Indian stock markets have seen unprecedented growth in the recent past. With increased development and growth, the patterns of foreign investment in the stock markets have also undergone significant changes. In this regard, the relationship between Foreign Portfolio Investment (FPI) or Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) is one that is increasingly being investigated by the academic community. This research paper focuses on analysing this relationship for a 15 year time period (2002-2017). The relationship between FPI and the returns on broad based market indices- SENSEX and NIFTY50 is analysed. The study makes use of ADF Unit Root Test, Correlation, Regression and Granger Causality Analysis for the purpose of determining the nature of association between the variables and the direction of causality. Upon analysis, this study reveals that FII flows have a significant impact on the stock market indices and there exists a uni-directional relationship between FII flows and SENSEX returns as well as NIFTY50 returns i.e. from FII flows to the index returns

Light weight structures designate the sustainable and suitable mechanical members for vehicle industry with the commercial findings and deposit remarkable materials with unique properties as well as exploring challenges. Composite structures retain the interest in the replacement of steel spring with leaf spring made of polymer composites which in includes the different fibres with proper resin ratio makes it possible to find best platform to perform as vehicle leaf blades serving the purpose of high strength and less weight. This review process clearly reveals about the replacement of steel springs with E-glass and silk hybrid fibers reinforced with epoxy polymer. The samples are prepared with the help of wooden die with the constant width and thickness. Tests to be conducted to assess the mechanical properties and fatigue strength of samples with the help of digital UTM and better proportion of hybrid fibres reinforced with polymers can be suggested.

With urbanization comes the need to invest in infrastructure and improve the quality of life in our cities. Rapid urbanization has not only outpaced infrastructure development, but has also brought in the downside of proliferating slums, increasing homelessness, growing urban poverty and crime, of relentless march of pollution and ecological damage. Sustainable city planning should aim at achieving social and environmental equity while improving the lives of the people. For that we need to have a sustainable city form as well as provision and proper management of the services. Thus, in order for a city or urban area to be sustainable it needs to produce and manage basic services like water, waste, energy, and transportation in a way that it conforms to the principles of sustainable development. Geographic Information System (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS). GIS and remote sensing are land related technologies and are therefore very useful in the formulation and implementation of the land related component of the sustainable development strategy. The different stages in the formulation and implementation of a sustainable regional development strategy can be generalized as determination of objectives, resource inventory, analyses of the existing situation, development, selection, implementation, and evaluation of planning options.

Education is at the core of equality and empowerment in a society. Though the right to education and equality of educational opportunities is guaranteed by the constitution of India, it is disturbing to find that more than half of the population of children and youth with disability and varying competencies are denied these rights and do not receive adequate schooling in an appropriate environment. There is a need for high quality education for all children and it can be possible only if teachers are well trained and sensitized towards special needs and inclusive modes of effective teaching. We firmly believe that all children can learn and most of them can be included in regular/mainstream education, for this we need to create a regular class environment that nurtures acceptance of diversity and promotes co-operation based on reciprocity and mutual respect (Julka Anita, 2007). Inclusion of children with special needs in mainstream education demands the preparation of teachers to suit their needs. The need for teachers who have both the knowledge and the ability to teach in an inclusive classroom is more critical today than ever before. This paper aims at making contributions to the ongoing debates in the challenges and quality of teacher education. It focusses on the status of in-service and pre-service teacher training programmes preparing teachers for teaching in inclusive classrooms. It also highlights the important role teacher plays to bridge the gap between inclusive policies and practice.

High Performance Work Practices has significant impact on organizational performance indices though exact mix and match of best practices, which translates into actual measurable impact, is still under study by various researchers and research bodies. This paper tends to understand HPWPs impact on employee motivation of an enterprise. Evaluation of influencers is studied through Structural Equation & mechanism proposed by Baron and Kenny (1986). This Paper indicates certain influence of Ability-Motivation-Opportunity by HPWPs. This paper also charts their significance; with certain limitations and future research perspectives.

Today's world thrives on information exchange. Hence the need of the day is the information be protected well enough to the transmitted over a noisy environment. This is achieved by adding redundant bits to the information bit streams. If the purpose of adding redundancy bits is just to detect error and inform the sender to retransmit the information. Forward error correction (FEC) is another way of adding redundancy to the information bit stream. So, error can be detected and corrected by preventing needed retransmission. Turbo codes is a very powerful error correction technique that has made tremendous impact on channel coding in last few years. Turbo code bit error rate drops very rapidly with increasing Eb/N0 values. It achieves 10^-5 BER with Recursive Systematic Convolution encoder .The iterative decoding mechanism, RSC and use of interleave are the characteristics features of turbo codes. That it enhance data transmission efficiency in digital communication system. Turbo codes play a major role in multimedia services in mobile phones. The performance of turbo codes is superior with a little Eb/No. The original JPEG (Joint Photography Expert Group) image is encoded using turbo codes and subjected to additive white Gaussian noise. In this random interleaver is used and MAP decoding algorithm is used. We can almost retrieve original image by number of iterations by iterative decoder. As the number of iterations increases the noise in image removed.

ABSTRACT The present study was conducted in purposively selected Hooghly district in West Bengal with the objective of finding Attitude Towards Employment Status of women engaged in self help groups (SHG).Data collection was done by personal interview with structured schedule applied on randomly selected 164 women who engaged in self help groups. In district of Hooghly attitude towards total employment status was significantly related with marital status , monthly income, occupation, education status, house type, getting support and information about SGSY, how to involve in SGSY, money received from Government and caste.
