 Abstract

Voice recognition is the technology in which a single voice command can perform a real world operation. The concept of voice recognition is deals with the conversion of input voice signal into its corresponding text through an android application and transmission of this text message through Bluetooth connectivity as a means of communication platform. In the other hand a controller circuit can receive a text signal through Bluetooth module and as per the coding mechanism it performs real world operation. This paper also enhance the concept of real-time surveillance and automation where an obstacle detection and avoidance mechanism along with lighting and horn operates through predefined voice command. Our purposed technique will act as a helping hand for disable people and also useful in industrial automation robot to perform certain particular task.

 Abstract

Abstract: The regulators, particularly ICAI, should keep in mind all those aspects where Indian accounting standards and IFRS contradict with each and subject such contradictions to amendments without loss of time. ICAI, Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other organizations should launch online programs besides workshops, seminars and conferences to train the accountants, auditors, managers and investors. The role of government, particularly the Ministry of Corporate Affairs is all the more important, in that they can impress upon the corporate sector and regulators including ICAI, taxation department, SEBI etc. to expeditiously discharge their respective roles and functions for smooth and timely transition to IFRS. The major objective of this study is to find out required steps for effective transition to IFRS in India. Therefore, a survey has been conducted by administering a structured questionnaire to a sample of 400 Chartered Accountants in India. The results conclude that the required steps in implementation of IFRS compress IFRS education in the accounting curriculum, training to accountant and auditors, while training for investors does not have much significance.

 Abstract

To ensure reliability of the power system distance relay should be blocked during power swing. However, if any type of fault occurs during a power swing condition, it should be identify by the relay and generate the trip command to clear the fault as soon as possible. . Available fault detection technique may fail to response during power swing condition because already large variation is observed in voltage and current signal before the fault. Since the nature of power swing and three phase fault are symmetrical, it is more challenging to detect three phase fault during power swing. In this paper, a Hilbert Hanga Transform and support vector machine based fault detection and fault classification technique during power swing condition is proposed.HHT is used for feature extraction of current signal in various condition and SVM is used for classification purpose .The proposed method is tested for various fault and swing condition in WSCC nine-bus system simulated in PSCAD/EMTDC.
