This paper introduces a switchable frequency recongifurable antenna fed by microstrip feedline used for cognitive radio application. The proposed antenna consist of rectangular patch along with a small radiating rectangular patch that gives the UWB band and used as a sensing antenna. Further rectangular slot are placed over the UWB antenna structure parellely. By placing multiple switch in between three slots we can reconfigure the different band. The length, width and thickness of antenna is 15mm,15mm and 0.8mm. Simulated result provides the different notches in between 5-7GHz used for WLAN and Satellite communication application. All results are simulated using the HFSS v.13.

On the Web we can see that web pages are not crawled by the crawler system , which increases at a very fast rate, many crawler have been developed that efficiently localize the deep Web interfaces, due to the large amount of Web resources & the nature of deep web dynamics, to get a better and positive result to be a challenging problems. To solve this kind problem, we propose a two stage frameworks, mainly Smart Crawler, to effectively find the deep web . The intelligent crawler gets seeds from the seeds database. 1st step is that Smart Crawler performs the "Reverse lookup" that matches the user's query with the URL. In the second phase, the "Prioritization of incremental sites" performed here coincides with the content of the query within the module or part of the system. This is based on the coincidence frequency, classify relevant and irrelevant pages & rank on this page. High ranking pages are displayed on the results page. Our proposed tracker efficiently retrieves deep Web interfaces from large sites & achieves a higher result than other crawlers available .We develop comprehensive research of personalized research to improve performances considering the time in which we can keep the log files. Preview the results of the query before entering the query in the search box that could focuses on the search box. High ranking pages are displayed on the results page. A fair trial implies speedy trial and it is implicit in the broad sweep and content of Art.21 of the Constitution. No procedure can be reasonable, fair and just unless the procedure ensures a speedy trial for determination of the guilt of such person. Long pre-trial detention of an individual in prison jeopardizes his personal liberty as such speedy trial is an integral and essential part of the fundamental right of life and liberty as enshrined in Art.21 of the Constitution. The paper highlights the various case laws related to Right to Speedy Trial.

ABSTRACT Climate changes and variability in regional precipitation affect decreased agricultural production and potentially widespread food shortages. Africa has often shown rainfall variability and associated droughts leading to food shortages. Moreover, small scale spatial and temporal variability of the climate parameters in Northern Ethiopia, Tigray Region is highly complex and not well known yet or little is done recently. It is, therefore, essential to assess the temporal and spatial variability of rainfall and temperature so as to quantify its effects on socio-economic activities and specific challenges in the study areas. The study areas (Raya-Azebo and Raya-Alamata) are situated in the Raya Valley cluster, in the South zone of Tigray national regional state. In order to identify the monthly pattern of rainfall heterogeneity we used Precipitation Concentration Index. We found that, annual total rainfall shows high spatial and seasonal variability. In addition, belg season rainfall has an extreme inter-seasonal variability. Moreover, the study areas were characterized by episodic fluctuation of wet and dry years. This study emphasizes the helpfulness of PCI in distinguishing precipitation concentration and variability. It was observed that seasonal rainfall and PCI are changing and variable.

Law of conservation of energy state that energy neither be created nor destroyed; energy can only be transferred or changed from one form to another therefore total energy of system remains constant. In this paper such device is presented which operate on electrical energy and produce more kinetic energy (K.E) in the air flow. Device is made of various components such as centrifugal blower, converging nozzle, and throat and diverging nozzle. Blower is operated through an electric energy and thrown out air present in casing which create pressure difference this generates the flow of air. The output kinetic energy in throat is more than double the input electrical energy.

Prematurity is the second most common cause of death in infants born premature. Parents of premature children often come across a difficult state of their life where their new born child is kept in NICU. Most of the parents does not come to know what is going on with their child life. In present day modern medicine has evolved in such a manner that even a 24th week born child can be saved. Problem starts when an infant whose vitals are stable is discharged. This is the transition phase from hospital to home where he has to be taken care of well. Here with we are sharing our experience of being health care professionals and parents of Identical twins born at 27.5 week of gestational life. This information may be useful for many parents who face the similar situation. We conclude by conveying that all premature children are not disabled. They may be delayed in the development but they should not be termed as disabled.

The administration and monitoring of anaesthesia for surgical procedures is a complex and multifaceted skill that requires both knowledge and practice. The anaesthetists are very busy, watching and evaluating their patients, the progress of the operation, the surgeon, and all the other members of the Operating Room team. The Respiratory rate of the patient is the main parameter that is to be assessed every 5 minutes throughout the anaesthetic period. The ultimate parameter to be maintained during entire operation is respiration rate of 12-17 per minute. If respiration rate is above 17 per minute, the patient may feel pain resulting in hyper-tension. If respiration rate is a below 12 per minute, the patient is vulnerable to go to coma stage. In our project, we would like to sense the respiration temperature to calculate the respiration rate instead of regular chest expansion measurement principle. Respiration temperature measurement can be possible by using RTD PT100 temperature sensor, which is placed in a mask. Based on the breathing rate, infusion will be carried out by mechanical system specifically developed for this application. Before starting the surgery predefined amount of anesthesia flow will be set and constantly infused by our system. Once if the respiration rate goes down, anesthesia flow will be reduced to maintain respiration rate. If respiration rate goes up, the flow of anesthesia will be increased to maintain the constant breath rate

Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) are the digitized model of the human brain and can be effectively used in the context where it is very difficult for humans to detect the underlying complex non-linear relationships in the data. In this paper, a feed forward single hidden layer neural network is trained using Back propagation algorithm for data classification. In real world, patterns are characterized by many features and not all features are relevant for a particular task and using all the features for training an ANN often reduces the learning rate. Hence, to increase the learning speed of the ANN, the most popular Rough Set Theory (RST) algorithms have been used to determine the most significant features and then training ANN only on the relevant features reduce the time complexity of the Neural Networks as well as helps in increasing the generalization ability. The trained ANN is 10-fold cross validated by conducting experiments on the datasets taken from UCI ML repository and the results revealed that the removal of superfluous features in the training data enhances the performance of ANN in increasing the learning speed and classification accuracy.
