Data link layer deals with flow control and error control mechanism in networks. in generally there are three protocols are used for flow control and error control mechanism, The efficient transmission of data over unreliable channels that can lose, reorder and duplicate messages due to router or receiver limited buffer space, are retransmitted by the source. If the error detected the receiver can try to obtain the error by using three flow and error control protocol ARQ techniques, Selective repeat protocol gives better transmission efficiency than other protocols. In selective repeat ARQ, only the specific damaged or lost frame is retransmitted. If a frame is corrupted in transit, a NAK is returned and the frame is resent out of sequence .the receiving device must be able to sort the frames, it has and insert the retransmitted frame into its proper place in the sequence, in this paper using ARQ techniques, comparing transmission efficiency of three protocols and selective repeat protocol is ideal.[1][2]

Automatic pills reminder is an instrument developed for elderly patients who need to take medicines in a frequent interval of time without human intervention. This helps the patients to take tablets regularly on their own. The existing technology uses microcontroller, 555 timer. In the proposed system, raspberry pi microcomputer is used. Initially tablets are filled in the container box and the timings are set in accordance with the doctor prescription. When the time arrives the corresponding tablets can be collected from the tray. This project can be implemented in old age homes

Railway service is the fastest system of transport networks in India. Rail accidents occurs more due to derailments than collision or fire in trains. The rail accidents are increasing day by day and this is because of improper maintenance of rail roads which leads to crack in railway tracks hence the proper maintenance should be provided and cracks should be detected to avoid such bad situations. Many techniques were used to solve this problem but there occurs less in transmission speed and accuracy. To overcome the problem this project is introduced to detect the cracks in rail roads using Raspberry pi and IR sensor. The IR sensor helps to detect the cracks. The communication is done through GSM technique. After detecting the crack the message is send to nearest station with location of crack. Thus the system is simple in operation and advantageous over both day and night crack detection.

Abstract: In this article, it is tried to study the motion of the system in the central gravitational field of force when the centre of mass of the system in moving along elliptical orbit. The equation of the relative motion of the system in the central gravitational field of the force is derived in polar form for the elliptical orbit of the center of mass. It is obtained in an approximate form of non-linear oscillations.

Vatavyadhi is a major illness seen in Indian people as their age crosses fifty. One of such vatavyadhi enumerated in classical Samhita is grudhrasi (Sciatica). The disease is caused by general vatavyadhikar nidan and characterized by pain in buttock region, back of thigh along the course of Sciatic nerve as explained in ayurvedic classical texts. The different modalities of treatment are mentioned in this review according to the severity of the condition as acute, subacute and chronicity as well as the most suitable and feasible management procedures that can be carried out safely in patients. The treatment methodologies are divided mainly in two categories ie in ayurvedic perpective and modern allopathic advancements to combat the symptoms and pain in sciatic nerve involvement. The main motive of the reviews is to highlight the treatment techniques in a lucid and easy manner which can be useful during course of management and prevent any possible complications and disabilities in patients.

Object detection is one of the essential applications and crucial tasks in remote sensing images analysis. With the enlargement of remote sensing knowledge, high-resolution (HR) optical remote sensing images are presented and the geospatial detail information of substances is more and more abundant. In this paper, rotation invariant parts based model to sense objects with difficult shape in high resolution remote sensing images. Explicitly, the geospatial matters with difficult shape are initially alienated into several main parts, and the assembly information among parts is labeled and controlled in polar coordinates to achieve the rotation invariance on configuration. In encoding the features of the rotated parts and objects, a new rotation invariant feature is projected by spreading histogram oriented gradients. Throughout the final recognition step, a clustering technique is introduced to discover the parts in objects, and that process can also be used to fuse the detection consequences

The development of wireless communication technologies and sensors has started the development of a Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN). The wireless nature of the network and various sensors provides a variety of new, intelligent and innovative applications to enhance health compliance and replace health care applications. In the past few years, some studies have focused on the establishment of systematic design of health compliance to enhance the technical requirements specifically designed for WBAN. However, as part of the communications media, WBAN faces a variety of security issues such as information loss, authentication, and access control. This article reviews the key aspects of WBAN in many applications. We have provided the WBAN infrastructure to provide solutions for on-demand, emergency and normal traffic. We further have discussed WBAN's in-vivo antenna design and low-power MAC protocol. In addition, we briefly have introduced some WBAN applications by examples.

Abstract: Electronic media libraries are the special library, which manages information in electronically retrieval format that are structured so that they can facilitate the requirements and serve the clientele. Electronic media libraries are also known as digital libraries as all the information collected, disseminated or stored, are in the digital format. Preservation is the technique of keeping the materials in good condition, so that they can be used for a long period by the future generation.
