 Abstract

Aurobindo Ghosh was a great scholar, true nationalist, great humanist a prophet of spirituality and a great ascetic yogi. He gave a new direction to Indian nationalism in the beginning of the 20th century by his intellectual genius and spiritual knowledge, praised the greatness of Indian culture and established revolutionary nationalism on the background of spirituality. All his creations are the dense essence of the new and rising soul of India and contain a spiritual message for mankind. His epic Savitri marks a new era in the field of spiritual poetry and is a source of inspiration for spiritual thinkers. Aurobindo Ghosh was a forerunner of nationalism in an important spiritual institution in itself. The deep sense of nationalism that was seen in him was not seen in any other person. The knowledge of India's soul that he had was not even known to great men like Swami Vivekananda, Swami Dayanand Saraswati, Mahatma Gandhi. Aurobindo lived the life of an ascetic and yogi in Pondicherry and opened an Hermitage there and taught spirituality and yoga. Aurobindo Ghosh was a true nationalist, he wished that India should get independence very soon. By getting knowledge from Gita, Vedas, Upanishads, he discovered such methods which could play an important role in India's independence. After establishing an Hermitage in Pondicherry, he retired from his political life and continued the efforts of India's independence there through the power of yoga. Aurobindo was not only a nationalist but he was also an international activist. Aurobindo Ghosh was a bitter critic of the liberal policies of the Congress, he believed that the Congress did not have a clear outline to liberate the country. He was of the view that the means and principles adopted by the Congress were wrong. Aurobindo Ghosh used to strongly criticize the British government like the Congress. Aurobindo was a bitter critic of modern capitalism, he has openly condemned the imperialist exploitation of the British. Aurobindo Ghosh demanded complete independence for India. He was of the view that independent India could become the spiritual teacher of the world. Aurobindo laid the foundation of very high nationalism, awakened self-respect among the countrymen and clarified the picture of the soul in front of them. For Aurobindo, nationalism was not just a geographical plot but like a mother. Aurobindo Ghosh's biggest contribution to political thought is his theory of spiritual nationalism. He propounded nationalism on divine basis. The concept of universal brotherhood by the ideal of human unity is the right way to solve the international conflicts prevalent in modern times.

 Abstract

Dr. Ambedkar was a renowned political leader, philosopher, writer, economist, jurist, polyglot, scholar of religious philosophy and a social reformer who dedicated his life to the eradication of untouchability and social inequality in India. Dr. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar was one of the prominent persons of Indian history who instilled in the neglected, exploited, Dalits, backward victims the urge to live with dignity. Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar was basically a social reformer or social thinker. The main subject of his contemplation was the evils found in the Hindu society, the victims of which were the Scheduled Castes and Tribals in the Hindu society. They were addressed by the names Chandal, Shudra, Untouchable and Harijan in the society. Dr. Ambedkar considered this social system as discriminatory, full of injustice and responsible for the permanent division of the society. He was very unhappy with the social system established by this Hindu society and demanded reforms in it so that a society based on equality of all religions could be established. After India got independence, he had said that we are entering a time in which we are equal politically but not equal socially. The basis of his social thinking is his ideal and just social concept, which was influenced by western liberal democratic philosophy. Dr. Ambedkar had dedicated his whole life to eliminate untouchability from the society. He believed that without the removal of untouchability, the nation cannot progress. Dr. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar made a deep study of the Indian social system and he found that the biggest obstacle in making India weak and blocking the flow of its development and social harmony is the discriminatory caste system. Dr. Ambedkar's entire life was devoted to the reformation of the Indian society. The efforts made by him in the social sector cannot be forgotten in the construction of modern India from any point of view, whose relevance is alive till date.

