Abstract
The investment through Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) has become a powerful force within the development of Indian stock market and it is increasingly viewed as an important reason for stock market unpredictability. This situation has powered researchers to analyze the nexus between FIIs capital moves and stock exchange volatility. To be able to ascertain the hyperlink between the two, present researches make a moderate attempt to create an understanding from the FIIs investment decision and its effect on stock market movements. To check the actual non-stationarity of times series the particular Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) device root examination is used. In present study, statistical tools such as mean, difference, standard deviation, skewness as well as correlation evaluation are used to analyze the impact associated with FIIs influence on Indian currency markets volatility. Along with these tools, GARCH model will be also utilized to study the effect of FIIs capital flows on stock market volatility. The research reveals there is significant relationship between FIIs capital flow and stock market volatility. Furthermore, FIIs purchase has statistically significant impact on a volatility of NIFTY and SENSEX, used as proxy to be able to Indian industry.

Abstract
In this chapter, we deal with a brief historical sketch of the spread of Christianity in Tamil Nadu with special reference to Dharmapuri diocese. The impacts of St. Thomas on Christians were very little in Dharmapuri during 16th century AD. The Potuguese made Tuticorin, as their mission Centre. Later into the 17th Century, they began to spread their religion in the interior part of Tamil Nadu. The first Catholic mission to South India was led by St. Francis Xavier who came from Portugal in the year 1542. This paper explains the important role of the Christians missionaries in India especially south India Tamil Nadu.

Abstract
Abstract This research work explores the operational development with reference the labour welfare measures adopted by Small Tea Growers in Nilgiris district. The present study revealed that the topmost welfare measures adopted by the by small tea growers for the labourers was minimizing workers' grievances and the least priority was drawing ideas from workers and recognizing it. Consequently, multiple regression analysis was employed to investigate the factors that are significant on the labour welfare measures adopted by Small Tea Growers and found that of the five factors considered four factors were significant and one factor was not significant. The regression output: (R2 = .934, F (5, 904) =2128.888, P<0.000)

Abstract
Leather Industry is one of the export oriented industries in India having an annual turnover of US $12 billion (approx.). The Industry occupies a prominent place in Indian Economy due to its substantial export earnings. Like any other Industry there are certain internal and external factors influencing the domestic and export performance of Indian Leather Industry. Through this paper an attempt has been made to examine the impact of major variables/factors affecting the export performance of leather and leather goods, using secondary data sources. This paper also tries to examine the strengths and weaknesses of Indian Leather Industry through SWOC Analysis and PORTERS FIVE FORCE Model covering two major cities famous for leather manufacturing and exports, i.e. Kanpur and Unnao districts of Uttar Pradesh, India
