Abstract
This paper exhibits a new model for video salient object discovery called spatiotemporal constrained optimization model, which endeavors spatial and transient signs just as a nearby imperative to accomplish a worldwide saliencyoptimization. For a vigorous movement estimation of salient objects, Here enhancing a novel way to deal with model the movement signs from visual network field, the saliency_map of the earlier video outline and the movement history of progress location, which can recognize the moving salient objects from differing changing foundation regions. Abstract
The coordination complexes of Co (II) and Ni (II) were prepared from bidentate Schiff base. The Schiff base ligand was synthesized by the condensation of thiosemicarbazide and pyrazine-2-carbaldehyde in an alkaline medium. The ligand and its complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, magnetic susceptibility measurements, solubility, infrared and ESR.The metal-ligand found to be 1 :2 in all the metal complexes. The magnetic susceptibility revealed that all the complexes are paramagnetic in nature. The infrared spectra suggested that the Schiff base behaves as bidentate ligand and coordinate with nitrogen and sulphur atoms. The molar conductivity data of the complexes in DMF indicate they are non-electrolytes. On the basis of magnetic susceptibility and electronic spectral study, geometry of complexes was proposed to be octahedral.

Abstract
This paper's goal is to review the maintenance management literature and identify any gaps that might exist from the perspectives of scholars and practitioners. Also discussed is a new paradigm change in maintenance. There is virtually little literature on maintenance management classification at this time. The study offers a classification into numerous domains and sub sections after reviewing a significant number of works in the field. The study concludes that crucial challenges in maintenance management include different optimization models, upkeep methods, scheduling, and information systems, among others. Gaps within each category have been noted. In order to help academics identify gaps in the literature and appropriately focus their research efforts, a variety of developing trends in the subject of maintenance management are subsequently recognized. Researchers, maintenance specialists, and those interested in maintenance will find the study valuable in understanding the significance of maintenance management.