 Abstract

Women's rights problems are currently quite divisive in Muslim personal law. More attention is being paid to Muslim women's rights in relation to instant triple talaq, nikah halala, maintenance, and polygamy in particular. Even though the Indian Constitution promises freedom, equality before the law, and protection from discrimination based on gender or religion, there are still several wrongdoings in Muslim community that are rooted in a callous, rigid mentality. As far as we are aware, a significant portion of Muslim law has not yet been codified, and the majority of court decisions involving Muslims are based on long-standing customs. However, by passing the Muslim Women (Protection Of Right On Marriage) Bill, 2019,1 the courts attempted to codify Islamic law. This measure has generated a lot of controversy. The entire triple talaq controversy has been reduced to a conflict between tradition and modernity from the outside. This paper will attempt to identify all of the issues and gaps in the legislation that was approved by the legislature. This paper would also concentrate on all the arguments raised by the opposition to this measure. This essay will also attempt to determine why only a small portion of the Muslim community opposes this legislation.

 Abstract

The new business ideology has changed from businesses being profit oriented to being customer oriented, these changes has led to numerous formulation and implementation of strategies and tactics to improve customer relationship management and more so increase services so as to lead to an increase in their performance. Now due to technology and innovation, Customer relationship management is the order of the day not only for a single business but also almost all businesses. The research work evaluates the significance of customer relationship management and its impact on the performance or profitability of an organization; it identifies various strategies that can influence both customer satisfaction and organizational performance. Furthermore, the research work goes by emphasizing the implementation of technological facilities, as it enhances customer service delivery. Competition can also affect customer decision which will in turn have an effect on performance of organizations in terms of customer share and customer base. In other to improve this, efforts should be placed on giving qualitative and quantitative services.

 Abstract

When one buys a product the first thing one checks is the price tag - is it within my budget? Very rarely do we bother to check other things like durability, expiry date etc. This is where consumer awareness begins. The expansion of service sector like insurance, banking, electricity, medical services in rural areas has added to the problem. Spurious drugs are causing major health hazards to the vulnerable sections who are mainly women, children and farmers. Hence, there is a need to study the awareness of consumer protection movement in rural Karnataka. The aim of this research paper is to investigate the awareness towards rights among rural consumer, redressing grievances process, responsibilities and consumer protection campaigns in rural area. The data were collected from 120 valid responses. The outcome shows that the respondents are more aware of checking the MRP (Maximum Retail Price) before buying a product and always purchase a commodity having the trademarks and logos authentication marks such as ISI, AGMARK, BIS. They believe in relief available to the victim through redressing grievances process. The study also reveals that Jago Grahak Jago has today become a household maxim by educating rural consumers on various issues related to consumer rights. Consumer awareness is not always about rights, but also about responsibilities and shouldering them honestly and sincerely. In this study, the sample respondents have higher level perceptions towards all the statements on responsibilities by assigning the mean value of more than 3. But, there is lower level perceptions were evidenced among the sample respondents towards their awareness on redressing grievances process which shows a long road ahead to ensure effective consumer justice.

 Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about a significant shift in the way education is delivered, with many schools and universities around the world having to rapidly transition to remote learning. In this context, educational technologies have played a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of the teaching-learning process. This paper highlights the importance of educational technology in teaching learning process and its challenges faced by teachers and students are discussed. Students are struggling to deal with their time really, as they are facing distractions and absence of design at home. To conquer these difficulties, students need support from their teachers and parents. Online learning platforms, video conferencing tools, digital textbooks and educational resources are of the ways that educational technologies have supportd remote learning during the pandemic. Overall, educational technologies have proven to be essential in ensuring that the teaching-learning process has continued even in the face of the pandemic.

 Abstract

The feeding process in the insects consists of a sequence of activities that proceed the actual intake of food. These activities are responses to stimulation effects of certain diffusible substances in the food or the sources. Such substances include attractants, causing insect orientation towards food and phagostimulants that elicit feeding. Later assume particular significance in establishing food preferences or in identifying various food supplements for insects and other animals. Hrassingg and crailsheim (1998) reported that pollen consumption is also positively correlated with hypo pharyngeal gland development. Pollen is the principle and vital source of nutrients for bee growth, reproduction and rearing of brood. Nutritionally, all nitrogen during early adult life of a worker bee is derived from pollen proteins. Bees fed pollen free diet are unable to produce even venom (Kropacova et al., 1968). Free amino acids essentially contribute to both animal nutrition as well as act as phagostimulants in eliciting feeding. The fatty acid composition of pollen varies, not only with the flower species (Standifer et al.,1970) but also with pollen storage condition (Vander Vorst et al.,1980)
