This paper mainly focused on the detection of Radar targets using DFC sequences. Since there is no conventional technique available in the literature for the detection of targets using the Binary coded sequences CAF technique is considered as an alternative technique to identify the presence or absence of target in various scenarios such as single stationary target, multi stationary targets, single moving target and multi moving targets.

Abstract
Cultural tourism has gained popularity as a tactical instrument for economic growth in North East India, a region known for its ethnic diversity and cultural diversity. With more than 220 ethnic communities spread across eight states (Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, and Sikkim), the region is home to a variety of customs, festivals, and artistic expressions. The region is economically underdeveloped despite these cultural resources because of its remote location, poor infrastructure, and low level of industrialization. This research examines how cultural tourism has sparked regional economic change through events like the Hornbill Festival and Ziro Music Festival as well as historic locations like Majuli Island. Through case-based analysis and secondary data, the research emphasizes how tourism boosts income, creates jobs, encourages rural entrepreneurship, and builds infrastructure. Additionally, it talks about sustainability issues like infrastructure strain, cultural commodification, and environmental degradation. To guarantee balanced growth and cultural preservation throughout the region, the findings highlight the necessity of integrated tourism policies and sustainable practices.

Abstract
This paper presents the application of fuzzy logic in the simulation and optimization of an inductance-based active filter. Fuzzy logic provides a form of knowledge representation suitable for concepts that cannot be precisely defined but are context-dependent. Unlike traditional mathematical modeling, fuzzy logic employs a problem-solving control methodology based on a simple rule-based IF-THEN approach, leveraging empirical knowledge rather than complex system equations. The proposed fuzzy logic-based simulation optimizes the inductance value by incorporating expert knowledge, enabling approximate labeling of component values in a circuit designed around an operational amplifier. This method enhances the efficiency of inductance-based active filters, making them highly useful in industrial applications where precise tuning of inductance is required. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the fuzzy logic approach in improving filter performance, offering a flexible and intelligent alternative to conventional optimization techniques.
