We study the problem of key generation for secure many to many communications. The problem is raised by the proliferation of large scale distributed file system supporting parallel access to multiple storage devices. Our work focuses on current Internet standards for such file systems, i.e. the parallel Network File System (pNFS), which makes use of Kerberos to establish parallel session keys between client and storage devices. Our review of the existing Kerberos-based protocol has a number of limitations: (i) a metadata server facilitating key exchange between clients and storage devices has heavy workload which restricts the scalability of the protocol; (ii) the protocol does not provide forward secrecy; (iii) metadata server establish itself all the session keys that are used between the clients and storage devices, and this inherently leads to the key escrow. In this paper, we propose a variety of authenticated key exchange protocols that are designed to address above issues. We show that our protocols are capable of reducing up to approximately 54% of workload of a metadata server and concurrently supporting forward secrecy and escrow-freeness.

In this study, the quantum phase transitions in the SU(2N) Hubbard model on a honeycomb lattice. We focus on how Dirac fermions shift from a gapless semimetal to a Mott-insulating phase. Using quantum Monte Carlo (QMC) simulations, we analyzed SU (4) and SU (6) systems and found a columnar valence bond solid (cVBS) phase. Our results showed that fermion interactions drive spontaneous symmetry breaking, forming dimerized states. The transition, which is expected to be first-order, appears second-order owing to quantum fluctuations. We extract critical exponents and confirm that the transition follows Gross-Neveu universality. A key finding was the non-monotonic dimer order. At intermediate U, the dimer strength increases but weakens at high U, suggesting competing phases. These results apply to ultracold alkaline-earth atoms, where SU(N) symmetry appears naturally. Future work should explore larger N values, finite-size scaling, and non-Hermitian extensions. This study improves our understanding of strongly correlated Dirac fermion systems, the bridging theory and experiment in quantum materials.

This research paper explores the evolution of public sector financial management in India, analyzing the impact of economic reforms since the 1991 liberalization. It highlights key challenges faced by the public sector, including fiscal deficits, inefficiencies in public sector undertakings (PSUs), and revenue mobilization, while examining the achievements made in fiscal consolidation, improved operational performance, and enhanced transparency through technological interventions. The paper provides a detailed overview of the strategic reforms, including the introduction of the Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management (FRBM) Act, disinvestment policies, and the establishment of systems like the Public Financial Management System (PFMS). Numerical data reveals the progress made in reducing the fiscal deficit, increasing PSU contributions to GDP, and improving tax-to-GDP ratios. The paper also discusses policy recommendations to address existing gaps, such as expanding the tax base, enhancing technology use, and restructuring loss-making PSUs. By drawing on a wide range of academic sources and government reports, this paper offers a comprehensive assessment of the public sector's role in India's economic development. The research emphasizes the importance of sustaining these reforms while addressing emerging challenges for long-term fiscal stability and inclusive growth.

Enhancing Nutrient Use Efficiency (NUE) through plant breeding is vital for improving agricultural productivity and sustainability in India, a nation facing increasing food demands and environmental challenges. This paper explores the role of plant breeding in developing crop varieties that optimize nutrient utilization, focusing on innovations such as molecular markers, genomic selection, and biotechnological advancements. Current research emphasizes the integration of these techniques to accelerate the development of nutrient-efficient crops that can thrive in diverse and resource-limited conditions. The paper further examines the impact of enhanced NUE on crop yields, sustainability, and soil health, highlighting the potential for significant yield increases while reducing chemical fertilizer inputs. Policy implications are discussed, emphasizing the need for increased research funding, robust extension services, and the promotion of integrated nutrient management practices. By fostering collaboration among stakeholders, including farmers, researchers, and policymakers, the agricultural sector can effectively address the challenges of low NUE. Overall, the findings underscore the importance of prioritizing NUE in plant breeding initiatives to ensure food security, promote environmental sustainability, and enhance the resilience of farming systems in India, ultimately contributing to a more sustainable agricultural future.

Top executives today are fully aware of how effective information technology (IT) tools can be in achieving their objectives. The use of IT solutions facilitates the optimization of work processes in addition to helping the organization achieve its stated goals. Current research trends and findings consistently validate the role that IT tools play in the Human Resources (HR) domain, i.e., in enabling the completion of designated HR tasks through the utilization of IT resources. This paper provides a quick summary of the ways in which information technology (IT) can be used in the human resources (HR) profession to measure, track, and use the HR information system in general.

Digital marketing as the use of digital technologies to support profit acquisition and customer retention by enhancing customer knowledge and delivering integrated communications and online services tailored to individual customer needs(Dave Chaffey D. , 2002).' With digital platforms becoming integral to everyday life and consumer behavior shifting towards digital interactions, digital marketing campaigns have become increasingly prevalent and effective. Digital marketing has become a pivotal strategy for modern marketers, leveraging various online channels to retain existing customers and attract new ones. It's not just beneficial but essential for businesses striving to maintain competitiveness in an increasingly digital world. s marketing techniques evolve rapidly, the study attempts to understand digital marketing's effectiveness in influencing consumer behavior, especially among youth.

The Academic Libraries have been described as the "heart" of the learning community, providing a place for students and faculty to conduct their research and advance their knowledge. In the education system, an academic library is the centre of academic life. A library attached to a institution of higher education exists to support the goals of its parent organization. It is the libraries responsibility to provide better services to its clients to make sure that information sources, services and resources are well utilized for user's benefits. Hence user education program is very crucial for library user's achievements. User education is nothing but creating awareness to the users about the utilization of the facilities and services available in a particular library. The user education is mainly concerned with providing guidance and instruction to the user about proper use of library collection and services. The paper explores need for user education and the objectives of user education, types of library users; the paper describes the role of library professionals in the promotion of user educational programmes. Further it also focuses problems and barriers in user education.
