 Abstract

The File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is a standard network protocol used to transfer computer files from one host to another host over a TCP-based network, such as the Internet.FTP is built on a clientserver architecture and uses separate control and data connections between the client and the server.FTP users may authenticate themselves using clear sign-in protocol, normally in the form of a username and password, but can connect anonymously if the server is configured to allow it. For secure transmission that protects the username and password, and encrypts the content, FTP is often secured with SSL/TLS (FTPS). FTPS helps to encrypt and transfer private information within the constraints of regulatory requirements. Many industries rely on the timely and effective transfer of files to provide services to consumers. For example, the healthcare industry requires exchanging sensitive information between healthcare providers, insurance providers, and eligibility services, to name a few. Regulatory requirements such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) provide requirements for the use and disclosure of patients'private healthcare information (PHI). FTP services exchange information between caregivers and insurance companies, but the FTP protocol lacks the level of protection needed to meet regulatory requirements for the safeguarding of PHI. However, encrypting private information over the wire using FTPS helps meet this requirement.

 Abstract

Abstract: Geo-fence is creating a virtual perimeter in real-world geographic area and virtually fenced off in geographic location. Geo-fences take any shape and customized with various fencing options like predefined set of boundaries such as school boundaries, crime prone zone, accidents prone zone and etc. It can be also created around the point location like police station and watch towers. Geo-fence basically live mapping technique and helps in real time support system. This study try to attempt and understand the importance of Geo-fence in policing in order to cut crimes and enhancing the public safety measures. Various technical support system and applications were discussed detailed in this study.

 Abstract

ABSTRACT This paper attempts to emphasize the usage of the Bloom's Taxonomy as a facilitator's tool. The concept is used for designing and delivering courses on communication skills in English. The paper examines the conceptual framework of Bloom's taxonomy and its objectives in today's education in India, especially in the areas of curriculum designing and practical aspects of delivering the course. The paper is based on the author's experiential learning.

 Abstract

Traditionally, teachers are the main source of knowledge for the students. They are the main support for students to explore their new knowledge. In most cases, teachers do not have enough knowledge to fill the students' thinking. Their main source of knowledge and study is limited to textbooks and study notes. The origin and development of ICT have become the centre of knowledge and the teachers and students are now striving towards technology-based learning and education. Cost of Education Program much reduced because of ICT, which in turn, helps in better education with improved technical support. The primary education cost in India is becoming very heavy in private sector and it is also the biggest expenditure for the government. In addition to education, professional development and education, learning new skills but introducing new disciplines, practices, new ideas and the concept of formal and informal channel support teachers. Knowledge of literature and resources will help in writing the role of ICT in the professional development of the teacher. The teachers and students can read effective computer integration model as a learning tool, change the class of a class reactor to high-quality professional development, and make sure that there is a change in participating in the knowledge society setting a national policy project.

 Abstract

Shear wall system is one of the most efficient lateral load resisting systems. Shear wall provides high strength and stiffness, which resists large lateral loads along with gravity loads, it makes structure more efficient in seismic performance. The behaviour of shear wall is like vertical cantilever in the form of separate planar wall and as non-planar connected walls around elevators and stairs. Shear wall also gives additional strength and stiffness when used in interior of building. where external wall are not able to provide required strength and stiffness to the building. For serving actual purpose of shear wall in building it is essential to know about ideal location of shear wall in building. The goal of present study is to determine appropriate location of shear wall and their effect on seismic performance of building and comparative study of analyzing methods is also has been done. In this work a high rise building with different location of shear wall with different shapes has been analyzed. Four models were created with shear wall at different location. All four models were modelled on STAAD.PRO V8i. Linear static analysis was performed for all models. For response spectrum analysis, response spectra of IS 1893:2002 was selected and the response spectrum analysis was performed. For time history analysis a reference earthquake data of EL CENTRO earthquake was selected, this reference data was made compatible with IS 1893: 2002 and time history analysis was performed. Results obtained from all the three analysis of each models. Data obtained by STAAD.PRO V8i was used to interpretate the results and a comparison were made for all the Four analysis.

 Abstract

Fish and fishery resources play a vital role in improving socio-economic conditions of the fishermen and related people those are involved with its business. It also plays important role of employment opportunities in Purulia as well as West Bengal also. A field study was conducted on the socio-economic conditions of fishermen in Purulia District. The study was carried out for a period of 5 months with the objectives to know the socio-economic condition of involved fishermen and find out some possible suggestions to uplift the livelihood status of local fishermen. The collection of data was done by survey method using well structured questionnaires, PRA and interviewing with fishermen. Socio-economic condition of tribal fishermen communities were presented in terms of, age group, religion, marital status, family type, condition of house, educational status of the fishermen, number of members in their family, school going children, school dropout children, household assets, use of electricity, occupation, sanitation, agricultural land, yearly income and expenditure per month, ownership of the domestic animals, source of drinking water, medical treatment, and loan etc. Fishermen villages are mostly located in inaccessible areas, where there is little communication and developmental or social impact. There is no denying the fact that fishermen and fishing community as a whole the poorest and most disadvantaged group of Purulia. They have no other activities except fishing, which cannot be carried out throughout the year and in idle periods, they lack alternative employment opportunities. Their socio-economic development is negligible. Hence it is essential to know the livelihood status of fishermen. Fishermen suffered many problems in this study area. So there is a necessary to manage and proper guideline for the proper use of resources by community people to ensure their livelihood pattern.
