On 8th Nov.2016 Indian government has taken a bold step of demonetization. There are so many reasons behind this step like control inflation rate, resist corruption and make a cashless and digital economy. Its impact is felt by every Indian citizen. This decision is considered as hard step against the black money in the Indian history. The main aim of this paper to study about the positive as well as negative impact of demonetization in India. This study is purely based on secondary data which is collected from magazines, journals and from relevant websites.

The rapid growth of the Internet has brought with it an exponential increase in the type and frequency of cyber attacks. Many well-known cybersecurity solutions are in place to counteract these attacks. However, the generation of Big Data over computer networks is rapidly rendering these traditional solutions obsolete. To cater for this problem, corporate research is now focusing on Security Analytics, i.e., the application of Big Data Analytics techniques to cybersecurity. Analytics can assist network managers particularly in the monitoring and surveillance of real-time network streams and real-time detection of both malicious and suspicious (outlying) patterns. Such a behavior is envisioned to encompass and enhance all traditional security techniques. This paper presents a comprehensive survey on the state of the art of Security Analytics, i.e., its description, technology, trends, and tools. It hence aims to convince the reader of the imminent application of analytics as an unparalleled cybersecurity solution in the near future.

Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) is the most secure symmetric encryption technique that has gained worldwide acceptance. The AES based on the Rijndael Algorithm is an efficient cryptographic technique that includes generation of ciphers for encryption and inverse ciphers for decryption. For Higher security and speed of encryption/decryption We are designing the Blow fish algorithm that the proposed architecture out performs the existing techniques in terms of speed. Implementation of S-Box was synthesized and implemented using Xilinx ISE v14.3 and Xilinx Spartan-3E.

Construction industry depends heavily on conventional materials such as cement, granite and sand for the production of concrete. Cement is the most economical constituents used in the production of concrete and also poses the problem of acute shortage in many areas, which poses serious problems on its availability, cost and environmental impact. Approximately 1.1 tonnes of earth resources such as limestone, clay etc., are needed for the production of one tone of Ordinary Portland Cement also the process results in the emission of an equal amount of carbon-di-oxide into the atmosphere which may be serious threat to the environment in various forms. so there is always a need for substituent to OPC . For preventing environment and to produce a low cost concrete an attempt is being made in this project that the cement is partially replaced by locally available material such as egg shell powder. Generally egg shells were disposed as waste which comprises of 95% of CaCO3 and 5% of Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, Ironic acid and Silica acid which may be used as an alternate for the cement. Statistics shows that the huge amounts of egg shells were laid as waste and disposed as landfills in India. So it can be replaced for cement due to its chemical properties and its abundant in nature. In this work, experiments were carried out by using egg shells as a partial replacement for cement. The concrete design mix considered is M40 of ratio 1:1.5:2.3. The specimens were prepared by replacing cement by 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25%. The mechanical properties of Egg shell powdered Concrete like compressive, split tensile and flexural strength were determined for 7, 14 and 28 days of curing period and results were compared with the conventional concrete

Assam is having a unique identity in the field of cottage industries.Bell metal utensils are the part and parcel of Assamese society. Bell metal has been receiving a greater importance in Assamese culture and traditions since ages. But the artisans (kanhar) engaged in the production and marketing of Bell metal products are facing numerous challenges. Through this research paper the Researcher focuses on the challenges faced by the Bell metal artisans and tries to provide certain measures to overcome such challenges. The study is done with the help of primary and secondary data.

Robotic process automation (or RPA) is an emerging form of clerical process automation technology based on the notion of software robots or artificial intelligence (AI) workers. RPA is a set of concepts and technologies designed to intelligently automate repetitive business, industrial, and other tasks. By using Brain Computer Interface with RPA, it is possible to monitor software robots without much human intervention in less time. A brain-computer interface (BCI) is a technology that allows communication between a human or animal brain and an external technology. This term can refer to an interface that takes signals from the brain to an external piece of hardware, or a technology that sends signals to the brain. Thus we could improve RPA in a most effective way possible

In Industries the level measurement and control is much important since the level is one aspect which intends to change or disturb other parameters. On a part of controlling levels in tanks in industrial applications the internet of things concept is implemented in which Raspberry pi is used to acquire values and send the datas to the cloud. This project deals with the implementation of the level process control system Without any use of external controller but using a ESP8266(Wi-Fi Module) data is acquired and send to the cloud database. In this proposed system cloud acts as a controller to store and react to set point data automatically.

This study has been undertaken to analyze the usage of e-Distribution channels by hotels in Chandigarh. Main objective of study is to analysis how various category of hotels are using e-Distribution and approach toward the same using Online Travel Agency (OTA) and Global Distribution System (GDS). This empirical study was conduced in Chandigarh wherein data was collect from thirty one hotels of the city. The study reveal that adoption of e-Distribution by hotels is proportional to the star star rating of hotel, wherein Amadeus and MakeMyTrip were most widely used e-Distribution systems.
