 Abstract

The grain production in Poland is dominated by the highest yields came from wheat, rye, barley, and oats. Other major crops included potatoes, sugar beet, tobacco, fruits etc. In the east-central regions of Poland there are mainly the stagnic luvisols. These soils are very good for suitable for rye and potatoes. So, the objects in this research were: potato and rye monoculture and five-fields courses, at diverse fertilization (Ca, NPK and CaNPK , additionaly in monoculture FYM). In scientific journals there is a lot of information about "exhausted soil" as a consequence of plant cultivation in monoculture versus the good effect on soil of five field course. The aim of our studies was to investigate the effect of the agriculture tillage types (monoculture and 5-fields courses) on abundance of microorganisms in soil depending on fertilizing used.

 Abstract

English as a Global language has made it necessary to learn it as a second language in non English native countries. English as a second language plays an important role in the education system of India. There are several barriers to learning English as a second language. Second language learners face many difficulties mainly because of the negative interference of the mother tongue and cultural differences. The purpose of this article is to identify the most common trouble areas faced by English language learners and to provide evidences why they cause difficulties for learning English as a second language. Many errors commonly made by speakers and learners of English language are identified and discussed. The major trouble spots identified are; pronunciation difficulty (phonology), lexical problems, grammar, repetition of words, influence of first language, and sentence formation. These difficulties are heightened for those learning English as a second language. Unlike their vernacular language English language is introduced way after they started speaking. These difficulties are discussed in this article briefly to analyze various trouble spots of learning English as a second language.

 Abstract

Peer-to-peer (P2P) formless networks are in vogue in a massive network. These networks can be built very efficiently without specific rules and, therefore, are considered appropriate for the online environment. But the scanning techniques used in these networks are usually compromised with a large network size. To optimize search queries in unstructured P2P networks, use the connection between network participants. The search protocol was designed to accelerate the search process through self-organized P2P networks in a small world. Both theoretical and experimental analyzes are carried out, which show the effectiveness and effectiveness of this approach. Based on the file exchange model, which shows the power-right property, we present a query construction algorithm, in which any non-structured G (V, E) P2P network, where V is a set of participating counterparts, and E is a set of superposed connections with even elements in V. The equations in G can be combined with each other in a random way. The objective is to restructure G with the following characteristics: 1. High grouping, 2. Low diameter, 3. Progressive.

 Abstract

The 2D materials can exhibit fascinating and technologically useful properties. This article review the state of art of 2D materials beyond grapheme. This category includes mainly Transition Metal Dichalcogenides (TMDs) (e.g. MoS2, WS2, MoSe2, and WSe2) which can provide different immense applications in the areas of Nano electronics, photonics, sensing, energy storage, and opto-electronics This article briefly discuss the structure, properties and applications of TMD based 2 D materials

 Abstract

Life skills are the abilities enabling an individual for an adaptive behaviour to fulfil the needs and demands of life so that they face the challenges effectively in life. Life skills inculcate healthy, positive and productive progress of an individual for and they establish moral and ethical maturity and enhance the psycho-social skills. Life skills have become the salt and pepper of all individuals related to all aspects of life. Within education, the impact of life skills has become the essence of teaching and learning process. The present study aims on assessing the life skills awareness among post graduates with respect to some of the demographic variables. In the present descriptive and quantitative study, total 100 students were selected in which 50 male students (25 Arts and 25 Science) and 50 female students (25 Arts and 25 Science) were identified from various departments of Central University of Kerala, Kasaragod. Normative survey research method was used for the study. Tool in questionnaire form on life skills awareness for 100 post graduates comprised of 50 questions were prepared focussing on five dimensions of life skills i.e. problem solving, decision making, empathy, effective communication and coping with stress, trauma and loss. The tool was standardised by item analysis in which 33 questions were retained from the preliminary draft of 50 items for data collection. The present study revealed that there is no significant difference in life skills awareness of post graduates with respect to gender, age, family type, subjects or streams, and marital status. The applications of life skills in education will lend automatically a student-centred school environment in the 21st century. The present paper shows the role and impact of life skills in transforming teaching and learning pedagogy by seeking for the exploration in the awareness of life skills among post graduate students for the effectiveness in teaching learning process.
