Abstract
The popularity of digital video is increasing rapidly. To help users navigate in huge data base, the algorithms that automatically index video based on key frames are needed. One approach is to extract key frames based on clustering approach. Key frame is a frame which can represent the salient content of the shot. Key frames provide a suitable abstraction and framework for video indexing, browsing and retrieval. They allow users to quickly browse over the video by viewing only a few high-lighted frames. The use of key-frames greatly reduces the amount of data required in video indexing and provides an organizational framework for dealing with video content. Because of its importance, much research effort has been given in key frame extraction. The presented key frame extraction scheme relies on an improved spectral clustering algorithm for the clustering of frame sequences of video. Video frame are clustered into groups by their similarity differences. Then the clustering process is carried for shots of the video using spectral clustering method. Then the key frame identification scheme is established for key frame extraction process and key frame of the video shot are extracted. Finally proposed model presents a key frame extraction method based on clustering scheme using the spectral clustering technique and the key frames of the shot are extracted.

Abstract
Engine is the heart of automobile. Engine is the device that coverts heat energy of the fuel into mechanical energy. HCCI stands on homogeneous charge compression ignition. HCCI engine is an advanced combustion engine. In a HCCI concept, the fuel and air is pre mixed and compresses till auto ignition. It is developed to increase the fuel efficiency and reduce the emissions such as NOx and HC without sacrificing the efficiency such as NOx and HC. In HCCI engine homogeneous mixture of air and fuel is the key feature. HCCI engines allows Lean mixture of air and fuel. Hence it helps to reduce the NOx emission because lean mixture is cooler and cooler combustion makes less NOx and wastes less energy heating up the engine. HCCI engine have several difficulties such as, control of auto ignition, it producing heat more and weak capability in cold start. After studying the literature survey on HCCI engine, research work need to be done in this area because HCCI engine is the environment friendly combustion.

Abstract
This study has been undertaken to show the performance enhancement of engine using turbocharger. Turbochargers multiply the output of an internal combustion (IC) engine without the need to increase its cylinder capacity all over the automotive industries. The application of such a mechanical device enables automotive manufacturers to adopt greater power and high torque applications. There are many inventions done to enhance the performance of IC engines. So most engines nowadays are employed with turbocharger and supercharger. It is known that the power outputs of an engine increases with the increase in amount of air or mixture in the cylinder and supercharger plays an important role in increasing the amount or air. It is because of these reasons that superchargers and turbochargers are now becoming more and more popular in automobile applications. The aim of this review paper is to show importance of turbocharger in automotive sector.

Abstract
It is the Aptitude that indicates as to how effectively and successfully an individual can perform a task. Teachers are very responsible resource persons for development of society. If a teacher has positive psychological aptitude, he will enjoy his work and this will surely develop students and bring about achievement. It is essential to create an academic environment and psychological mindset in which teachers inculcate positive and healthy aptitude for their profession. In the present study, researchers have undertaken survey of Hindi and English medium teachers of higher secondary schools. Teacher Aptitude Inventory of Ahluwalia is used and modified according to specific condition and given to selected teachers teaching Hindi language subject. Findings indicate that teachers of both medium have almost similar and positive Aptitude for their profession.
