 Abstract

In health care system, to detection brain tumour is a challenging task. As it is very difficult to understand images for detection but with the recent advancements in the technologies, it became easy to do the analysis of images and available tools helps to predict the future problems also. Machine Learning and Deep Learning is a subcategory of Artificial intelligence and has the goal to develop various solutions to implement automatic methods to make our systems capable of evolving by themselves. The historical and real-time clinical text data and image data are analyzed to determine rules that can be integrated to align software applications. This objective of this paper is to develop an analytical Healthcare platform for the medical practitioners to administer the patients in the hospital.

 Abstract

Constrction delays are global phenomena creating major concerns for performance.Delay means late completion of work after due date.The aim of this paper is to identify delay factors ,its Effects and to analyse to minimise it.It will have adverse consequences on the project objectives in terms of time ,cost and quality.Literature reviews,interviews with experts, and,internal survey questionnaires show that Contractor and Consultant agreed that owner Interference, inadequate Contractor Experience,Finance & Payments,Labou Productivity,Late delivery of materials,Slow decision making,Improper planning & scheduling,Inefficient site management,Discrepancies/mistakes in Drawings & Contract Documents,Poor Communication & Co- ordination are the top 10 most important delay factors.The study also reveals that time over-run and cost over-run are the frequent Effects of delay.It is hoped that Contractor,Consultant and Client will review it and their mutual co-operation will resolve these critical issues.

 Abstract

A procedure of optimizing a space truss only by varying the geometric shape of the truss and keeping the cross section of the element kept constant. The shape variations will be done on the basis of raising the height. The maximum deflection produced in the structure, weight of steel required by the structure and percentage of failed member has been considered as measured. Optimization is a process of subjecting all members present in the structure to minimum usage thereby ensuring the utilization ratio of each and every element more than 80%. It is to be noted that the structural properties not be compromised. The structure has to be made of limit state design and should be simply supported roof. Space truss design in the technique for assigning a structure using skeleton- type approach, as opposed to traditional piece -by - piece or ground- up construction. Irrespective of advantage of the structure economical efficiently of structure3 decides success of it. Hence the space truss will be designed and optimized during our project. The shape will be varied for the best result and optimized shape is to be determined.

 Abstract

In daily life, people have the need to know the identity of a visitor who comes to their organizations, regardless of whether they are there at that time. This need is even greater for people who suffer from some kind of disability that prevents them from meeting the visitor. To provide a solution in this sense, this paper proposes a smart model that performs the task of a doorbell, which should recognize the visitor and alert the user. To achieve that, this proposal incorporates technologies for facial recognition of visitors, notification to user and management of their responses. The complete process .i.e. recognition of visitor and notification to user and the related management problem divided into interrelated stages and their standardization issues are discussed later . Finally to test the effectiveness of the model, three scenarios where integrated; each one was composed by different organizations over which the recognition of known and unknown individual was analyzed. The system is based on the criteria of low power consumption, resource optimization, and improved operation speed.

 Abstract

This paper makes an attempt to highlight a reformative approach towards Indian Criminal Justice. India is a versatile state with a plenitude of religions, abundances of languages and the ever changing taste and ideas of the denizens. That plethora of ideas and taste may result into conflicts between the masses and further these conflicts can result into crime like situations. Law and crime are contemporary. They both go side by side. Just as the pesticides are used to treat the pest in the same way the law is used to treat the crime. Crime is not a new thing. It existed since the inception of the mankind. The only difference between then and now is the tentacles of crime that has now spread like a hell fire and making the law a weedy subject.

 Abstract

The study on ICT related avenues penetration among the rural college students in college located near Kanchipuram,Thiruvannamalai District,Tamilnadu, India involved in an experimental design by considering the ICT avenues like internet, mobile and social media. The study focused the aspects like ICT support for academic, general awareness, competency development for students who are studying in rural college background. The design of the study covered the students belong to engineering and computer application course related background. There were 75 students belong to the different branches of engineering courses and computer application both from graduation and post-graduation level chosen as sample unit for the study. The selected respondents were given exposure of learning and observing through the internet, mobile and social media sources about their academic, general awareness and competency for career related zones continuously for the selected period of time. The outcome of their learning was measured through scoring system by conducting written test. The results of score before exposure and after exposure were measured for its mean and standard deviation, in addition to that through the application of paired T-test, the existence of significant was tested for the penetration of ICT avenues on their learning and understanding process.
