Abstract
With a view to face the challenges of globalization which is in line with the era of information technology, a nation is strongly dependent on the intellectual abilities and skills of its citizens. It is widely held that knowledge, skills, and resourcefulness of people are critical to sustain economic development and social activity in a knowledge-driven society. Given the current high-paced growth and dynamic investment climate in India, the demand for knowledge workers with high levels of technical and soft skills is increasing day by day. Abstract
The paper provides the Bayes estimate of shape parameter of Generalized Compound Rayleigh distribution assuming rest two scale and location parameter as known under the Linex loss function. Then by using Lindley approximation procedure we have obtained the Approximate Bayes estimate of Location parameter of Generalized Compound Rayleigh distribution under the Linex loss functions. We have done the sensitivity analysis of the Approximate Bayes estimators of model when prior specifications deviate from the true values and presented a numerical study to illustrate the above technique on generated observations and numerical comparison is done by R-programming.

Physical activity-related health advantages are becoming more widely known among young people, health-conscious adults, and even school-aged children every day. As a result, they choose the best sport shoes. Based on these facts, an increasing number of businesses are entering the sports shoe industry with their unique brands, along with other elements like pricing, style, product quality, durability, variety, and advertising to draw in customers. Customers so frequently choose a specific brand. One of the biggest sports shoe manufacturers in India is Nike, followed by Adidas, Reebok, and Puma. According to the survey, most consumers were satisfied with particular brands of sports shoes in light of the selected criteria, and consumer behavior toward sports shoes is also favorable.
