whole new level from the last decade, from US$369hbillion in 2004 to an estimated $746 billion in 2018. For this study, data was collected from previous five years balance sheet of six airlines. The result shows that the International Airlines are doing much better than the Indian airlines, it may be depending on the expenses, the fleet size, the number of destinations and the number of passengers.

Abstract
English Language Learning is all the more essential for Engineering Students. The rural Engineering entrants have some specific impediments in their learning process. Of the four broad language skills, LSR&W, Listening and Reading are normally considered passive skills but they are actually receptive skills. The aim of this paper is to show the importance of Listening and Reading skills (receptive skills) in the English classroom in order to get a perfect acquisition of the language. In general, Listening and Reading skills have been taught and explained separately, but they are closely interconnected. Both Listening and Reading skills are comprehensive skills and it is important to practise them together and integrate them with the rest of the skills. These skills are very important in relation to understand the language and for its proficiency. Listening and Reading skills are quite difficult to practise especially when the student does not live in English speaking surroundings. This paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the students in acquiring Listening and Reading skills, and tasks to promote their Listening and Reading skills. This gives them assistance to overcome the impediments.
