Reliability of power system could be very essential to generate and transmit energy. Power transformer is one of the most important electric apparatus and therefore it need to be saved in good state. The incipient fault identification and classification is a major research area. The dissolved gas analysis (DGA) is a technique being extensively used to find out incipient faults but diverse strategies had been developed to analyze DGA effects, they will once in a while fail to diagnose exactly. The accurate identification of incipient fault using numerous artificial intelligence (AI) is varied with variation of input parameters. Principle Component Analysis using Rapidminer Software is applied to IEC TC10 databases and associated datasets to find out most influencing input parameters for incipient fault classification. Further, one of the Machine learning algorithm namely Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) is implemented to categorize the power transformer incipient faults accurately.

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) is the most unpredictable networks which are communicate each other and transfer the data from each node. These are mostly used in any type of environment such as heterogeneous nature. Energy consumption is most widely used for the nodes. Many research has been done on WSN. In the existing techniques, the energy efficiency between the nodes become most complicated and because of their adaptive and mobility nature the energy consumption is more high. In this paper, the proposed system addressed the problem in the existing system such as calculation of cluster head. To overcome this, the proposed EEHCA is introduced to maintain the energy between the nodes and calculating the cluster head more efficiently. Results shows the performance of existing and EEHCA.

Abstract Nature has been a perennial source of inspiration and imagination of both English and Marathi romantic poets. They composed poetry under the tremendous influence of the various objects Nature. They treated the objects of Nature as the subjects of their poetry. The Romantic Movement in English poetry was not a sudden outburst but a continuation of pre-romanticism. However, the publication of The Lyrical Ballads in 1798 marked the inauguration of romanticism which dominated English poetry in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries. As a result of this Wordsworth, Coleridge Byron, Keats and Shelley who composed their poetry under the tremendous influence of the doctrine of romanticism are came to be known as the romantic poets. Like English romantic poets, the Marathi romantic poets such as Keshavsut, Rev. Tilak, Govindagraj, Balkavi, and others composed poems under the influence of the doctrine of romanticism as well as the influence of the English romantic poets. This research paper is an attempt to analyze and compare the concept of Nature in English and Marathi romantic poetry.

MSM is a common term and is widely used all over the world, which means Men who have Sex with Men. The MSM people suffer high rates of psycho social economic problems (Lewis, Derlega, Griffin, & Krowinski, 2003). In India, LGBT people are experienced significantly poor mental health compared to the other population in the mainstream society. Stigma, stress and exclusion have been associated with depression, substance use, psychological issues and post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD) in South India. The characteristic of the MSM has some similarity in south India but very less number of studies is available among the population. Marginalization and stigmatization enhance the vulnerability of sexual minorities to arbitrary mental health outcomes. There is a dearth of information regarding stigma and mental health among men who have sex with men (MSM) in India (Logie, Newman, Chakrapani, & Shunmugam, 2012). Chennai and Bangalore are the first cities conducted a survey for identifying the clear statistics among the MSM community. In Kerala, the government implemented some programs and policies for sexual minorities to reduce their discrimination and stigma from the public. MSMs are considered as the vulnerable and highly risky groups in the society. Men and women who identified as same-sex attraction are targeted to verbal abuse, discrimination or physical assault based of their sexual orientation (Berrill, 1990; Herek, 1989; Levine, 1979; Levine & Leonard, 1984; Paul, 1982,Gregory, 1991). The present paper is developed on the basis of available secondary literature in India with in the year of 1975 to 2017. The psychological factors may create problems for MSM community and influence their daily life like suicidal tendency, substance use etc. This article mainly focused on the problems faced by men who have sex with men in India and the prejudice related to them. .

Geographic Information System (GIS) is an analytical tool capable to perform storing, spatial operations, spatial queries, data linkages, data matching, analysis, decision making output generation. Public participation Geographic Information System (PPGIS) pertains to the potential of using information and communication technology (ICT) to enhance public participation in spatial decision making. Education is an inherent part of any civil society. Proper educational facilities generate the high quality human resource for any nation. Therefore, government needs an efficient system that can help in analysing the current state of education and its progress simultaneously in decision making and policy framing. GIS can serve the mentioned requirements not only for government but also for the general public. In order to meet the standards of human development, it is necessary for the government and decision makers to have a close watch on the existing education policy and its implementation condition. School mapping plays an important role in school planning process. School mapping consists of building the geospatial database of schools that supports in the infrastructure development, policy analysis and decision making. The present research work is an attempt for supporting Right to Education (RTE) and Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) programmes run by Government of India through the use of GIS and PPGIS.

Facial expression of a person tells us about their emotion. In the same way a machine can also detect the face of a human and recognize the emotion based on the facial expression. If we expect a machine to exhibit human like performance Artificial Intelligence is needed. In this prototype system, machine automatically recognizes the emotion represented on a face when our face is detected in the webcam. Thus a Convolutional Neural Network based solution combined with image processing is used in classifying the universal emotions.
